The location in Rome was excellent. I stayed for 6 days and walked everywhere and went everywhere that I wanted to go. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful.

I read thoroughly before I booked and therefore was not unpleasantly surprised by anything. Anyone booking the room should be aware that there is a good amount of street noise both from motorcycles, cars and ambulances and from the teenagers who frequent the pizzeria right outside. They will stand outside the door sometimes for 30 minutes making considerable noise. The apartment was cleverly appointed, though the bathroom was tight. The shower head system was flimsy and the shower drained slowly. The stove tops functioned, but I don't think that they would be sufficient to cook a meal. There are no windows in the suite, just an opening in the back of the shower and another over the door. These are all things that did not bother me, but my wife would not have appreciated.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in Rome. I must say, our experience was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of the apartment. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, with modern amenities and all the comforts of home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions in Rome. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment enough. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Rome, look no further. I must commend the host Sara for her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout our entire stay. Anytime we had a question or concern, she was readily available to provide assistance and ensure that our needs were met. I would also like to highlight Sara's incredible honesty and helpfulness when we accidentally left a gold chain behind in the apartment. As soon as we realized the mistake, we contacted Sara and she immediately offered to help. She went above and beyond, taking the time to locate the chain and ensure that it was returned to me in my home country. Her kindness and willingness to help were truly remarkable, and I cannot express enough gratitude for her assistance.

There’s 5 of us adult family members traveling together, with our children in their mid-20s. We asked our children what stood out for them about our stay at BMGA Palace, and here is their feedback: Daughter, 25: We’ve traveled 16 countries in 3 months, and also a few cities in Italy, so when we say the living space is huge, it’s huge compared to a lot of Roman accommodations. I also appreciate the elevator opening right into the apartment on the second floor. The kitchen was generously spaced and allowed for several of us to be in the kitchen preparing breakfast at the same time. Son-In-Law, 27: I love how central this apartment is to the city center, and that one could walk to many sights quite easily. The fact that one has two restaurant options on the same street that serve lunch and dinner, with one of them serving breakfast, is very convenient. We were very impressed with Umar, who welcomed us to the apartment in the night, and offered answers to all the questions we had in mind in a very comprehensive, gracious and friendly manner. He showed us how everything worked so it gave us peace of mind. Son, 24: The water pressure from the rainforest shower heads is strong and you feel great after a shower. There are also several wall sockets to charge my devices, so there wasn’t any lack of options. And I really appreciate how easily accessible eScooter options are outside of our apartment, very fun and convenient. Wife & I: We love how clean the whole apartment is, and love the 2-way windows, love it! Through the booking.com app, Sara was extremely gracious, friendly, accommodating and was on top of her service game! our stay would not have been as worry-free without her. She efficiently made sure we had everything we needed, and also helped us arrange shuttle services to the apartment for 2 couples, plus rides to the airport. We highly recommend your next stay at BMGA for a worry-free, easily accessible, and wonderful experience all around!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We had a 4-night stay in the Delux apartment, and everything was perfect. The personnel was very responsive, we could make an early check-in, without additional cost, they provided extra bedding for the sofa bed in the living room. The location is very convenient- walking distance to Castel Sant' Angelo, Vatican and St Peter Square, good connection to public transportation. Carrefour expres is 5 min walk and nice restaurants nearby. The street was quiet, all the beds were comfortable, so we enjoyed a good rest after the long walks. The apartment was quite big, warm and really clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, it even had a storage room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. We would definitely recommend it. 1. Location - everything was close - Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi etc. 2. Size of the apartment. 3. Very clean. 4. Included all necessary utilities. 5. Very comfortable beds (even the sofa-bed!). 6. Elevator straight to the apartment.

1. The heating wasn't turned on prior our arrival, so it took 2 days to heat up the apartment. First night we were watching TV with hats on. It was really uncomfortable and the main reason to lower the given rate. 2. In the second bathroom there were a problem with regulating water temperature, so we couldn't use this shower. 3. We had to take out our garbage by ourselves 100 m away from our street.

The location of this hotel is just wonderful, on the edge of ztl, a few minutes walk from the days Castel Sant'Angelo. On a quiet street off the main road, lift directly into the house, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, better than expected. Would choose this place again next time.

WIFI. WIFI. WIFI. The mobile phone signal indoors is very weak, and the terrible thing is that the wireless network is even weaker, so we have to put a phone outside the window to connect to a 5G hotspot to use it。

Central to everything! The perfect location for our group. It is just about 10 to 20 minutes walking to the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, etc. The only reason I didn’t give them a 10 is because of the price. It could be better compared with other places around. This is by no means a luxurious hotel. But it is very clean and well kept.

The only thing that was inconvenient was the fact that we couldn’t leave our bags there before or after Checkout like other places on Europe. But that’s not something they offer so it’s understandable but I wish they did. Just a suggestion.

Perfect place for a stay in Rome! Walking distance from many places to go, amazing restaurants all around the apartment. Apartment was very clean and organized upon arrival and the host was kind enough to offer me a early check in as I arrived early in Rome. Staff was always very polite and constantly checking if everything was ok.

The location was great, and the air conditioning was surprisingly adequate in the 90-100F weather we experienced while we were visiting! The staff was responsive to issues raised, and proactive in reaching out to making sure everything was well.

Unfortunately during our stay one of the toilets broke down during the weekend, and it wasn't fixed during the middle of the week - on the plus side though, the staff was responsive in letting us know when the handyman would (try to) arrive so.

Location is central between Rome landmarks and Vatican City. Place is great with everything you could need. Sara always kept in touch and made our stay more even better. Assisted with private shuttle service as well which is a bonus.
