Our room was satisfactory the only thing about this place is… it’s not a “ Hotel “ it’s more of an Airbnb but put together brilliantly. Very close to all restaurants café bars and walking distance to all monuments (pantheon Spanish stairs Trev I fountain and so on…) only downfall is if you are renting a vehicle just be aware there’s certain areas in Rome rental vehicles are not permitted and can be fined. This was our first time in Rome…We were never advised of this from the boutique owner, nor from a car rental in Rome we found out once we got to our room and to boot …they do not provide parking at all. We had to go park about 10 minutes away from where we’re staying and just one night cost us $40.00 euro’s…is quite a hefty amount to pay when all someone can do is advise you a head of time so you can make other arrangements. But overall the coffee at the corner cafe is fantastic!

As being the first time visiting Rome and renting a vehicle both boutique and car rental places should advise newcomers that there are certain spots in Rome that are for bidden to drive in on certain days and certain times both boutique owner, nor the car rental place advised us before arriving.

Room was spacious. The balcony was the best part for us. It went around the whole front of the building so we could move around with the sun that hit the balcony from about 2pm. As it was on a main road in the middle of Rome it was rather loud outside but that was to be expected. Once the doors were closed, it did shut out most of the noise. Excellent location, we walked to all main attractions and had plenty of choice in terms of restaurants around.

Room was a bit plain, no decorations. High ceilings and walls with no wallart at all, looked a bit bare. Also would have appreciated coffee/ tea facilities in the room rather than having to walk out to reception every time.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The bathroom had lovely amenities. The room was cleaned and it was exceptionally done well.

I didn’t realise that it was a private hotel of sorts. There is no reception and I was outside the building and didn’t know the code to get into the building (they provide you the security code once you check in) I had to call the hotel and they sent a staff member to let me in. For a solo traveller I found that jarring because they weren’t wearing a uniform and they could’ve been anyone off the street saying they worked there. I think next time it may be better to inform the guests that the checkin process is not the standard but just a little different and to call when you get there.

Very nicely decorated and clean room with new finishes. The hotel is located inside an apartment building in a main street and so there are many coffee bars and restaurants close by and it does not feel overly touristy. As it is not a full service hotel, it does not have a reception or restaurant, but the hosts are available over whatsapp. It is close to the Vatican area across the river and a 1km-2km walk to other tourist sites, we walked everywhere and did not need to use public transport. Very kind and friendly host and check in was very smooth with clear communication. The room had everything we needed and a comfortable bed. The communal coffee station and snacks are a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the Vatican and about 30 mins walk to the Colosseum and full of choices of restaurants nearby. My husband and I are on our honeymoon and Antonio was very welcoming and they even gave us a bottle of Prosecco to help celebrate our honeymoon. We were on the second floor at the corner room with the balcony. The hotel is located on a busy road but the doors are soundproof, however it can't block the sirens of the police car driving past middle of the night which I know can't be helped. They had a tea/coffee and snack station at the front desk which was a nice touch just in case we felt hungry middle of the night Overall, we enjoyed our stay and already miss Rome and this accomodation.

Nothing everything was amazing.

Very central location within 5-10 mins of some of the key sites, the room was very tidy, cleaned daily to a good level and felt quite spacious. The staff were very nice and wanted to help, a little snack bar with coffee and tea was a nice touch with lots of options.

Don’t let this put you off but if you are a light sleeper then you’ll need some ear plugs, the hotel is on a main road so you can hear that and we had particular noisy neighbours so could hear them too but as I say don’t let it put you off!

It is a perfectly located hotel. I am an avid walker and the main landmarks were within walking distance (no more than 30mins). Also the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The room was confortable and the staff was super friendly. A plus was having a coffee area with sweets, coffee a kettle and water. Also, A/C on the room was greatly appreciated during the heatwave

Depending on the other guests is can get noisy at night. A bit thin walled but not a major issue

- great location, ideally placed to visit the Vatican and the Sant'Angelo Castle, and close to one of the stops on the Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off buses - smooth check-in and check-out process. - good number of restaurants/mini-marts etc. available nearby.

- rooms were slightly smaller than expected. - beds were slightly smaller than expected, but appropriate for the room size. - overall, a good stay!

Excellent location to discover Roma by foot of on the hop on bus. With local bars, restaurants and cafes just a stone throw away. With the balcony to watch the world go by and have a chuckle at the moped drivers. Huge thank you to the staff. They kept in contract with us leading up to our arrival, gave us all the information we needed and even surprise us with pocessco and chocolates for our 10th wedding anniversary. We will be back.

Rooms are compact, but it did meet what we wanted.

Beautiful property located right opposite a small lake. We stayed here while on our honeymoon and had an absolutely wonderful time. Room was very comfortable and had a bathtub with view of sky above. Staff are very friendly and they even left us a welcome gift of chocolates. Location is ideal if you are looking to stay away from the crowds at Interlaken but still be close enough to reach easily. Bus (runs every 30mins and on time) only takes 11mins to reach Interlaken Ost. Would highly recommend!
