The apartment is perfectly located, in the old town of Roma, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites (including the Vatican). There are nice little restaurants in the neighborhood and enjoyable to walk around. It is also in a relatively quiet part of the old town. The apt is on a higher floor of a traditional old building with no elevator, so you have to take the stairs. The communication with the host was excellent. Both Edoardo and Mario were very helpful and always responded promptly. The apt has 1 bedroom and a big living room with 2 foldable sofas (which are not the most comfortable ones to sleep on, but OK). Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly return.

Excellent location, within walking distance to many major sites and great restaurants. Well equipped bathroom. Washer/dryer was very convenient. Good wifi. A great base if you plan to spend your days sightseeing Rome, good value for the price.

Kitchen, specifically the dishwasher, was not very clean. I did not get cellphone reception inside the unit. Strong odor coming from the AC/heater unit when switched to heating, but AC was okay. Noises from people walking through the hallway are audible since the unit is on the ground floor by the front door, but it did not disturb our sleep.

Great bads, each room with private bathroom, wonderfull terase. Newlly reconstructed, modern kitchen. Beautiful locatin on pedestrial zone with full of nice restaurants and historical small streets. Whole House was just for us. Great and carring personal stays in touch with you whole time for our assistent.

Square and below bars was quite loud till late night - especially in living room - luckily good new windows and earlpugs solve it;) Stairs from main doors up to badrooms and terase was quite steeply and challenge for old people.

No place to store the luggage after check-out.

Everything about the apartment was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with materials and appliances. The air-conditioning worked well and the beds were very comfortable. Edoardo arraigned a taxi to pick us up at the airport(the driver met us inside the arrival terminal with our name on a sign!)and drop us right at the door. The location is perfect for walking or catching bus 64 to all the main sights. Restaurants and groceries are close by. There is no elevator so pack light.

We needed to wash clothes and it took a few tries to figure out the symbols on the machine. Bring powder laundry pods or powder to make it easier.

Everything about the apartment exceeded expectations. Edoardo and his concierge were so very helpful with everything, everyone went above and beyond to be helpful. You could not ask for a better location to explore all of Rome. 1. Bring your walking shoes(47 stairs up to the apartment) 2. Eat lots of gelato 3. Have lunch in the Castel Sant'Angelo next to an opening with a view

The apartment is on the third floor(be prepared to walk up)with the air-conditioning unit in the living room. Luckily we had a small portable fan for the bedroom but the room could use either a large fan or a ceiling fan.

Good location . Spacious . Private entry . Safe . Edoardo was very helpful in most circumstances . Large bedroom + living room .

Some confusion as to location upon arrival . Unit was only cleaned once in 7 days . Issues with washing machine ( no instructions + couldnt get to operate ) . Balcony was not conducive to sit out on + enjoy . It was more of a storage / utility area . Shower was smaller than hotels . Not many markets in area . TV had no local channels . Coffee maker was confusing + couldnt get to work . All assistance off site , so difficult to get help when needed .

Location was exceptional, neighborhood was quiet but a street away from busy pedestrian street with tons of restaurants. Few minutes walk from the Vatican, Nanova piazza, panthéon, trevi. About 30 min walk from the coliseum. Had an amazing time, staff was super responsive. Make sure you ask in advance about the indoor parking($) located 500m from the appartement.

Absolutely perfect location, and the room itself is well maintained, modern and comfy. We personally quite liked the supply of snacks as breakfast; lots of options and quite nice to have them still available at the end of a long day. Be prepared for a narrow, twisting stairway up, and it took us a day to realize the hallway lights were controlled by wall switches on timers.

The in-room water heater definitely needs work. After some experimentation, I learned that having the sink running while in the shower was sure to make it heat up, but it took a while standing awkwardly in the shower to get there.

Location. Jibz was really helpful & responsive. An old building as you would expect in Rome yet the accommodation was comfortable & adequate.

Hot water was dodgy; no hot water at the sinks (both kitchen & bathroom), had to boil kettle, not a deal breaker but inconvenient. Drawers or shelving in the wardrobe would have been very welcome.
