Location is excellent

Very noisy surroundings coming from the restaurant's kitchen downstairs. Literally impossible to sleep before early morning hours. Price a but on the expensive side, understandable that one pays for the location but still should be priced more competitively.

Beds were very comfy and room was clean. Location is fantastic, and our host Guido was very helpful prior to and during our visit. The entrance isn’t as bad as other reviews make it out to be, and the room itself is on a different floor and is very nice and clean. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was fine enough - coffee and a croissant. On our third morning it took 20 minutes for our coffee to arrive and we never received our croissant - they didn’t seem remotely interested in us and ignored us. The breakfast is ran by different people at a nearby cafe so this isn’t a reflection on Guido the host at all - he was superb.

Location is great with places to eat nearby,the river & great view of the castle at the end of the street & Trevi fountain & Colosseum nearby.

A small sign on the building would help to locate it a bit easier on arrival & us being English we would appreciate tea making facilities for that early morning cuppa. The breakfast being honest was pretty awful being just a dry croissant which was akin to cardboard! We had to go & find somewhere to get something we could actually eat!

Great location and a really nice area of Rome. Lovely back streets and much quieter than Central Rome. Very clean and quiet. Guido is very helpful.

The main entrance, off the main street, was a little offputting on arrival, but once you reached the steps to the rooms, you were put at ease and the room was lovely.

Perfect location in Roma just in front of the Castel Sant Angelo, quiet room, Guido was super nice and arranged us a shuttle from the airport. Great service, good airco, thank you very much.

The location was excellent, really close to everything. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Our flight was delayed but they waited for us for check-in and helped with all the essential info. The room was very nice and clean. Great shower. Was a superb stay in Roma.

The room was clean and renovated. Guido was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was nice - coffee and croissant in the coffee shop nearby.

There is no sign at the entrance of the building.

Location was amazing! So close to everything, we were able to walk everywhere. Room was a lovely size, well air conditioned and very comfortable! Unbelievable value for money.

It could get nosy, and there wasn’t much light in the room, but we weren’t there often so it wasn’t a big deal.

The location is honestly amazing. We were only there for 2 nights and could walk everywhere. Very central, yet the room was extremely quiet as it wasn't on the street. Guido was there waiting for us when we arrived and he was very helpful. Super stay! Would highly recommend.

The drains in the bathroom smelled a bit. We left the window open and it was fine.
