We stayed in a suite which was beautifully decorated and had excellent air con in the lounge and bedroom. The bathroom was huge and a great power shower! Our room was lovely and quiet and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Matteo and his team are so lovely and accommodating and he was always available at the end of a message if we needed anything or had any questions. We aren’t breakfast people so don’t know what that was like but we saw where breakfast is held (on the rooftop) and the setting is beautiful. Even the lift up to the rooms was interesting and dates back to the 1940s apparently!

The most beautiful boutique hotel situated in perfect spot. Walking distance to most iconic spots. 10min to Castel St D’angelo 15 min to Vatican 10 min piazza Navona, 10 min to Trastevere we even walked to colosseum 30 mins Our room was comfortable The roof top garden was the best place to to watch the sunset over Rome & relax with a few drinks after a long day out. Matteo was the perfect host, so helpful, organised transfers, recommendations for restaurants etc helped us settle in & feel very welcome. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was spectacular. Christina was the most beautiful breakfast hostess. A perfect stay

Nothing loved everything about it

Beautiful property decorated in a style that we felt reflects Rome. Stunning rooftop where there is plenty of seating and it is quiet to enjoy any time you want. Great variety of options and quality breakfast served on the roof terrace, a real highlight of the day. I would certainly stay here again.

We booked this for the advertised rooftop hot tub (shown in the pictures and the listing facilities where it doesnt say theres an additional charge). Only after booking do you find there's an additional charge to use it. It's a shame as the property is beautiful enough to not need to resort to this false advertising, it is beautiful enough without the hot tub or allow guests to use it for a lower price. The 60 minutes you can book it for includes a bottle of prosecco, I don't drink alcohol so its a waste of money for me. If you want to charge extra for it, then it should be clear in your listing and/or offer a alcohol free option too for people like me. I'm not going to pay an additional €125 for one hour in a hot tub.

The Navona Queen is an authentic but modern boutique hotel in a perfect area of Rome. Lots of restaurants & shops nearby, the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon & Navona Square all within walking distance, bus stop a few metres away. Matteo is a wonderful host and the roof top bar is stunning with views of the Vatican. Our room was clean & soundproof with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. The lift up to 5th floor was wonderfully quirky but fast & efficient. Matteo answered any questions we had before arriving promptly and was happy to store our luggage on departure day. We would love to return to Rome and would definitely stay here again - thank you Matteo

There are no negatives at all - it was perfect for us

Great location very clean nice friendly staff and the roof top is an amazing space with great views across Rome. The shower was amazing and the air con great too.

Air con could do with more instructions it was very cold and only seemed to have on/ off no adjustment. Could have just been us missing something. To be fair we could have asked but we got around it by having it on for short blasts. We also almost got locked out of the building when returning after reception closed. At check in we were asked to photograph a sheet with the info on. My friend did this then her phone died! We were discussing solutions and she re-checked her phone and if turned on for just long enough to get the code…our own miracle in Rome. Later found it had also been sent to me in the booking app also. Just sharing in case any one has the same problem. I think it could be better if the hotel offered the info on paper or put it on the key ring as phones can fail

The room was very nice and comfortable, the staff of Matteo, Kristina, and Serg were superb, and the views from the rooftop of the city of Rome was breathtaking especially at sunset. Very enjoyable stay once again!

Breakfast was overpriced. They charge 17 euros per person no matter what. I only had a coffee and my kids had juice and fruit. Selection of foods not worth the money even if we did eat

Very pretty room with all amenities and lots of space. Mateo and the breakfast staff seem to love their work. They are genuinely friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to stay.

The hotel is at the top floor of an old stylish apartment block very nicely renovated - Fantastic views in a very green area of Rome and a superb location for sightseeing on foot. The host gave good advice regarding reatauran5ts and you will be spoilt for choice for genuine Italian cuisine

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff who were responsible for cleaning the rooms and preparing breakfast were fantastic! The rooftop terrace was a great location for breakfast with an amazing view of the city. It was a central hotel and easy to walk to all the key tourist destinations so it was very conveniently located. The hotel was fairly quiet considering it was next to a main road and the room was big enough with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

I had ordered an airport transfer through the hotel in advance of our stay which did not appear, we waited in the airport but there was nobody holding a sign with my name on it despite a message from the hotel a number of weeks beforehand confirming this. However, as we took a taxi from the airport ourselves it worked out 10 euros cheaper than it would have been through the hotel so it benefited us in the end anyway. I arranged my own transfer back to the airport at the end of our stay just in case! Neither did we get two single beds as pre arranged via messages directly with the hotel (although to be fair as soon as I asked for this to be arranged it was so it didn't cause too much inconvenience)
