Location was fabulous, just up the road from the Spanish Steps. Near lots of shops and restaurants and most attractions are within walking distance. ‘Spanish feel’ spacious room (106), very clean with plenty of water/juices replenished daily. Loved the balcony overlooking a quiet side road. Worth paying for a private airport pickup which they organised and dropped us off directly outside. (Not sure we would have found it on our own) No complaints about anything. Would stay here again.

With regard to previous comments, this is not a swanky hotel but serviced rooms right in the heart of the action, which suited us as there were plenty of places for breakfast etc, in your own time. Be aware that reception is not open all day but you’re provided with contact details if you need anything. Furniture a little dated. Otherwise all good.

location was great! and the room was clean and tidy!

we hadn’t receive a code to enter before arriving so we had to call and wait for at least 10 minutes outside of the front door. the reception was not available all the time so we had to wait and call again to call us a taxi etc. finally there was no light at the indoor stairs which made difficult our way up to the room at night

Everything! the room was extremely beautiful and super clean! All the facilities in the room were great- Wi-Fi, the bathroom and the air conditioning. There is a mini fridge with two bottles of water, orange juice and small waffles, which filled every day. A great espresso machine and a kettle. The hotel is super central and close to everything by walking. Marco and Vicky were super nice and very helpful! They helped with everything I needed. I totally recommend the Canova Spanish room And would come back for sure! Thank you so much for everything!

Everything were perfect

The daily cleaning and refill of the fridge was great. They gave us water, juice, coffee, and snacks. I also appreciated all the shampoo and conditioner, which is much needed for a group of women with long hair. The hotel arranged for a pick up from the airport. The driver was great and the car was nice and spacious. Overall a great stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, 5 mins from Piazza di Spagna.Spacious room and interesting decoration.The host, Marco was easy to communicate with and was kind to arrange transport to the airport for our check out.

There was no real window in the room,so it was very dark during the day and although it's not something the owners can change,it is a big minus,considering the daily rate.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and kept the mini fridge stocked with goodies! made the stay really enjoyable and the location was incredible literally a minutes walk from piazza del popolo it was very central.

loved everything but be aware there is a city charge you have to pay €5 per person per night, this was no trouble as the hotel informed us of this.

The room was cozy, friendly, quiet and warm. Bed linens were clean, all toiletries available and sufficient, had tea, coffee for espresso machine, water, juice, and some waffles in the fridge. Ah, yes, the location is awesome, close to Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Spagna, etc

The kettle didn't worked but the espresso maker did the job, no problem A thing I didn't like was the balcony, a small one, that's all but all together everything was fine!

Lovely stay in Rome! Next to the central street "via del corso" and metro station, so close to all mayor monuments, the location is perfect. Lots of (food)shops and restaurants just around the corner. We stayed in the bedroom (for 4) with private terrace and loved the space. Plenty of room, big terrace and so quiet (even whilst being in a busy street)! Staff is so kind, its a family owned "hotel" and you really felt so welcome. Housekeeping comes by everyday to clean/make the beds and you always get new water bottles, juices and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place!

The fridge is indeed very loud, but nothing some earplugs can't fix :) The only thing we missed was a little bit more storage space (some extra shelves, nightstands at upstairs bed,...), we were a family of three ladies and stayed for a week so we missed some space to put our things away. Just a small recommendation, everything else about our stay was perfect!

Everything was excellent. Very polite and helpful receptionist. The room was very big and spacious. I liked that the room has very art vibe. Its very close to the Spanish steps. We were in Rome for my girlfriend's birthday so everything was amazing with the room. We will choose the hotel again for sure.

The maid stopped the air-conditioning in the room when we was outside. When we comeback it's been very cold 🥶 ... That's the only complain we have.

The check in was easy and friendly. We were very close to shopping and within walking distance to many historical sites. I felt very safe in this location. The room was large, clean and well taken care of. We did not receive breakfast.
