Exactly like the photo. We were not disappointed. Very authentic. Huge, comfy bed. Terrific hot shower! Window looked out onto the street, but it wasn't overly noisy. Easy entrance key code, sent via WhatsApp... always worries me, but worked easily! Ricardo greeted us warmly on arrival, bottle of wine waiting, and WhatsApp us every morning to see if we needed anything. Location was AMAZING, literally on the doorstep to main tourist attractions. A few minutes from Spanish steps. Near two metro stations...we found we could walk to most places. I liked that things weren't overpriced. Even at airports and we went for a rock concert too. No added price increase on drinks and food, like in the UK. I read Lady Gaga stayed in this area, so if it's good enough for the famous 😁

Very nice little hotel in a great spot in Rome surrounded by cute little cafes and shops. Excellent airconditioning which was wonderful after very hot days walking the streets of Rome. Wine and beer provided in fridge was a nice touch. Wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows and everything was lovely and clean. We were on the 2nd level and there was a small lift which was appreciated when we had to take our suitcases up to our room. Ricardo, the manager was very helpful and pleasant to deal with too. He messaged us daily to check to see if there was anything we needed also. Would recommend!!

Tv wasn't working when we arrived. Manager fiddled around with it and couldn't get it working then changed it over for us. The room we had was quite dark and small with no view out onto the street which is what I thought I was booking as per photos but little courtyard off our room which made up for that.

The location was amazing! We walked everywhere, so central. Such a pretty building too… so full of character. Our room was the perfect size, wonderful memory foam mattress, so really comfy bed, great bathroom facilities. We loved the little coffee machine and a fridge if you wanted to buy a few treats and store them. We also loved that was heating and air conditioning in the room to cater for the variance in weather. It was also lovely to have housekeeping everyday who brought clean towels daily and new coffee pods and water and bathroom products. We LOVED OUR STAY and will definitely be back!

Spacious room, with comfy bed. The bathroom was modern and the shower worked well. The staff were incredibly helpful and text each morning asking if we needed anything/would like the room cleaning. Good safe complex.

There was a lack of natural light and our room had no safe. The location was okay, about 20 minutes walk to the centre of town, but about 35 minutes walk to the colloseum.

Perfect location , just off corso and close to all major landmarks. The room was clean and comfy. The washroom was a little snug but not a big deal. It has a little charming door you have to go thru , something out of a story book.

The staff was not accessible . There was a reception desk but the attendant was there only sometimes . Also there is no closet to hang up dresses and pants , very little space for clothes .

Check in was easy and we were even allowed to check in a little earlier too. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was extra comfortable. Accommodation is located just off the main street of fashion shops. A short walk from the metro. The host was very attentive, and messaged to check if we needed anything extra for our room.

The neighborhood has a really nice athmosphere with a lot of small, but cozy restaurants. The window of the room looked to the inner garden, so the room was quiet during the night. The furniture had a nice rustic feeling.

the property has the perfect location very close to villa borghese and piazza espagna, villa medici, and all luxury stores

the water sometimes finished in the morning maybe because people all use at the same time so it can go out in the middle of showering, but if it were to be fixed so everybody can shower without fear of running put water

So close to everything. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was easy to check in and check out. Cleaning was done every day. Big closet with hangers for clothes. Morning coffee. Small supermarket is also close and there is a fridge in the room.

You could hear quite much from other rooms and corridor. Shower walls.

It was close walking distance to the Spanish Steps and other sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you have a lot of luggage, go up and get your room key first, it has a key to the elevator, otherwise you will have a unnecessary carry. Also know that the AC is great but you turn it on with a remote that took us awhile to figure out.

It doesn’t have a breakfast option but the price was good.
