Location was perfect, the owner was very accommodating with our five hour delay in flights and was waiting patiently to let us in when we arrived. the space was adequate for the two of us. The bathroom was lovely and the quiet atmosphere was great.

I was warned about the breakfast they supplied due to restrictions on hygiene. Everything was wrapped in plastic and was not very tasty. The coffee was good. I wish they had been able to give us more variety in the breakfast items.

Emanuele was great! He met us at the apartment when we arrived and oriented us to the neighborhood. About 500 steps in one direction to Piazza del Popolo, and the same in the other direction to the Piazza di Spagna ... the Spanish Steps, a metro station, and a lively area of shops and cafés/restaurants. We stayed only two nights this visit, but are already looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

the apartment is located in a wonderful position. it is cozy and well equipped and with all comforts. it is also very clean and silent.

it was not a problem for us, but the apartment is placed on top of a quite steep stairs. Again, not an issue, but if you have walk problems, it might require a bit of effort to be reached.

Emanuele and Teresa were so friendly and helpful that we will stay here again on our next trip to Rome. When we got there, Emanuele gave information about the places to see. Location was great. It was very close to the Spagna metro and bus 119 where you can tour the old city. The garden was so beautiful that we were filled with happiness every time we passed. It was also great to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning. Our room was cleaned every day. Our breakfast products (croissant, cake, juice, coffee) and water were renewed every day. Most importantly, we were very happy to meet such beautiful people. Our hearts remain with you, Margutta's Garden!

It was absolutely beautiful. I felt like I was in a little villa. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Emmanuel helped me with anything I needed throughout my stay. The location is great, and in a nice/ safe neighborhood. It was a perfect pick for my first time in Rome. I’ll be back !!

This hotel is in a fabulous location - close to the train station and Spanish steps. The owner was super kind and extremely helpful. It was very clean and large and very well decorated. We would highly recommend it.

I wish they made breakfast instead of leaving some breads in packages. They had a sign saying they were not allowed to serve fresh breakfast but it other parts of Italy we had fabulous breakfasts. This was one of the reasons we chose them so we were disappointed about this. The rest was A+ fabulous.

The location is fabulous and the suite is small but charming. The air conditioning worked fine despite the heat wave and it was lovely to open the windows to the garden for cool morning air. The host was extremely helpful in orienting us to the neighborhood.

It was wonderful to have a Keurig coffee maker in the room, but it is deceptive to say that breakfast is included. I don't consider prepackaged sweets breakfast. Also, given that the room has a small fridge and microwave and advertises a dining room table, I can't understand why there are no cups, glasses, plates, or cutlery. We would have happily washed them in the bathroom sink.

Location! Location! Location. Just about everything was within walking distance. Great communication from hosts. The gardens were delightful.

We weren't enthralled with the box of breakfast foods not because they weren't good - they were. With all the cafes close by, it was better for us to have fresh croissants rather than packaged.

Emanuele (the host) was super nice and helpful. Apartment is well situated in the heart of Rome close to the Spanish steps and Piazza del popolo, equipped with all amenities needed. Apartment is in a picturesque complex very quite and "Roman" in the famous artistic street of via Margutta.

It was not a problem for us but bear in mind there are some steps to climb to the apartment. Maybe less suitable for the elderly.

The pickup at the airport, part of the package, was a fantastic start to a marvellous break in Rome. Emanuele was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived at Margutta's garden; he was waiting for us at the door to help with our cases. The little apartment is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly need. And the location - superb! So close to everything but so quiet and secluded. We just loved it!

We liked everything! We would just caution, however, that, because the apartment is accessed via a few sets of fairly steep steps, it would not be very suitable for anybody with mobility difficulties or other health issues that might make climbing stairs challenging.
