Location is amazing, very close to Colosseum, metro and central station. Room was clean, air condition, shared kitchen, great coffee. Staff is great, greetings to Gianfranco on reception, very friendly and helpful, gave us many informantion about city. Overall it was good value for the price. Room perfect for couple.

Shared kitchen, but without pan or any pot so it's possible to cook with only microwave. Cleaning of room in weird hours, between 2-6pm which was usually time we wanted to come back and rest.

The room was as described. Very close to attractions. The receptionist is working very very well, friendly and helpful! Really appreciate! Very good for sleep over the night, but that's was OK for us, as we didn't waste time in room.

As stated before, the soundproof of the room is one of the lowest i experienced, likely the neighbors were only sleeping in their rooms, actually same about us. Shower is maximum minimum, for bigger fallows might not fit

Host met us at the property, showed us our room and kitchen and provided us with a map and recommendations. Tea and coffee and access to a refrigerator and microwave, although couldn't cook (which was not a problem for us). Room was on the small side, but normal for Rome, and place was very clean. Bathroom and shower was very nice too. Host gave good directions on how to walk there from the train station (20mins)

Few steps from Coloseum safe area very clean and confortable the kitchen was very clean ideal for breakfast they were very kind left coffee tea nice coffee machine. We hand-washed out polo t-shirt and leave it in the line they collected before the rain started and placed in a hanger inside the room,very kinds 🥰 nice place quiet secure and clean

I liked everything, maybe the water pressure but not big issue I managed and I have long hair. Is a nice place to stay.Easy walking distance from monuments.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Apartments were secure and safe. They were clean and we were only a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro station. The neighbourhood was fairly quiet, but had cafes and restaurants nearby. Coliseum could be walked to in approximately 15 minutes. Goos budget place and would use again.

Nothing fancy, then didn't expect that, so no real gripes.

Everything was perfect! The room had everything we needed and the host provided us with all the information regarding Rome, sight seeing, food or transfer. They cleaned the room every day. Also the area was perfect, just outside of the park that leads to the colosseo.

Check in was fast and easy but efficient. Giuliana was very nice and helpful.The location was great, 200m from Colosseo,if you enjoy walking you can reach all other sights on foot easily.The area was safe. Room was clean ,quiet, shared kitchen was great ,you could have coffee and tea for free.Supermarkets near,coffee and good restaurants as well. we ate at La Cuccuma it was amazing. Termini station is about 15 min walking distance.

Everything was good with the room ,i would just like to suggest maybe a dehumidifier device to make the atmosphere a bit more comfortable .

The B&B was at a convenient location to the sights.

Small misunderstanding with tea & coffee making facilities within the room but a shared kitchen which was okay. However, coffee machine was on a power timer which was not convenient. Stayed 4 nights with no towel changes.

The B&B is in a quiet area near Colosseo and La Sapienza university, close to metro station and other services. The room was spacious, clean and confortable; the same for the bathroom. The host was extremelly helpful in permitting me to do an early check-in. The check-in and the check-out procedures were very fast.

The building is old, but clean. I suggest just to add a better indication about the B&B on the wall of the building and on the label of the intercom.

Domus Amor Colosseo was very reasonably priced and in a great location. A 10 minute walk to the Coliseum and other major sites. It is very basic but quite adequate and comfortable. There is no breakfast provided but there is a well equipped kitchen. The rooms come with a hairdryer. We asked for more towels and pillows and were provided with them. Would recommend. For the Vatican we got the train from Termini. Took about 20 minutes.

It was hard to get in as there is no reception and we had to phone to get someone to let us in.
