I think the hotel has 10 rooms, but they are really well done. We did not have breakfast with them (at a restaurant 3 minutes away) because we were trying to eat outside and that place was all indoor, but the restaurant looked (online) like a great place. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Pantheon, 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes to Trastevere, 20 minutes to the colosseum, 30 minutes to St Peters and 35 minutes to the Vatican Museum entrance. I cannot imagine a better location. They even helped us make a dinner reservation by calling the restaurant ahead of time for us.

Not a problem for us, but the hotel is on the third floor (for Americans) and so is 64 stairs to get there. There is an elevator, but it's 22 stairs to get to it (it does not go to the ground floor). Those with health issues should take note as you have to carry your own bags up and down.

First off, it’s not the “traditional” hotel. But that’s not a criticism, it’s a really great hotel stay. The best part was the location, 5 mins walk to the pantheon and Piazza Navona, 10 mins walk to the trevi fountain, 15/20 mins walk to the Colosseum. Do not miss the Chiesa di Gesu across the road, stunning building. The room was spotless and comfortable and the staff we met were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much and it made for a relaxing stay. There’s Acqua di Parma shampoo and body soap provided which are very nice. We got a small sample of 3 when we checked out which was a really nice touch.

Our room was on the main road and the traffic got pretty noisy until late. We had a room on a Friday night so 4am Saturday morning got noisy with people out drinking! There’s a small communal area with a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee. I think a coffee machine would have been a nicer option if you enjoy a coffee of a morning. The rooms don’t have tea and coffee making facilities. But there’s plenty of good coffee places within an extremely short walk.

The room had a great view. It was clean, simple, and modern design with a huge shower, comfortable bed, and air conditioning.

You have to be buzzed into the building. The hotel is on the 3rd floor. Had to wait to be buzzed into the desk area. Then, the hotel room key system was very confusing. The room worked well for the 1 night we were there. I'm not sure it would be conducive to long stays. Also, the rain shower head needs to be fixed. Water was not coming out all spouts.

The Hotel is well located, just a short walk from Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Jewish Ghetto, Trastevere etc. The room was comfortable and always very cleen. The highlight of this place is without any doubts Zakaria, the guy from the reception. Extremely helpful and friendly and always happy to help! Grazie Zakaria!

Wish there was a USB charger and a paper map of Rome for orientation. The hotel is not marked well outside, and especially not inside the building (it is on the 3rd floor). It is better if one thinks of it as AirBnb vs a hotel. There is a lobby, but noone is there; however they reply to whatsup messages quickly.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Modern room, nice interior design, clean, good Acqua di Parma toiletries.

Building looked run down and not well maintained. Garbage cans at the entrance are not the best… No ramp for handicapped from main door to elevators ( several steps up), elevator needs maintenance to stop at landing level. €200/person/night is a little too much given the fact that other proper hotels with concierge, bars, room service etc are around 300 euros as they told us (we entered and asked the rates).

Everything was superb- hospitality and welcoming of the stuff, great location (very close to all main sights) stylish interior and so good Acqua Parma showering products in the bathroom!

Although hotel is located in the small street without loud bars and tourist objects- it was quite noisy at the nights. Even through closed windows. But it is as it is.

The location is very central and ideal for exploring Rome on foot -- everything is walkable except maybe the Vatican but you can easily take a bus to get there. The room was very nice and the staff were kind.

Our AC didn't work very well so our room was hot at night and you can hear the street sounds at night but that didn't bother me much.
