Convenient to many sites.

The room itself was accessible and there was an elevator; however there were stairs to get in which I didn’t know about. Also the whole system get getting into the building and the suite was hard for me to use, as someone technically challenged. The staff were just lovely and helpful.

The room was very nice. The "room service" for breakfast was very good. The housekeeping service was excellent. The location is fabulous.

This is a B and B, not a hotel. There is no front desk, no concierge, and the room is certainly not a "suite." I should have read the fine print a little more closely. However, having spent five nights there, I have to say that I would probably stay there again - and would enjoy it!

It is a bit expensive given that it is not the hotel. With this said, we had a great stay.

Wonderful location, 6 mins from Pantheon and Alter of the Fatherland, close to everything, we walked almost everywhere. For Rome, good size bedroom and bathroom, internal lifts. Balcony opens out to a piazza, when doors shut, very quiet. Very comfortable bed. Linen changed daily/or as required. Delicious breakfast, delivered daily to your room. This is a hotel without staff on-site 24/7. The Staff are there early preparing breakfast and servicing the rooms, however if arriving late they provide easy directions to access your room, if you need a taxi the staff can organise for you, they are always available if needed by phone or email. We have stayed in 6/7 star hotels and all over the world, never have we received such good and sincere customer service. Special thanks to Claudia.

Room was spacious and very clean. Arrival instructions provided by the staff were clear and user friendly. Location was ideal with walking distance to main attractions. All member of staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was 10/10. ***Breakfast was lovely however, it could be useful to include an option to specify any allergies or dietary requirements (i.e.: dairy friend milk).

Spacious, clean and wonderful helpful staff. Breakfast in room was a huge plus so was bag storage. We felt right at home. The bed was just as hard as I love (may not be for everyone but there is spare beds in the living area).

May be add option to add number of coffee/latte. We couldn't see an option to ask for 2 lattes so just wrote 2 next to latte. But we got only 1 latte.

Lovely little Italian place to stay! Staff were lovely, asked us if we wanted turn down service. Breakfast was served to our room each morning on a wheeled table and was always lovely. Shower and bed were gorgeous and nice large window which opened up. Only a few minutes walk from all the sights.

This property is all about its fantastic location! Most of Rome’s iconic attractions—like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, and the Jewish Ghetto—are within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff, especially the ladies who cleaned the rooms and prepared breakfast, were kind and attentive, adding a nice personal touch to the stay.

However, the accommodations left something to be desired. The room was quite small, and when breakfast was served in the room, there was barely enough space to sit down comfortably. Additionally, the elevators were old and tiny, which made moving around less convenient.

The location is just perfect, almost every attraction is max. 15 min walking distance, the Vatican is also just 25 minutes away by foot, but the public transport is also very good and easily reachable from the accomodation. Even though it’s in the center, and a busy road is really close, it’s still far enough for it to be quiet. The breakfast is tasty, if you don’t want sweet options they offer to make eggs too, the food is delivered to the door each morning at a chosen time. The room is nice and immaculately clean. The staff is super nice and helpful, you can even leave your luggage at a storage place if arriving too early/leaving the city after check out time. Proper explanation about how to get into the building, can be done anytime as it’s self-check in basically. 10/10!

Couldn’t name one negative thing.

The Staff were helpful and pleasant, and the location was excellent, 15-minute walk to Trevi Fountain, the Parthenon and other sights, little longer for Saint Peters and the Spanish Steps. The exterior is nothing to look at, but the pictures of the interior provided by the facility accurately depict the interior. It is a continental breakfast that you order, and it is delivered to the room at the time you desire.

Communication with the hotel, needs the Whatsup App, which I did not have, and email did not work! Not a hotel, so no formal front desk, you cannot just show up and check in. Most of the water fixtures had something minor wrong with them. The photos that are provided by the establishment do not show the exterior of the place, so I have attached some. The exterior is not very pretty, but the inside is quite nice. The safe they provide is useless, it does lock, but is not secured to anything, so the thief can pick up the safe take it away.
