very centrally located. we stayed in suite #5 which is in the back (does not face city street) it was very comfortable. the AC worked great! the main bed and sofa bed was very comfortable… but the best part of this property is Dori. she is wonderful! VERY helpful in every area… it does not have 24 hour front desk but with Dori she was very communicative, was available for any questions or help… she’s a lovely human. would stay here again! oh and the shower is wonderful!

No food is available from the hotel but there is a fridge and area to prepare food in your room if you need snacks or tea/coffee etc. The owner has a list of the best cafes, trattorias, ristorantes, bars etc nearby. The list is fantastic because many of the places are not touristy places but rather fabulous places that locals go to. We had some great experiences and escaped the tour groups because of this.

We loved staying here and hadn't expected such a stylish and large room. The bathroom was large and our bed was so comfortable. It is not a full service hotel. It is a guest house so you can get more of the living like a roman experience.

Beautiful hotel, Dori was amazing and her little sausage dogs. immaculately finished and high quality finish throughout, bed was so comfortable.

Small things but should raise as they did exist, the sausage dog Frankie ate our chocolates in both rooms when we checked in 😂 we were awoken on the first morning aby a screaming child that sounded like it was outside our door, the child was next door and the parents slept through the noise at 6.45am which meant we had a rude awakening 😳 no milk in the fridge, but not an issue for me, but was for my father in law.

Location and convenience in a modern suite that has everything you need. We felt at home, and we were able to walk everywhere! Would definitely stay again. The staff was also very helpful and responsive via messages.

It can be a bit noisy in the morning as it is next to a main street, also it was a bit cold and the heater was not turned on nor were we able to increase the temperature of the room. Also, we would have preferred a thicker duvet in bed.

Great location. We’ve always stayed by the Spanish steps and this was a great location away from the crowds but between piazza Navona and Campo di fiori. It was still close to great restaurants, Restaurant vecchia Roma was amazing, Al Moro was a disappointment, dori recommended a delicious cabonara restaurant for lunch. The staff were attentive making sure if you needed restaurants booked or any sightseeing suggestions they were contactable. Loved the modern comfortable decor

A little hard to find the hotel since it’s inside a building with other residences.

Location and comfy beds. Bathroom is nice too. Sara was amazing in helping us find restaurants and always available on WhatsApp.

The view to the street was great but that room was a tiny bit loud. And the room that faced the courtyard was quiet but with no view. Didn't bother us though. Otherwise, loved our stay!!!

The bathroom was spacious. Also, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

A sign on the street with the name of the hotel would’ve been helpful.

Gorgeous property, our deluxe room was perfect - the photos don’t do it justice. Great location, Sara was super helpful and everything was easy and clean. Would definitely return!

Unique property in a fantastic location in Rome.

Just missed the mark on some minor details. No bottle openers or cutlery in the rooms. No towels on arrival. Maid didn’t service our room the second day. Toilet paper holder was falling off. [Additional information: this isn’t a hotel. Front desk isn’t 24/7. No room service, etc.]

Sara was over the top. She went way over the top to help us on first trip to Rome. Housekeeper was great.
