Staff is very nice, i got morning coffee with muffin for easter day.

The hotel name at gate shown only Hotel capri. The hotel'front is at 4th floor but signpost shown at 5th floor.

The location, right next to Termini, 15min to Trevi, Pantheon.

A little bit dirty at tye entrance, but nothing you care about if you only need a central place to sleep. Probably abridge in the room would be great as the hotel doesn't serve breakfast

Very good place to stay, especially for it being a 1 star hotel. Convenient area and close to Termini, daily housekeeping. Lovely receptionist.

You could hear people at nighttime, but it is a safe area to stay in

the property is really close to termini station so if youre a tourist the location is very convenient. you can even opt to take the bus from the airport for 8euros each vs the taxi (50 euro) since the droppff of the bus is really near the hotel. there are several eating places in the area for when you need to eat asap. there are mini marts as well if you need to do grocery. the room has refrigerator but no microwave. we did however requested for electric kettles and we were given one! :) in the area you can find, mcdo, chinese place, korean place, indian place and several italian restos. so theres a variety in case you want a break from pizza and pasta. the wifi is super fast so you can work here the host is super nice! she gave us a discount on our tax fee. plus let us checkin early. we were really tired from traveling so the early checkin was very much appreciated. we arrived at 1030 am the room we had is a bit small for a group of 3 theres barely any walkway on the room for us 3 to navigate. but still manageable if we take turns. the restroom is super big tho and towels were replaced everyday if you request. at our checkout the host allowed us to leave our baggage while we still walked around the city. overall we had a great stay :)

We were able to check-in earlier as our room was ready Very polite and friendly staff Location 5min from Termini station It's not an exclusive hotel, but rather a comfortable place to rest in between sightseeing- comparing to other places around, when reserving 2 weeks prior - v.good price (around 200€)

Can't say anything bad really

I needed a place to stay quick as my flights were cancelled and I had to get another hotel for a couple of days before my departure. I was basically looking for place to sleep that was safe and near the train station at Roma Termini. It did all this and more. Great alternative when you need a roof over your head. I'm going to book again!

The staff and specially Francesca were amazing. She was helpful and really sweet. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s just one block from Termini.

Rooms was well presented, staff were exceptionally helpful with all our needs. Location was awesome, walking distance to all attractions.
