Noise from the hallway can be heard inside the rooms, which might disturb light sleepers. Additionally, the lift is quite squishy and tricky to operate, which could be inconvenient for those with lots of luggage or mobility issues.

I had a great experience staying in the hotel.... it is very close to the shops,bar, public transport. The rooms are warm and accommodating with a very nice roof top but it was not set I think its due to season. Everything was just excellent

Very nice personnel, no problems with late check in. The room was clean and nice. We had everything we needed. Very good location, 5 min walk from the nearest metro station, 6 min to Termini station. There are quite a few grocery shops nearby as well as many nice restaurants. The terrace was also a nice addition.

The walls are quite thin and because of that you can hear your neighbours which can be a bit annoying.

The location is very close to Roma Termini (5-minutes) walk. I like that we were able to self check in at 3am. I was surprised that the room and bathroom is really clean for a 1 star hotel. It smells clean too. They also cleaned the room while we were out. The bed and pillows are comfy. The air conditioning is cold.

The towel is rough and not absorbent. The shower head splashes water on all sorts of direction lol. The area is quiet at night but rooms are not soundproof, you can hear people in the corridor and next hear next room flushing their toilet. You will be tired exploring all day so I think you should still be able to sleep peacefully. We did.

Everything was great! The room was available earlier than check-in time. We were greeted wonderfully, the receptionist showed us the city plan and outlined the most important attractions and gave us all the important information. He literally planned the whole trip for us. Priceless! I highly recommend this place if you want to do a lot of sightseeing and will treat the hotel as just a place to sleep. The location is great! Definitely we come back!

For the price really amazing accommodation. As a group of girls we felt safe in the apartment and in the area as well. The staff was really nice and friendly. Room had a much appreciated AC and was clean. We loved the terraces.

It wasn’t a big deal but there are very thin walls in the hotel. It woke us up a few times.

Very clean! Simple and provides everything you need, if you’re only looking for something to sleep at. It’s nothing special, just cute and comfortable! They also got a bookshelf offering a little collection🥺 Right next to Termini station and that’s why the location was 10/10! Super kind and helpful staff!!!!!!! That’s nothing one can take for granted ☝🏽 Would and will come back anytime 🫶🏽

The hotel is located in the very center, close to the train station, public parking spaces are available (in the blue lines) 4 euros a day. A huge plus is the historic elevator - sometimes it doesn't work, residents forget to close the door. Clean room, daily cleaning service. Hotel service very friendly. We recommend visiting the surrounding restaurants (on the recommendation of the staff) - a revelation. 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. We will be back for sure.

In general - good, clean room with comfortable bed. Staff is nice. And need to mention an amazing roof-top !

Its location was excellent. Plenty of food choice, near central transport hub for metro lines, regional trains and buses. Though small, the hotel is tucked safely on the 5th floor, Room was cleaned daily and everything worked properly. Value for money. The quick and efficient check in and out system.Hotel smsed simple, to follow instruction on code numbers and retrieval of keys.
