Daily cleaning and change of towels. Working air-conditioning/an absolute must, in those heatwaves. Reception assistance and accessibility.

Perhaps I'd have a thought about updating pillows and mattresses for a better comfort. However, this is no criticism.

We were greeted by Simona, lovely welcoming warm person, she gaves us so much information on where to go and how to get there. Great emphasis on security, which was great. She explained everything to do with the BnB, how long her and her brother have worked to establish it, it made it very home from home.

For two friends sharing the room was basic but adequate as we planned on seeing Rome more than the room. It was cleaned and bedding changed daily, although, for the sake of three days we wouldn't have worried about the bedding. The codes and lift were an issue, having the look up three codes to get in and upto the fifth floor was tiring. The lift, if you were overweight you had no chance entering, but most frustrating for us was coming in after a day out and someone else hadn't shut the doors and we'd have to go to or down to secure the doors to make it work, ouch when you have bad knees, In the future I'd have to check lifts and which floor we'd be on, this isn't a negative to Simona and her brother, this is feed back on those who need to know.

The hosts were very welcoming and communication prior to the stay was very good. The hosts were able to provide great advice on places to eat, shop and how to effectively navigate the transport system in Rome and in the most cost- effective way. The room was spotless, as was the shower room. I booked a twin room and it was nice to see it was twins where the beds were seperate. Also, tea and coffee was provided in the room along with a mini fridge- massive bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect for the station, metro and airport shuttle bus.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit weird and is poorly maintained, however i appreciate that this is a shared entry, once you get up to the accommodation floor it is prefectly nice. The lift is quite enclosed, worth knowing for those who are a bit claustrophobic. The breakfast is in room snack/prepack/takeway style, there is fresh juice in the mini fridge, its worth managing your expectations- we preferred to eat breakfast out as it was not what we would normally eat.

I recently stayed at "Night in Rome" over the Easter weekend and it was a delightful experience. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. What really stood out was the thoughtful touch of Easter treats - cake and chocolates - left in the room. It added an extra warmth to the stay and showed the attention to detail by the staff. Overall, I had a great time and would highly recommend "Nights in Rome" for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

One minor suggestion would be to improve the visibility of the hotel sign outside the building. We passed by twice without noticing it :)

We honestly could not have been happier with our stay. Andrea, Simona and Dominique were all incredibly helpful, warm, and instantly made us feel so comfortable. The room was very simple, clean, had a small selection of complimentary nibbles and coffee. A very easy walk from the Termini, even with a huge load of luggage to carry. They recommended us a beautiful restaurant and had every single answer to all of our questions we had, even before we knew to ask! It made the entire experience so easy. We can not wait to be back.

Took us a few minutes to find the door to the hotel and the buildings elevator is quite small but for us this was no issue at all.

Accommodation corresponds very well with info provided on web and guest reviews. Andrea was very helpful in providing information about city. We were offered by staff to check in at 12 which was very helpful, although we waited a bit on spot (some cold water could have been provided while waiting). Area very well connected with all parts of the city. Cosy atmosphere. Although is not perfect match for family stay we really enjoyed in this accommodation and felt welcomed. Breakfast modest but enough for the start (milk for coffee could be added to the offer.). We did booking 2 weeks in advance that was pretty late and in comparison with other offers this was really a winner in terms of value for money although was not cheap accommodation.

Mattresses and the fridge could be renewed. Not much content in general maybe shared area and the terrace could be utilised more to justify title of the hotel, as this it is more bed and breakfast (that is still OK). Terrace has nice potential. Be prepared for small and old elevator.

The hosts were wonderful, helped us avoid tourist traps, gave us great locations for eating and visiting. Very clean, very close to many main attractions, also to the station Roma Termini, from where you could take trains and busses throughout the city. Nice, cosy, we definitely recommend it for a relaxibg stay in Rome.

The room and the location were very good. The room was clean and they clean everyday.the staff were very friendly and told everything what should we know, when we stay here like how the transport to use and many things.

The breakfast was not good. We expected fresh bread and croissants but they were packed rusks and also packed croissants.

Breakfast was more than enough, gave us enough energy to walk to our daily objectives. Location of the apartment was great, we walked to all our main city attractions and shopping except the Vatican, where we took the Metro. Metro station is 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Simona was very helpful, she gave us a map and helped us find the main city attractions.

Very good location, nice staff, air-conditioned rooms, the breakfast is not what you are used to, but it is more than enough to start the day. At the check in, they give you many useful information how to get around. Smoking terrace is available close to the room
