- location (we went all over Rome on foot); - cleaning (vacuumed, washed floor, visually clean bathroom and that's it); - staff (special thanks to the woman from the reception (I don’t remember her name, a pretty brunette) for her help and travel advice); - breakfast (in general the breakfast was delicious, but...).

- cleaning (the dust was not wiped even once for the whole week; instead of a duvet cover, we had two sheets and a blanket between them - it's a little bit uncomfortable); - staff (the receptionist who met us had poor English, we barely understood each other); - breakfast (... but the omelet was like rubber); - wifi (unstable, it was difficult to talk on Whatsapp (for example) and we couldn't make two calls at the same time); - the door handles in the bathroom were not fixed properly. Each time opening and closing the door, they remained in the hand.

The hotel is centrally located and has a nice feel to it. The room was spacious and comfortable. Maybe a tad loud as we could hear people in the street.

Some of the staff were rude. The red haired lady in the breakfast room was unfriendly , and snapped at me because I asked if there was a table for two (breakfast room was always overcrowded). She said: you all came down at the same time, of course we don’t have tables!! On the other hand, food was good but we only managed to get breakfast 2 days out of 4 because there were too many people the the restaurant was tiny. Check-out was OK. The person that took the payment dis not even thanked us for staying. He had a miserable face and was somewhat bothered by the fact that we were giving him some work, i.e. take the last payment and issue a little receipt.

Excellent and central location, right next to the Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was excellent. The room is small, but it was enough. The hotel staff was very helpful.

I must say that this hotel has left an indelible mark on my heart, thanks to its outstanding staff, spacious rooms, and excellent dining experience. First and foremost, let me express my utmost appreciation for the hotel's remarkable staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and impeccable hospitality. The reception team was incredibly accommodating, making the check-in process seamless and efficient. Their wealth of knowledge about Rome's attractions and recommendations for local experiences made my trip even more memorable. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, setting a new standard for exceptional service. Speaking of comfort, the room I stayed in surpassed all expectations. The spaciousness was a delightful surprise, allowing me to truly unwind and feel at home. The thoughtfully designed interior exuded elegance and style while providing all the modern amenities one could desire. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Rome. The attention to detail was evident, making my stay in the room an absolute pleasure. The bathroom, too, deserves a special mention. It was pristine, and the generous space made it a joy to use. The luxurious fittings and high-quality toiletries provided added a touch of indulgence to my daily routine. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of keeping everything immaculate and well-stocked throughout my stay, always ensuring my comfort.

In conclusion, Hotel Delle Nazioni is a gem in the heart of Rome, and my recent stay there was truly unforgettable. The outstanding staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and exceptional restaurant all contributed to making my mini vacation truly special. I eagerly anticipate my return in November and can't wait to relish the same exceptional experience once more.

The extreme proximity to the Trevi fountain..literally around the corner. A beautiful, quaint hotel with the most amazing staff who were so friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed. We were able to walk to all sites we wanted to visit. The hotel even provided a breakfast to go for our early flight home. We were even able to get a shuttle service ($) from the cruise port to the hotel. I simply emailed the hotel guest service and they booked it for us. The hotel has an excellent breakfast that we got included in the price of our hotel stat

Location is great and staff at reception, as always , were OUTSTANDING. had breakfast only once during my stay and it was good. This time i Stayed in a renovated room and it was very nice. The restaurant LE GRONDICI is worthy of a michelin star ! The food is unforgettable

I had a problem with the bathroom. I believe they have a major problem with the sewage pipes - because its an old building; however, I've stayed in other rooms during the years and it was never this bad. it smelled really foul and obviously affected the smell of my bedroom as well. Reception staff were - as usual - extremely helpful and immediately got a plumber - who did resolve the matter temporarily. unfortunately, 2 hours later the smell was back. Im sorry to say i actually left the hotel two days earlier because of this problem …….. (I was aware the hotel was at full capacity, and it would have been useless to ask for a change of room).

Nice hotel just round the corner from the Trevi Fountain so it’s in a central location and easy to walk to most places or catch the bus, even tolerably close to the Metro. Very comfortable beds, rooms well made up daily, nice bathroom. The staff were charming and kind. The breakfast good.

It was very hot in August and we had problems with the aircon. We are old and found clambering into a slippery bath with no mat to shower was tricky- as was the uneven temperature control on the latter( hot on moment then cool).

Location-wise one of the smartest choices. Everything is near. That's why I have stayed at this hotel many times before, too. Rooms are big enough and the toilet and the shower function well. At the breakfast you can find a reasonable selection of fruits, flakes, bread, juices, coffee, tea, pastires, etc. In my opinion the breakfast is good enough to carry you through the morning and to the lunch.

Soundproofing is not very good. Noises from the hallway and outside carry through very clearly so don't expect to get to sleep very late unless you have adequate ear protection with you.

The hotel is very well located for exploring Rome. It is about a block from the Trevi Fountain, but not noisy. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. It is a convenient short ride on the #85 bus from the main train station. Our room was very comfortable and well laid out. We had a good view facing the street, and the windows opened. When the windows were closed, it was very quiet. The included breakfast had a good selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

The location is more than perfect! Breakfast is exactly what we needed, eggs, tomatoes, bread and COFFEE Air condition was more that enough, the room size and equipment was good, shower was clean Room was made up daily with new towels when requested. great improvement from our previous visit in 2017.

It will not affect our next stay, we will definitely come again but would recommend improvement of : 1. Poor WIFI 2. TV only Italian channels
