Incredible breakfast terrace/room, great breakfast room staff, comfy bed, lots of nearby shops and restaurants, really close to Trevi Fountain, friendly neighborhood

Other than being on a main road which can make it a little noisy the location is great! So close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps, easy to get to all other attractions. Reception staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, room was a decent size for a city centre hotel room, bed was comfortable.

We had booked a superior room as my understanding was that the superior rooms had been recently renovated, however, ours had not, which was a little disappointing. The walls and furniture were quite worn and scuffed and it was probably in need of a revamp. That is really the only complaint we had. I would stay again though it would probably be my second hotel choice in Rome.

We love Hotel Tritone. I have stayed there 3 or 4 times now. Sadly, even after the lovely renovations, it still suffers from the smell of sewerage when one enters the room😢. The location and staff are exceptional!

Perfect location located in the Colonna district; central and easy access to the Spanish Steps; the Piazza Venezia and it’s huge Vittorio Emmanuele monument, the Pantheon and it’s eat-streets in another direction and of course the beautiful Trevi Fountain is just a 3min walk around the corner. The nearby dept store and major chain shops are good for shopping hauls. The bar next door to the hotel offers perfect snack and meal options, along with good drink options.

Having to lug our heavy luggage up the initial 7-8 steps to the reception; the long waits for the beautiful brass lift.

Excellent location, close to Trevi, Pantheon, quality restaurants very close; standard European bfast, meet needs for bfast (excellent cafe next door for all meals). Asked for two rooms nearby - perfectly situated for two double rooms)

tiny shower in one of our two rooms (one shower door needed maintenance); small beds. Met requirements for a place to sleep.

We travel by family 3 people. Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Helped us organize Vatican museum visit, what was impossible independently from the web; without extra charges. Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect, just in a middle of all Rome beauties and not far away from subway. Shower room is clean, hot water or drainage have no issues Great value for money, I would come here next time as well.

Room window going towards busy road, what makes it slightly noisy.

Perfect location. Very easy to take the bus to main attractions. Excellent staff especially Giuliana. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Beds super comfortable. Cleaning staff very friendly and accommodating.

Ants in the bathroom and some were found in my sons bed. Nothing catastrophic but minor nuisance. Shower pretty small but I guess normal for boutique hotel in center of Rome.

Very close to the city center, the bed was comfortable and the staff very welcoming and helpful, especially the young man at the desk. It was nice that you could open the windows.

The breakfast didn't have a lot of options. You eat practically the same thing if you follow a diet. The fridge didn't seem to work, you couldn't move the curtains enought so you could let some light in the room. The room was dark with not much access to light.

Location, location and location!!! this place is perfect. 2 blocks from Trevi Fountain, People in reception and at breakfast are great! always willing to help and with a smile. Was a lovely experience and by sure we will be back.

Maybe the showers are to small.

The location was amazing! We could walk to anything, but the Vatican. You could technically walk there as well, but we had kids and that was a bit far for them. The a/c was amazing! They played music on Sunday that came through a speaker in the rooms. You had the option to turn it up, down or off. We left it on because it was just pleasant and a nice touch.
