The included breakfast was the Highlight of my every morning was looking amazing, fresh and you could order exactly what you wanted making sure you would not waste food either. All items are fresh and delivered at exactly the indicated time.

My room was just right next to the service/kitchen door of this lovely hotel and that was a very minor annoyance to have people during the day back and forth moving outside my room but I also understand the hotel opened the day i arrived and they were still figuring things out. And the staff was beyond amazing and sweet and caring.

This is a very new hotel with a beautiful decor in a very central location with many attractions within a walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and you can tell they really try their best. Everything was spotless clean. The breakfast that was served in the room was also more than acceptable.

The room was unbelievably small, there was no wardrobe so I had to keep all my clothes in my suitcase, for which there was also no space. My room was right next to the reception, I could hear everybody entering the hotel, buzzing, etc. I could also hear all the conversations of the hotel staff, which was a bit bothersome, especially early in the morning. It was loud, and not very private.

Breakfast was lovely, more than enough food and plenty of choices. When I forgot to order some breakfast items the staff was happy to help and bring us extras. The staff was helpful with everything, the rooms were impeccably cleaned and well stocked. Location is close to top sights and the main train station, we were able to walk everywhere. Staff helped with a local taxi company when we forget an important bag, arranged airport transfers and suggested great restaurants. There was lots of attention to detail and sweet extras to include homemade cookies. The owner even shared her family recipe! Beds were comfortable, towels clean and fluffy. This was a great stay for our family of 5.

Nothing, would stay again when we return to Rome.

I am so happy I found this hotel for my family vacation in Rome. The location is fantastic- round the corner from the Republica metro, walking distance to all the key attractions and great amenities all around. Every little detail was well thought out- candies for the kids, Netflix in English, having a small kitchenette was so useful and even the tasty breakfast served in the room was simple yet amazingly delightful. Leon offered us loan umbrellas to use for the entire stay as it was a rainy season. The family room was large and very comfortable. Francesca took the effort to reply to all my queries and organised the transfer seamlessly. I will definitely recommend families with children to stay at Hotel Donna Francesca.

Not a bad thing but do take note that the elevator is hidden in the left corner of the ground level and can only accommodate max 4 persons excluding luggage.

The staff here were incredible and went above and beyond for us. The place was clean and felt extremely secure. We found the location to be ideal for seeing everything we wanted to in Rome. On top of it all, our choice of breakfast was included and delivered straight to our door at the time of our choice! They communicated really well with us to coordinate check in times and our group felt well taken care of. We also took advantage of the airport transport they scheduled for us. This place should be much more expensive that it is - book quickly before others find this hidden gem!

Very near Roma Termini. we booked really late as we realised we didn’t have a room for the night (bad planning on our part) and they got our room ready very quickly. it’s a self access place, so not quite a hotel feeling but the room was great with amazing facilities. the room was small, but was really really comfortable and cosy. great TV, actually had English channels when most haven’t (sometimes a night in when you’re on a two week break is needed!)

although I don’t mind not having a reception open, it is nice having someone to greet you. so be warned if arriving late someone may not be there to assist although they are great at contacting via message. also, the lift is quite scary - didn’t know if it would take both myself and my husband and our luggage!

The staff is very patient and kind, the rooms are nicely decorated, clean, there was no noise, we slept well.

Perfect location close to many main attractions and also the station. The staff was really nice and helpful (not a common thing in there in my experience) and it was a comfy bedroom.

Only issue I could say is that the door is not that noice cancelling, so I could hear people passing by and also the main door when it was opened. Don't think it was a big of an issue tho, just a little inconvenience.

Gorgeous little guesthouse style rooms - AMAZING location and INCREDIBLE value for money. You're literally right in the heart of Rome! The breakfast was very cute, not the greatest I've had but definitely enough to start the day. Staff super helpful, and there's free cookies and espresso right outside your room!

Not much of a view (into a courtyard), and the rooms are small. It's 100% perfect for a solo traveler though!

This is perhaps the most beautiful boutique hotel my wife Barbara and I from Sydney Australia have ever stayed at in Rome led by Francesca and her wonderful team. Everything was perfect. The hotel does have a lift which is rare in Rome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend to everyone!
