Over our 3 night stay, there were 3 different staff members working the property and all of them went above and beyond expectations to help with everything we needed to make the stay perfect !!! We had an open line of communication from the the day we booked the property. They were always available and prompt with the information we needed. A special thank you to Alessia ! We were supposed to arrive at 5pm, but as things happen when you travel, we didn't arrive until 7pm and Alessia texted back and forth with us to reassure us that our check in would be ok at that late hour. It was very comforting to be reassured that we would not he left to fend for ourselves when we arrived in Rome !!!! We reserved the room with a personal balcony and the ability to take in the view of Piazza Navona from above was amazing while having our breakfast, which was served at the exact time we asked for, as well as enjoying a bottle of wine at night. I gave this property a 10, I wish there were higher values, because Hub Navona deserves it !!!!!!!!

Loved it! Balcony was an awesome plus - we spent so much time sitting out enjoying Piazza Navona. More than enough space for my family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Breakfast served to you in your room - ham & cheese breakfast sandwich was a hit. Staff was amazing, Alessia was so sweet and helpful, along with Jun & my favorite guy who helped with luggage & service but didn’t catch his name. Thank you for making our first stay in Rome unforgettable.

Can’t think of one thing

Hub Navona is an excellent B&B to explore Rome - friendly and extremely helpful staff, clean, comfortable and situated right by Piazza Navona/walking distance to most sights (like Colosseum, Vatican city, Piazza del Popolo etc). The breakfast was tasty with sufficient choice of foods, served in room. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, the towels smelled nice, the shower had good water pressure and there was always hot water! :) I would definitely stay here again.

The room has one small window with “no view”, which was described by the staff beforehand, so no problem for us. The room seemed a bit damp when we arrived, but the air conditioning took care of that, and we were fine till the end of the stay.

We were celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary & the staff could not do more to help us. The room was very spacious, with a balcony with stunning view of Piazza Navona. The continental style breakfast had lots to choose from & came with the room, set us up for the day. The room had two A/C units which was most welcome when we stayed We found that the location was perfect for all the different tours & sites. There were so many fabulous restaurants to choose from near by. Would highly recommend staying here

There wasn't anything we disliked, but if I was to say something, a bigger fridge in the room would have been better. We stayed at the end of July & it was very hot.

The apartment was in the perfect location to explore Rome and the square it overlooks (Piazza Navona) is truly one of the best spots in Rome with lovely cafes and restaurants all around it. The room was clean, luxurious, comfortable and well appointed with excellent air conditioning during the hot weather. The staff were all fantastic during our stay, Jerome was particularly helpful organising things for us during our stay and the other staff we encountered were also most helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone to spend a little more money and have the best experience of Rome, we’re very glad we did!

Jerome was super helpful when we arrived, carrying our luggage up the stairs the bfast was right on time as requested and nicely presented. the room was great for 2 adults (queen bed) and sofa bed for the kid, 9 yr old. wifi was solid, the water pressure and linens. location was well worth it. we walked to Vatican early in the morning, super safe. then walked back to hotel. the day before we walked to hopon hop off bus stop and got off near trevi fountain. and walked back to hotel thru Pantheon and piazza novena. it was a wonderful 24 hr stay

The location was very central and close to the major sightseeing attractions. Lots of food places in the area. Piazza Navona is literally within steps. Breakfast was customized to our liking. The receptionists Alessia and Jerome were exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. The round bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious.

There was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggages up to our room. Alessia and Jerome helped us out though.

Nice location. It’s a street away from Piazza Navona and walking distance to some major sights. Great staff! Very pleasant and helped us when needed. Bed is very comfortable, conducive to a good night’s sleep. It’s quiet at night even if there are restaurants outside (we got the inner room). Since it’s a b&b, the experience is closer to living like a local. Room amenities are more modern than hotels of similar price range.

There is no elevator, but the staff is very helpful with the luggage so it’s not really an issue. Buy a ticket in advance if you need to take a bus since it’s quite far from the metro/ticket places.

The location was fantastic. It has a balcony which overlooks the piazzo. Breakfast delivered to the room which we ate on the balcony. Room was lovely, bed was so comfortable. Jerome and the team were really lovely and made our trip special.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, even did a little research to help us find a product we wanted to bring back home. The room was very comfortable. It was the first hotel on our trip that also provided conditioner with the toiletries. I wish we'd down the breakfast, so many places are closed Sunday morning and it looked like they had a great selection. The location was amazing! We would definitely return!
