Hotel is located in very centre-just 2 min walk from Navona square and 10 min walk from Pantheon. 20 min walk to Coliseum. Just down the street many restaurants and ice cream shop- recommend, as well as Tiramisu shop. Breakfast were delicious- can order freshly cooked eggs and croissants were warm from the oven. Cheese, ham, mousli, yogurt, fruits. Freshly made espresso. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. In the room there is tea and coffee, kettle. Small minibar, safety box. Mattress and pillow were comfortable . Air conditioner in the room- cold and warm. Very welcoming personell- in the reception and in the kitchen- organized early breakfast at the departure day. Overall very recommend this hotel if you want to be in the centre with walking distance to historical sights, as we walked to Coliseum, Trevi, Spanish stairs.

Hotel is located in the Old town, so houses are located very close to each other, so no view from the room.

The location was great. We were easily able to walk to everything. The location is close to the Piazza Navona and there are so many restaurants to choose from as you wonder the streets in the area. The area surrounding the hotel was very dirty this time. Lots of trash and disgarded papers, etc. It did not meet Italy's usual daily street cleaning. I had just stayed there last November - the difference was very obvious. The hotel was clean. The outside surrounding areas were littered quite a bit.

Nothing for the hotel could have been better. The inside furniture and time period is a bit retro/outdated, but all very clean and friendly. The breakfast included was great.

We stayed in a nearby building (100-150 m) also handled by Navona Theatre Hotel. The building is really close to Piazza Navona and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. As soon as you enter the entrance of the floor where the rooms are, you can smell cleanless and joyful odors. The rooms (we had booked 2 rooms) were bigger to what we had in mind. Extremely clean, good wifi, comfortable matresses and big bathrooms. The rooms were well decorated in a good combination of modern but classical style. Also, the prices of the products available in the mini fridge were not that expensive. The breakfast served at the main building was of good quality and the gentleman responsible of the service was very professional, gentle and helpful. Coplimenti!

The only problematic thing would be that there was no elevator to take you directly to the floor where the rooms are. So in case you have a big suitcase have in mind that you will need to lift it for around 20? steps to reach the semi floor where the elevator is and then a couple steps up/down. However keep in mind that the gentlemen who work in the lobby are very helpful and they will most likely offer to help you with that.

Our room was very quiet, considering the hotel is located in a very busy area. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was modern and very clean. The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. We booked a taxi, through the hotel reception, to pick us up from the airport, and it all went smoothly. The location of the hotel was so convenient, we could walk to all the main attractions.

There wasn't anything to dislike!

The location is ideally situated. We visited Rome several times but this was the only time we didn't need to use any transportation around the city (except for Vatican). Why? Because all major sites are between walking distance. The cherry on top is downstairs at the building you have three great places to eat great traditional bites. Also, the street with the accommodation and those around are jammed with restaurants. Right on this street there is also a bar with live music that attracts many tourists. It is noisy if you want to sleep early and we don't recommend it for families with children but if you want to enjoy music and even dance it's the best place to be. We stayed for a drink and ended up singing along and dancing through the night. It really become a great memory of our visit!

Breakfast is really poor and served in a sort of an indoor room. But we appreciated a lot that the manager has agreed to cancel our breakfast included reservation. With so many great options for "colazione" right in front of you it's really a pity to eat something you don't really like and to stay inside.

very good location, kindness of personal, comfort room and bathroom, very clean

the room can be a little bit noisy at night, but we were informed before, what was very gentle from the hotel. breakfast was not included and the price was very high, we had it in the coffee shop next door. there is no 24h check in, and you have to go to another hotel 1km away after 22h, which is not convenient. they gave us the option of a private driver from the airport which took the keys with him, for an extra cost of normal taxi.

We stayed in the annex building, and found the location to be perfect. It is so easy to access the major sights from the hotel - equidistant to the Colosseum, Vatican, and everything in between. Great restaurants and gelato were on our doorstep, and just downstairs you could grab a very affordable coffee to start the day. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, we slept very well.

As the annex overlooked the street, there was a lot of noise in the evening. However we had been warned off this by email before we arrived, so brought earplugs and this was not a problem. If you are a light sleeper or go to bed early, pack earplugs and you won’t hear a thing.

Firstly, it is a fantastic location - one minute walk from Piazza Navona! The staff were absolutely lovely - they recommended different restaurants and things to see and do. The bedroom was basic but had all the amenities. The bathroom was very big and the shower was great. Very clean and quiet, too. Our room was a stone throw from reception, which was a bit random, but I have just never seen this before. Bed was very firm if you like that - which my partner does (me not so much, haha)

Location is excellent; quiet among busy streets. A desgner/boutique hotel convenient for restaurants and principal sites, Navona Square; also taxi ranks. Staff delightful in every regard, helpful and engaging. Cleanliness and housekeeping suberb - clean towels daily

Lack of shelves or chest of drawers meant that we had to live out of the suitcases for small things; others we could hang in small alcove.

The location is gorgeous. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast is OK. The staff was friendly to provide me with the early-leave breakfast on the day of my departure.

The room light was a bit dark. The assortment of the breakfast was not so wide; no other than pork was served. The breakfast time from 8 am to 10 am is quite limited. It would be good to have it from 7 am to 10 am.
