Great location Comfortable quiet room in the middle of the city Good communication from the host

We had no view from our window & no natural light coming! The bathroom was a bit cramped We only had one tea bag left by the kettle which didn’t feel very welcoming!

The location was E V E R Y T H I N G right around Piazza Navona, we walked everywhere and the cafe Santa Lucia where we had breakfast and night drinks was amazing, lovely people. We had such a good time.

The only fault was the staff who welcomed us wasn't very helpful, although we explained we needed to print our train tickets (because the were not accepting digital copies at the train station) they didn't want it to print our ticket reservation even though the printer was right next to them, they saw how flustered we were running around the area looking for place to print and still did not help, we ended texting via WhatsApp to the manager and until they told the staff to print the tickets, but by then it was too late and we were going to miss the train.

I chose "Rome Visits" because of its location. It's not my first time in Rome, so I knew what I wanted - the opportunity to wake up in the morning and go for a walk in Piazza Navona. A very convenient place to reach the most beautiful sights of Rome on foot. The location has another important bonus. There is a taxi rank below the gate. Taxis were there both early in the morning and late at night. It is a guest house. A room with a separate toilet and shower, but as a bonus, a small common kitchenette with a coffee machine, dishes, etc. useful things. A great choice for those who don't want to live in a classic hotel, however, as always, use your brain and think for yourself, some may not like it. It seemed that "Rome Visits" was trying to recover from the tourism bans during the pandemic. I wish they could pull it off as the only problem for me was the damp room which needs a more serious refresh than the usual cleaning to give it a 10. Loved that breakfast was served at Bar Santa Lucia across the street. It's a real Italian bar and you didn't have to eat the boring canned beans, bacon and egg, or the boring hotel "cheese and ham" sets. Crossing the street for morning coffee was no problem at all. We communicated with representatives of "Rome Visits" on WhatsApp. Everything was Ok and they were very kind.

The location was amazing, close to bars and restaurants, we walked almost everywhere from our apartment. Breakfast was served in Santa Lucia, a restaurant across the street and we liked having the opportunity to eat in a place where the locals eat as well.

There was no breakfast on Sunday, which was deducted from the price, but this was not communicated to us in advance. The shower and toilet bowl weren’t clean enough and we didn’t have enough toilet paper.

Rome Visits is in a great location just off Piazza Navona easy walk or cab to the main attractions. Concierge via what’s app made us a little nervous but Simone was great always responding quickly. Simone provided good directions to the property that worked perfectly. Suggestions provided for places to eat were spot on. Good food in a good location. We enjoyed our stay Breakfast at Santa Lucia was good and convenient and has a good feel.

It would have been good to be able to make a coffee in the room at the end of the day rather than a black tea.

The property is very well located and close to the main tourist attractions, just behind Piazza Navona. Breakfast was served in Santa Lucia, a restaurant across the street. Only 2 minute walk from some of the best restaurants in Rome. A fantastic place to stay if you want to see The Vatican, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon as all are within walking distance. So easy to get to the directions to the hotel were sent 4 days in advance with photos. So easy to understand. Hope we can visit again

I can not say enough good stuff about this hotel!!! Simone was a godsend, we had an issue when we first arrived and it was sorted instantly, the room was AMAZING the location was PERFECT!!! So easy to get to the directions to the hotel were sent over 4 days in advance with photos and a step by step outline for the door all to WhatsApp. So easy so clear to understand - Huge Thank you!!! Can't wait to visit again! Oh and when you stay check out the rooftop breakfast across the street, coffee and a view in the morning - great way to start a day!!

This is NOT a negative but just as a FYI!!! To get the shower to have hot water make sure to flip the switch on the towel warmer - it took a very cold shower to figure this out since we are simply not used to these! This was not a hotel error this was on us, and became just a funny vacation story!

This is a boutique hotel with one floor and few rooms. All looking nearly as brand new and modern. Very homely. Location of this property is the best you could get in Rome. Easy to find. Short walking distance to all major locations. Piazza Navona just outside the door, what could be better. Heaps of shops and restaurants. Taxi rank is in front of the apartment and another is 40 steps further. Building is very nice with some ancient history to it and the lift is a bonus. Room was very clean and freshly renovated with an excellent shower. Bed and bedding was very comfortable and sparkly clean. The downturn is that our room (number 5) was the smallest room in the complex, without proper windows. It has only very small windows with frosted glass, can't get any fresh air really and no view at all. Room has an air conditioner, which will be great for hot days but being there in May, felt not enough fresh air.  Cleaning was done every day, which we appreciate greatly. Very nice man, sorry did not get his name, was kindly rushing to clean our room as we rock up very early before the check in. He allowed us to leave our suitcase so we could stroll around while the room was getting ready and it was within an hour to allow us to check in at 11:00 a.m. how good was that.  Breakfast was in the bar nearby, however, next time we would not take up the breakfast. Whilst people and food at the bar was very nice, it was so busy as it is just a normal bar and not part of the hotel. Every morning it was a coffee rush as you can imagine. You needed to que to give your order and wait for the food. Everything was rushed and not very pleasant. Instead, just go to any cafe around and have a good breakfast. There is a shared kitchen facility that you can use, which is great. You can make coffee, tea, use the fridge and cook if you wish. Only wish there was a washing machine ;) Overall it was a pleasant stay.
