Just the location & staffs

Bed type is horrible as they have pasted two single beds and name it king bed which is very uncomfortable 😣 Rooms are so noisy

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was amazing! The location was perfect! It is steps from Piazza Navonna with quaint cobblestone streets, great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and stunning churches! The hotel was beautiful and clean. It had a gorgeous view from the rooftop terrace. The service and staff were top-notch. We were greeted with prosecco and canapés. The breakfast was superb and so relaxing with a harp player every morning. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable with 2 sinks and 2 showerheads. Thank you to Simone and staff for such a wonderful experience! Until next time...❤️

It’s location is brilliant, in fact it can’t be beaten as it’s easy to walk to everything you’d want to see in Rome. It’s also a brilliant design, with so many rooms making the most of the shape of the old palazzo The staff too are very accommodating

There was maintenance taking place, which is understandable given it’s a quiet time but was a little irritating at times. Having said that, staff managed any issues very well.

Breakfeast was good and staff very attentive and curtious. It was also accompanied by a harpist playing beautiful music which was the ideal start to the day. The location was literally a few metres away from Piazza Navona and within walking distance of many other attractive locations such as Via Del Corso, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon etc.

Nothing to say here. On the contrary we were upgraded to a lovely suite with a terrace which was wonderful.

Beautiful touch upon arrival from hotel staff with gift in room for wife's bday. Location, staff and facilities were brilliant, hair dryer, straighners and basic toiletries provided. Nespresso went down a treat. Will need to book another trip for when flowers in bloom at front 7am bells from local church were nice Very central to all major attractions. Within 30min walk

Periodic noise but that's to be expected given location and age of building. Very minor item.

All the key elements were spot on. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and a generously sized bathroom. The staff were excellent, professional and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal.

The building works, but this is obviously temporary

I booked last minute. What a great choice, superb welcoming staff, lovely room with significant gifts in the room. I didn't realise it was Bio when I booked but the room service menu was outstanding as was the food and service. From just needing a last minute bed in Rome for the night I, by chance, found myself in an exceptional Hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer to be honest! Thank you all at Bio Hotel Raphael.

Amazing staff in every way! Simon the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He called us during day to remind us of a lunch reservation, and just to be sure all was well with our Rome adventure. There could NOT BE a better front desk manager for the Raphaël.!!! 1000 % satisfied. The only first class hotel we will ever stay while in Rome.

The Kangen Water The Staff - really, really great team of people. The marble bath. The Stylish Interior including the art work, especially around the foyer. The attention to detail down to the bedtime turndown and fondant. The Bang and Oulfsen technology. The location to Church, restaurants and Piazza Navona. Eat, Pray, Love. The complimentary bottle of wine. The bathrobe. Ideal for solo travellers, the restaurants nearby were delightfully friendly to a female travelling solo, dining alone in the evening.

Nothing, it was truly delightful, I am looking forward to returning.

Everything was great! They have amazing facilities and are very sustainable, including a vegetarian breakfast and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and kind. We highly recommend and will be back soon.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the gym, it is very outdated in comparison with the rest of the facilities.
