The location was perfect. Not in the noisy historical center but exactly in front of a Metro station. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. Despite the fact that there was no staff there all the time, for anything needed there was communication via booking messages and service was prompt. Even the communication about the elevator malfunction, on Friday night, was absolutely prompt and the problem was solved within an hour. The room was excellent. Exactly as shown in the photos. Big and bright and very well decorated and lit. The bed was a very good size as was the jacuzzi. The room had all the necessary equipment. The toilet was spacious. The place was very well maintained and the cleanliness was excellent. breakfast was as promised.

The only problem was the soundproofing. You could hear everything from the other suites.

Amazing property such an amazing room with everything you need including being able to have a jacuzzi bath and sauna to rejuvenate your body after a long day of walking around Rome. The staff were 10/10 (Especially the young man upon check in) so helpful with everything you’d need and more, could contact them anytime about absolutely anything. Would definitely recommend only walking distance from most tourist attractions in Rome. Restocked all of our fridge and snacks every day!!

The breakfast is just packaged corn flakes, croissants and biscuits etc. wouldn’t be my cup of tea but nice to snack away if needed.

My partner and I recently stayed at Love Suite for a romantic getaway, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the luxurious room with a private jacuzzi. The room itself was beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities we could have hoped for. Overall, Love Suite exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a romantic and relaxing retreat. We can't wait to come back!

The room was exactly like the photos, lovely, luxurious and the perfect first trip away with my partner. We were given 2 bottles of orange juice, water and 2 cans of coke each morning which was lovely along with crossaints, toast, jam and nutella. The room had the lovely hot tub which was lovely and clean, the sauna was nice, there was even a fire within the room to heat in the evenings if it was cold. There was air conditioning and the windows opened very wide incase it was hot. Netflix was available on the TV. The bathroom was clean and kept stocked up with everything we needed. This was a lovely stay, the staff were very responsive and checked in with us via Whatsapp. We didn’t have any issues throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Rome!

The only thing I would recommend is bedside tables as we didn’t have anywhere to put our phones etc when charging

Location was excellent, close to the metro, some bars and restaurants close by and seemed safe.Room was very clean and loved the mini bar which had prosecco the first night with fruit juices, soft drink and water. Soft drink and water were refilled daily. Fresh fruit on welcome was nice too.Hot tub and suana in the room which would be lovely in the winter. Communication was great and very prompt.

Some noise from traffic but that was to be expected being so central, no noise from bars and restaurants.

Wonderful service from Ronnie, who checked in with us daily on WhatsApp for any needs, was very kind, and kept the mini fridge stocked with free water and juice, plus morning snacks on the table above. He also left us champagne and a fruit tray as a gift after we reported a noise issue with the A/C. The jacuzzi was awesome. The room decorations were very creative, and overall it shows that the staff have put a lot of love into the hotel. The hotel was right next to metro and bus stations, and easily within walking distance (2.5 km) of the Colosseum.

The room's door did not provide much noise isolation from the hotel hallway. (The walls were fine, though. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbors through them.) The A/C would make a buzzing noise every minute, but after reporting it we got a response right away. The bathroom's sliding door would occasionally get stuck, and the lock didn't work. Also, the bathroom could use some more table/storage space for toiletries. The building's elevator was tiny, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Check in was smooth and easy. Great communication all the way. The room was amazing 🤩. The jacuzzi soothed our aching muscles after travelling for so long. The sauna was a lovely treat as well. The room was spotless and the welcome gifts were fantastic 🍾. We couldn't close the window so it was loud at night. But that's a small price to pay for staying in a big city. We will recommend your hotel to our friends 10 out of 10 xx

- some non-perfect spots in shower, I would use more bleach - some corners are a bit scratchy, but I did not have expectations like staying in Mandarin Oriental - I would replace room doors with more solid and noise insulated model - additional LED chain did not work

We stayed in the Athena Suite and the room was gorgeous, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the bath was so relaxing especially after all the walking throughout the day (although we used it cold as it was so hot between 32-37degrees every day during our stay) and omg the bed was unreal, I've never been a fan of memory foam but this was beyond comfy, even the pillows and the quilt, I had the best sleep every night, blackout shutters and curtains and it's so quiet, honestly could not fault it at all. The air con was lovely after the hot days as well. We had all the love heart balloons and rose petals with a little note on arrival, just as the pictures show. The location is slightly out of the main central area, but there is still a bar that opens in the evenings just next door and one facing on weekends (you don't hear a sound from these). It's only about a 30-40 minute walk back into the central area, or there is a metro station literally across the road (Lodi), where you can jump on to change at San Giorgio (or its only a 7 minute walk down the hill to this station directly) for the main tourist attractions (Platform A to Battistini for Trevi, Vittorio Emanuele (Colesseum is a 10min walk from here), Spanish Steps, Vatican, etc) so it's super easy to hop back into the hustle and bustle of the centre. Would definitely recommend it.

Our experience and staying in this hotel was amazing and incredible. All was perfectly wonderful, including staff (reception operator), all facilities, location (close to circus Massimo), comfortable bed and jacuzzi, all all was absolutely fantastic ❤️the hotel exceeded our expectations! I forgot to mention about fantastic shower with massage......thanks a lot ❤️
