The staff was wonderful, providing us with an umbrella during rainy weather. The cleanliness was impressive, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and cookies. The room was modern and included a balcony, conveniently located close to the metro and Vatican City.

The reception closes at 4pm, and the staff were unresponsive on WhatsApp. There were no cups provided in the room, and it tended to get somewhat noisy in the mornings. Additionally, it's important to pay close attention to the booking instructions, as we overlooked the detail that required us to pay an additional 6 euros per night for city taxes as it was not included in the price.

This was my first time visiting Rome, so I didn't know what to expect. It is not like the hotels in the States, but it was an exceptable place. The staff was friendly and came to clean the room daily.The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The Vatican and other sites are within walking distance, about 25 minutes away. The mi hotel home is in a quiet area but you're not far from lots of activities. I would stay here again when visiting Rome.

The location is good. 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station. We enjoyed the room and found it comfortable. It was clean and met our expectations.

The only problem in the room was the exterior shutters. It was quite old and we were afraid to break it when we tried to open it. We left it that way and we were okay with little sunlight since we were out most of the time but it needs a fix. It wasn't problem for us bu If you are a light sleeper the hotel in the main street so take this into consideration.

The room was cleaned and the host was friendly, he help us rearrange all the stuff in the room.

The wall is quite thin so u can hear a lot of noise from the next room ( if u unlucky like us u may have an aggressive neighbor 🥲 ) , the light in the bad room have some television sound made me so annoyed + one of the plug near bed is not working and one more thing that the hotel location is not too close famous spot so u will might take a lot of public transport.

I really liked the staff, very helpful, the room was also very clean. The location was good, we walked everywhere, didn’t use the metro at all.

The internet connection was terrible. Only had Wi-Fi close to the door, and even that was bad. Also it can get very noisy, not from outside, but from inside the building. You can hear everyone and even people from other rooms. But overall it’s not that bad, you can get over these things, especially for the price we’ve got.

Very friendly and kind staff, clean, the room is cleaned every day. The room is comfortable and every day you have coffee and cakes. The hotel is located close to all the sights of the city if you want to walk, and has access to the Lepanto metro station if you want to use the metro. Thanks to the hotel, this vacation in Rome was wonderful for us. I would definitely choose it again.

The hotel is located near the center in a business building, on the first floor. We felt safe and comfortable and it's easy to get to all the sights. It is very clean, the receptionists are very helpful and available in the hotel from 8 am to 4 pm and after that you can contact them by cell phone.

In the hotel, you don't have the option of a rich breakfast, but you have a coffee machine, a kettle in your room and every day cleaning stuff leave pods , tea , biscuits and jam . The room definitely lacks some sort of wardrobe. The existing one is not enough for two people, and especially not for three.

The room is very clean and spacious, with enough space for storage. the rooms were cleaned every day. the building is safe, access is done with an access code both in the building and in the hotel which is located on the 1st floor in a building with several offices and even an embassy. location very close to the subway and tourist attractions. supermarket 1 minute away. very friendly host, helped us to check-in a little later after the reception schedule. in the end I was able to store the luggage at the hotel, having the plane in the evening. nothing negative to mention, we will definitely come back.

Great location, a pretty easy walk from the train station with luggage, a good price for Easter weekend in Rome, and a great concierge who carried our 17kg and 18kg bags down the stairs to the taxi with one hand for each! 💪🏻 after two weeks of traveling and dragging those around up and down stairs at train stations, it was such a great help and much appreciated.

Strangely enough, there was no bin! There was the usual small bin in the bathroom but no main bin …. no biggie - we used a carrier bag. The balcony had just enough room for us both to stand on so don’t expect to sit out there and enjoy the view but as we were only there for two nights it wasn’t the end of the world. Also, just want to say bring your own tea bags if you’re a tea drinker like me before you go out for the day. Bread and jam provided for breakfast but no knife but got by with the teaspoon handle.

I can’t say enough good things about Mitzi! I arrived late on a Friday evening and realized I left a bag in my taxi with some important items. I contacted Mitzi and she sprang into action. Somehow she found the driver with very little information and had my bag dropped at her home. This was above and beyond any level of service I’ve experienced. I can’t thank her enough. Wonderful stay!!
