Location, style, room quality and cleanliness … we even had our own balcony! 😀

Confusion over breakfast being included in price. The documentation we had indicated it was. We paid the extra for the excellent breakfast, but for the price we paid for our stay, we felt it should have been included.

The location is optimal for exploring Rome. The staff, while only on site from 8-6, is extremely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast is outstanding for a continental breakfast. The beds are comfortable memory foam. In room coffee maker, lovely bathroom, great view over the piazza.

I would not call this accommodation a suite, but a large hotel room. The elevator works, but is very small and leaves four steps to access the hotel (not uncommon for an old Roman palazzo!). The TV was small, hung crooked and didn’t offer much…. But who watches TV in Rome? The breakfast room is rather tight and there can be a wait…also not uncommon for a small boutique hotel. The chairs in the room were not very comfortable and somewhat unstable. There is a strange full height window between the shower and interior corridor covered by a curtain. Odd design that may be fine for honeymooners, but really?

We loved everything about our stay here! From the moment we arrived we met Merry Joy who was exceptional and welcomed us/checked us into our room. What I loved the most was the feeling of safety and privacy and comfort that this property gives you. It’s in an exceptional location, this was our first time in Rome and we would stay here again for sure. The room was also exceptional a huge round comfortable bed which is just perfect after a long day walking and exploring Rome. Also the room itself was large and the sofa was perfect for fitting both our suitcases, additionally the bathroom was upstairs which we loved, it was huge and really nice it felt like a little apartment for the 2 nights we stayed there. Breakfast was also great, my husband asked for scrambled eggs and they were really perfect, all staff here were exceptional and thanks also to the manager who booked us taxis last minute too! All arrived within 3 minutes of booking. Loved our stay and will be back in a heartbeat! 😀

Nothing it was perfect

Room was beautiful, very roomy (especially for Europe), extra large bathroom with TONS of space, large rain shower, & comfortably fit 2 extra adult children (with addition of rollaway bed). Location is perfect as well - close to great restaurants and walking distance to everything while not being overly crowded.

Wish they were available for arrivals after 6, however Josua went over and above providing play-by-play videos to make the process as easy as possible.

A beautiful old property. I had last stayed there 9 years ago an believe I may have stayed in the same room. As a tiny hotel, there are only about 10 rooms to be had. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Centrally located making the Vatican and Colosseum each about a 30 minute walk. 10 mins to the Pantheon and 20 to Trevi Fountain. Also it is 3 minutes to a favorite small restaurant, La Fortunata.

The property is showing it’s age. Some of the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. Some services have been reduced. 9 years ago you could have eggs made to order. These were no longer available. Also the front desk is only open from 8 AM until 6 PM. So arranging cars for dinner or early departure is on the guest as there is no support.

The location with a view of the piazza was great although a bit noisy at night. Lots of good food options nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Full breakfast was provided each morning.

It seems that Rome stays awake until 2am then garbage pickup starts at 4am. Like in any big city, bring earplugs!

Location was amazing! Room was large, immaculate and perfectly appointed. Special appreciation for the coffee maker and little treats in the nespresso tray. Great AC considering it was about 104 outside the room was beautifully cool. Staff were exceptional! Responsive and helpful in every possible way!

They were doing construction work on the piazza outside so could be noisy in the morning but they should be finished soon .

Everything from the moment you walked in. Staff were exceptionally good, couldn’t compliment them more.

Couple of little points in the scheme if things. 1: the end/foot of the bed in our room was close to the wall which made it difficult getting around. 2: would have been nice to have a hand soap dispenser at the bathroom vanity, like in the shower, the cake of soap took up room on the bench and was messy.

The place is FAN-TA-STIC! Localization is exceptional, close the main attractions. personnel was more than helpful, always pleasure and very very helpful. When we asked for the lemon to the tea Michela just went downstairs and brought the fresh one from organic store. On the other hand Carlo has given us plenty of ideas where to go, to non obvious places and taste real Roman tastes. These guys are priceless! Super nice and very friendly. Within the next few months Hotel will go through some work to raise the standard for guests. I highly recommend this place!

The perfect stay in Rom! First of all the hotel was in the centre of the city a beautiful place and everything was nearby. I had a special request, my best friend is getting married so I asked if they could decorate the room. The staff did everything the room was perfectly decorated the staff was absolutely amazing! If im coming back to Rom ill book only at Piazza Farnese Luxury. Absolutely fantastic!!! I could just text them on Whatsapp and they would make anything possible. So far my best stay ever!!!!!! They even waited outside for us just to tell us the that the taxi arrived so we don't have to wait! Absolutely amazing and perfect.
