We appreciated a lot the feeling of luxury of this "Boutique Hotel". Design is very great and mix very well classic comfort and modern view. Quality of the hotel itself is really good.

In this king of place, you're allowed to hope for a better service. Desk officer was really not welcoming and provided the less as possible. Breakfast is beautiful and tasty... but really not greedy. We travel a lot, most of time in 5* and it's the first time we had an additional fee of 20€ for two eggs. Last negative point is the street: even if the location is perfect in the middle of the city, hotel stand just in front of anti-mafia center... it is very very loud from 6:00am.

Yolanda! Yolanda! Yolanda! She is a diamond!!! Besides her welcoming introduction to the hotel, her ever ready presence to cheerfully help in any way is a comfort to foreign visitors. Do whatever it takes to keep her on your staff. She in invaluable.

This an outstanding boutique hotel. The hotel rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. We love the huge arch windows that are a feature of old building. Overall the hotel is a calm oasis in a busy, crowded and very hot (July) Rome. Lots of great small detail from home made cakes and jam for breakfast to hotel toiletries (Aqua di Parma) to complimentary water in rooms and an (unexpected) welcome bottle of chilled Prosecco in our room. The staff are friendly and efficient. This is probably the third time we have stayed here.

The hotel was an absolute delight, boasting a stunningly beautiful aesthetic throughout. Every interaction with the staff left me in awe of their exceptional service. The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The addition of a rooftop bar proved to be an excellent choice, and the bartenders exceeded all expectations with their superb skills and friendly demeanor. Without a doubt, the overall service provided was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this extraordinary place.

This property is in a great location that is within walking distance of almost everything you want to see. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. It’s a small hotel which I really loved about it, and right across the street from Rome’s anti terrorist unit so it has a built in added layer of safety.

We had to ask for an ironing board which may just not be the norm in Italy in a hotel room. After the first night they cleaned the room and took the iron back. If you’re the kind of person who uses the iron in a hotel, my suggestion is bring a steamer.

Having had to book a room at the very last minute due to an unexpected flight cancellation, our stay at DOM Hotel was incredible. What stood out immediately was the warm welcome and exceptional service we received from the staff, even given our late arrival. Not only did they promptly prepare our room, but they went above and beyond with a perfect turn-down service that included a personalized handwritten note left on the bureau - a delightful touch that made us feel genuinely valued.

Small boutique hotel in excellent location, situated in quiet street with hardly any traffic. Very nicely decorated, well cleaned, lovely staff, nice room. Has a good bar and restaurant, but only a luxury menu, which is a pity because sometimes you just want a large burger, a sandwich or some soup, and even if there are lots of restaurants nearby you don't always want to go out. It would have been good to have a differently priced bar meny as well. The breakfast is very tasty but rather small, and if you wish to add for example eggs you have to order them separately at a rather hefty price.

Would have appreciated a coffe/tea maker in the room.

The breakfast was beautifully ample and courteously served. The breakfast facility was far more gracious than such places are usually. The room we had - with its own terrace - was charming and had what we needed. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful immediately when we asked for something. Friendly and welcoming.

They need a bar in the shower since it's not safe for people with age or mobility issues. They need one more bannister along the wall to help with the stairs.

The location of the hotel is truly unbeatable - situated in the heart of Rome, it provides easy access to all the major attractions and landmarks that the city has to offer. In addition to the fantastic service, the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

This boutique 5 star hotel provided us with an absolutely lovely stay. While our room was by the elevator to be honest we really were not disturbed by any noise at all. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and the rain shower was absolute perfection. It was spacious for a European hotel room and we appreciated the luxury toiletries from Acqua di Parma. The staff were friendly and helpful. The one small detail I would mention is that the chromecast did not work during our stay but this did not detract from our stay at all. I would return absolutely and recommend to family and friends. I found this to be very good value for money as well.
