The hotel it's beautiful

My boyfriend and I tried to drink in the bar, and the workers denied the entry because the service was only for man and girl, and We felt so humiliated.

The location was perfect, the clean and staff amazing

The room sooooo small there is no plan to open the bags🙈

I recommend for short stays only as whilst rooms are good but small and dark, staff are lovely and location is brilliant.

Gym has basic and minimal equipment. Had to ask for gym towels two mornings in a row. No water provided either. Had to ask for a kettle for the room. They said all used up in other rooms. They offered to bring 2 x hot cups of water up to room. Fell asleep waiting. Two hours later housekeeping knocked on door and woke me up. I didn't make a fuss, they apologised but said I should have put "Do not disturb" sign on door! I would still recommend for short stay only as whilst rooms are good but small, staff are lovely and location is brilliant.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of great sights and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The rooftop breakfast provides great views and in the evening it turns into a nice restaurant. We also enjoyed an evening in the jazz bar. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back… but only if we can stay at a higher floor and in a bigger room. (See below)

Our room was very small (but functional) with not much of a seating area and really no room to move around or get ready to go out with two people at the same time. The hotel’s interior is quite dark and I kept getting lost finding my way to the stairs. I suspect that on the lower floors, you would be kept awake by the live music at night. We were on the second floor and it was still quite loud. We slept well however, as we walked so much through the city that we were too tired not to sleep! If you’re a light sleeper the noise might be too much.

Incredible hotel! Exceptionally clean, utterly beautiful, comfiest beds, great air con (which was much needed!) best buffet breakfast with excellent service. All of the team who work there were so helpful, accommodating, friendly and simply wonderful! You MUST go to Bar Brillo, which is part of the hotel. Outstanding food, the BEST team of waiting staff, who we miss already, and great atmosphere. The location is in easy walking distance of all the attraction. It's my 3rd stay here, and I cantbwait to go back again!

1. The decor is *chef’s kiss*. For this aspect only I’d say value is more than you can get for the price. Don’t believe their photo of the deluxe quadruple because the actual room looks WAY better. (You guys need to update the room profile) 2. Great location for shopping: super close to piazza del popolo, connected to spagna steps by via del babuino with ten minutes’ walk. 3. Safe is pretty big. 4. Staffs are generally very friendly and helpful, though can’t say that for everyone.

1. Space is pretty tight for said type of room so might have problem laying out bigger suitcases. 2. The shower easily overflows & floods.

This is such a cute little boutique’esq property. The location is perfect! The staff is lovely! Housekeeping has been immaculate! The interior decor of the place is quite eclectic and eccentric. I will most definitely be coming back to this place during my future trips to Rome!

I have no complaints at all, but I just want to make the management aware that room 515 which is where I stayed at had both mattresses heavily stained and they have been stained for a long time! Also, for any potential guests, keep in mind that some of the rooms on the 5th floor are underneath the restaurant on 6th floor. It can get quite noisy at night.

The staff . They make this hotel a 5 star experience. From Ali on n reception who could not have been more helpful to Dodo on the door who always greeted us with a smile and rushed to help us each time we entered and left hotel with our 2 buggies!! Nothing was a problem for him. Even the bellboy Rashid ran up 5 flights of stairs unprompted one night to help us up 2 steps with buggy. We eloped to Rome to marry and had our parents with us. Moodi in the Brillo Restaurant organised our wedding meal and even surprised us with a cake! We dined here most nights over our 7 night stay as his warmth kindness and attention to detail was not matched anywhere else. My father and daughter still talk about him. This hotel staff need to be commended and it’s a hotel I will revisit again. Thanks for making our stay so memorable

Absolutely nothing!

I think I found my new favorite hotel in Rome! The location is perfect. 1 minute from Piazza del Poppolo, 8 minutes from Piazza di Spagna. The hotel itself has this rustic décor and atmosphere. Everywhere was super clean, including the public bathroom near the reception. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Temperature of the room was perfect, as we visited end of January and the temperatures were quite low. Breakfast has a wide selection and as bonus is served on the terrasse in a sunroom. But the best part was the staff. From check-in, everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were lucky to have our room ready before check-in time. When I requested a different room, they accommodated me before I even unpacked (We were also lucky that a room was available). Thank you, Francesca! I also asked if they had another blow dryer as the small one in the bathroom kept heating up and the gentlemen at the reception (I didn't catch his name) bought us a new one on the same day! Even the two bellboys who helped us during our stay (Ahmad & Ahmad) were extremely helpful and kind! Thank you to the whole Valadier hotel team!

There aren't major comments about the hotel. However, just like most hotels the light in the room was very dim. Also, there was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom attached to the main mirror. But since the sink was very bulky, it made it very difficult to reach it for someone petite like me. :)

Super friendly staff, great location.. beautiful rooftop breakfast with views for days. Decor is dark and moody, very unique! Mirrored ceiling 😬 Walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. Great restaurants right next door.

There were little maintenance niggles, but they were sorted out quickly. Little bit noisy late at night so coupd be an issue for light sleepers; I slept through it all though 👍
