- The room was spotless clean, well-insulated, so warm even in winter. - The kitchenette was a blessing, love the free provision of tea bags and capsule coffee. - Good location, easy to reach the central train station as well as other attractions! - The host was very thoughtful, providing pillows of all different thickness for people to choose from.

The shape of the mattress was altered by the uneven height of the frame beneath it, so the center of the mattress was quite lower than the edge, which makes it slightly uncomfortable.

The property was well located, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were Very very helpful.

We had an evening flight, it would have been nice if we could have left our cases until later to collect and maybe freshen up.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a map with directions to many popular sites, along with restaurant recommendations, and information for sites we asked about prior to coming. We arrived earlier than expected, but that was no problem. Our room was ready early and they accommodated us happily. Luggage drop off is no problem even if you arrive early and the room isn’t ready. The suites are in an excellent location close to Termini train station about a 10-13 minute walk making connections to many places easy. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants along with the colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Venezia, and the Pantheon. The suites are located on a side street in an unassuming and securely locked location making us feel safe. The room was clean, the staff attentive, friendly, and happy each day. We were celebrating our anniversary and on our bed, rose petals were beautifully placed on our swan sculptured towels adding a special, personal touch. In the commons area there is fridge to use as well as dishes in the cupboard along with a coffee and tea maker with coffee, sugar and many tea selections. Antonio and Isabella and their staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great, as it is close to many major sites.

A bit of noise can be heard when other guests leave early in the morning. But it was a peaceful place to stay.

The service was unmatched, the staff and owner were happy to provide us with whatever we needed and were incredibly helpful with showing us the hot spots/train and bus stops/attractions etc. In europe it is refreshing to have actual people to talk to, especially staff this friendly. The location is amazing and the room itself was the best we have stayed in in europe so far. It was so quiet to sleep at night, there was no outside noise at all. Also, they had by far the most comfortable pillows we have have encountered. 10/10!! Highly recommend!

Could not find one fault

The staff were very kind and helpful. Great communication. Good location, close to the train station (10 min walk) and main attractions (15 min walk to Trevi Fountain). Cute little room with personal touches that made it feel homey.

We were given a set with several keys (4-5) with different uses for getting into the room. This was heavy to carry around all day and hard to remember which key is for which door. It was very hot in the room and the A/C didn’t really seem to work well. It was more of a fan and we had to move our bed in front of it in order to get a bit of cooler air while we slept. There is a fridge for use, but it’s communal for all guests so we didn’t feel too comfortable using it.

Exceptional location. Room was also clean and spacious. Front desk staff is nice and helpful, often asking if I needed anything.

There was a mixup with my check in time. They do not have 24hr front desk staff and although they asked me what time I was arriving (which was during the check in window), there was no one there when I arrived and I waited an hour outside before I could check in.

This is my second visit to the hotel. I have chosen to return due to the positive experiences I have had during my stays. Similarly to my previous visit, the hotel staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Furthermore, when I requested a taxi, the staff promptly made arrangements and even went the extra mile by making a second call when the first driver did not arrive.

It would be preferable if the check-out time could be extended until noon, such as 12 pm. However, I am aware that the majority of hotels in Rome require guests to check out at 10 am.

The owner and the staff are super friendly and nice. They are really patient and took the time to show us how to use the access card to get into the property. They even helped us with our luggage, which was really awesome. We were worried about missing the check-in time for our second visit, but the owner told us to just shoot him a WhatsApp message 30 minutes before we arrived, and he would personally come to the hotel to meet us. On top of that, we asked the owner for some recommendations on where to find good food, and he was kind enough to share his favorite restaurants with us. He even taught us how to order food like a pro.

Nothing at all.

Communication with the staff (before, during, and after my stay) was very smooth with lots of reactivity. The staff also did its best to accomodate my request (e.g., leave my luggage all day on the last day of my stay). The hotel is very central (10 mn walk to some of the city main turistic sites and restaurants, cafes, etc..) though in a quiet side street. The room was large, very clean, with a comfortable bed and all amenities.

There was a running toilet upstairs but I don't think that this was part of the hotel so I would not hold them responsible for this mild disagreement.

Friendly and helpful staff,very clean, walking distance to trevi and colloseum, quiet area with restraunts nearby, good wifi,modern bathroom, only 15 mins walk to metro, complimentary coffee and tea outside in the communal space, free deposit safe in room, good value for money.

Some water noises in the night, lots of keys to get into building which can be confusing, no 24/7 receptionist, not enough electric plugs in room, couldn't get the do not disturb sign to balance on door handle (kept falling off).
