Not too hard to find, just keep an eye on the building numbers as the sign outside is small. Overall a great stay. The staff were friendly and the owners very kindly took us on a golf cart tour (extra cost). Thank you Hector and Anna! (Hope I hit your names correct!) The accommodation itself was clean and we had a balcony, which was nice. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. We walked to the coliseum which was not too bad at all.

The lift is small but this is an old building. It was big enough for two people and a suit case.

Friendly staff, clean, good location. I loved being able to make coffee in the morning in the common area, where breakfast options also were offered. We booked the entire week so we could travel by train to other cities and return, like we were returning home. That made our traveling that much easier.

It was a little noisy on the first floor late at night, as some people visiting the building probably didn't realize people were trying to sleep.

The accomodation was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was great, in walking distance of the Colusseum and plenty of good places to eat nearby too.

Only a couple of small suggestions: It wasn't that easy to find the accommodation as the sign is very small. A chest of drawers would be a useful addition to the room we had.

Nerva accommodation is located near to Termini and a walking distance of max 15-20 min from the most important monuments eg Colloseo, Foro Romano, Fontana di Trevi etc Friendly staff, spacious appartment, cleaning service with new towels daily provided and on top great espresso coffee and delicious croissants and cookies for free in the common area at any time! Nerva accommodation, definitely the way to go!!!

The property is in a wonderful location and was very clean! The room was somewhat basic but was very comfortable and I didn’t hear any other guests. The staff were friendly and happy to offer as much or as little assistance as needed. Great value for money.

All hotel doors (main entrance, shared kitchen entrance, room area entrance, etc) had separate codes for entry. Would have felt safer to have an access card to get through all the doors.

Excellent location close to all key attractions and lots of good restaurants and eateries nearby…. Staff was helpful and courteous… I got an upgrade on room and was given an apartment which was comfortable and spacious… Although there’s no breakfast there was complimentary tea/ coffee and few assorted quick snacks available to pick and go! Filtered still and sparkling water available to fill your bottle

All the staff was amazing, very helpful and polite. In the morning, we had a nice continental breakfast even though it was not included in the initial price. The location is very convenient to get to Roma Termini station but also close enough for some important attractions in Rome. Overall, we had a great experience staying at Nerva .

Lovely hotel. I was surprised by the good security, lovely staff, nice buffet and this beautiful big room. It made my stay incredible. As if I wasn't in love with Rome enough already. Thank you for the best time I had in this incredible city. I hope to come back soon.

Not that I can remember anything.

Great location, nice building, cute apartment, clean place, comfortable bed, padlocks were convenient rather than having to carry the keys. 24 hour access to a kitchenette was nice. I had a great stay.

The shower area doesn't have any place to hang the towels or place the toiletries. Everything else was perfect.

At the end of our stay, there was an unexpected situation. The day that we were supposed to return to to the airport, there was a taxi strike and the whole block was closed down (as a strike was about to start). The staff were incredibly fore-coming and got a van to drive us to the airport. The whole time we were half-walking, half-running to get to the van (the block was closed- so no cars could get through), the staff member led us through the crowd for several blocks, while carrying our largest bag with no hesitation. If it wasn't for these incredible people, we would have definitely missed our flight. We are endlessly thankful and would definitely recommend their services. thank you!
