The area is the best in Rome by far: Friendly locals, clean and great for breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner. The building is fun - fancy and well taken care of- the reception is on the first floor and there are 3 more floors with the roof eating area. What I especially appreciated was the quiet, comfortable room with a heater you can turn on and off and a newly refurbished bathroom.

The hotel staff was wonderful, all of them were extremply helpfull. The hotel is in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the street is absolutely wonderful, one of the prettiest streets in Rome, in my opinion. There's many transportation options, the metro station is in the same street and it goes directly to Vatican which was incredible. The apartment was cleaned every day and it had everything you might need.

Everything was perfect, I have no objections.

Was here for a second time because the location is great. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

Just a few (minor) points this time: room was generally clean, but floor could have been cleaner. There's something wrong with the faucets in the bathroom. I think I already noticed this last time: they are wobbly and probably need to be replaced. Had two different rooms so far and the same problem, so that might be a general thing. Finally: in the shower, I needed a place to put the soap... now I could only put it on the floor. Other than that, it was great again.

The room is small (like most european hotel rooms) but well-appointed. Tea kettle with both instant coffee and tea bags supplied. Our room had a small deck, which was lovely. The bed was VERY comfortable! Room was quiet.

We had an issue with our shower drain. We reported it to the desk and it was cleared very quickly. The only thing that was not clean in the whole room was the base of the shower...looked like the maids had never cleaned it. No breakfast was offered. We really like to eat breakfast early, so this was a little disappointing. There is a breakfast room, but it wasn't used. Maybe this is a post-covid issue?

Location is Great, close to the terminal (12min walk) close to Colosseum (8min) and other landmarks approx 20min walk. Right down the block you have a pizza place called Trusty? I believe. The make oven baked small (but small) personal pizzas!!!! Delicious and great idea for a snac before siesta. Staff very friendly

Ok so besides all the good stuff, what stands out is the “beat up walls”. All the marks from carryons on the walls which can easily be removed when washed with sponge with water. Same applies for bed frame by the floor. This is unacceptable to have is so dirty when it can be removed by simple water with sponge

Perfect small hotel in a great location. The breakfast up on the terrace was really lovely, lots of meats, cheese, pastries and fruit plus more. Good coffee! Really lovely staff throughout, very helpful. The room was a decent size, slightly small bathroom but genuinely not an issue. We had a small balcony which was nice and a fridge which was great for snacks. Plenty of hanging space for the 4 nights we were there - if longer, you'd need more. We didn't use the minibar service but the prices were good.

Nothing bad to report at all! The lift is small and incredibly slow, if you're in a rush, but that's it!

Loved the private terrace off of our room. The location was excellent for walking or using city transportation. Restaurants along via Urbana were excellent.

Hotel was undergoing some renovations of the breakfast area and terrace so we could not use it. The main entrance was covered in scaffolding and not well marked so we did not know for sure if we were at the right address at first. we thought it was a private residence.

Fantastic Location, surrounded by amazing Restaurants and Bars. Short walk from the Colesseum, Trevi Fountain and the Metro. The staff were really helpful. Drinks via room service are really reasonably priced

Would of been a 10/10 but our room was right by where breakfast is served. So being woken up at 6am by clunking china and chit chat wasn't great. But luckily both myself and partner travel prepared with ear plugs so for us it wasn't a problem after the initial morning. The lift is very small and slow if you don't want want to walk up the stairs.

The water pressure in the shower and sink could have been slightly better and cutlery at hand would’ve been useful for hot drinks and takeaways.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the Colosseum. It was a welcome surprise to find a modern hotel in contrast to the neighbourhood. Of course the location is convenient with easy access to buses and metro. The room was pleasant with AC, TV and a water heater. The street is peppered with excellent restaurants and cafes.

We had a room on the third floor, the lift is small and slothfully slow, we took the stairs most times. The rooftop restaurant was closed on the Sunday we visited.
