Really good localization, walking distance to most of historical/turistic sites. Good breakfast. Very big and comfortable bed. Nice personell. Option of transfer from airport directly to apartment for reasonable price.

TV set didn't work (not a big problem for me but should work). Only one access card was given - as it opens 2 doors (one to apartament, second to room) than if one person leaves room second doesn't have electricity in room. As for us air conditioning was set way to low, outside was 32-35C deg, inside maybe 20, so when you enter apartament it is not good feeling, my wife got sick during oour 3 night stay...

For us it was central to many of the city’s sights and within walking distance to any number and variety of places to eat. The front desk staff could not be more helpful or friendly, always a genuine smile and welcome from all of them, this is a huge difference between people that have a job and people that love their job

Awkward front entry, with a stiff door, a narrow opening and a high step to get over all combining to make ingress with luggage not so easy for the average Joe

Excellent breakfast, served in their sister hotel a few mins walk away, which wasn't a problem. Excellent location. Very large room, very clean. Very helpful and responsive staff. The whatsapp system used to communicate with them is a very good idea!

While we appreciated having a jacuzzi in the room, especially at the end of a long day walking, it turned out to be a bit of a hassle. The mechanics weren't thoroughly explained to us so there was confusion over how to regulate the temperature. A lot of the time we ended up with a cold jacuzzi. It also made noises at night and sometimes started up by itself in the middle of the night! However the staff did their best to address the issues.

Perfect location. We walked to every sightthere is to see in Rome. The room was immaculate. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet was always fresh and delicious.

The breakfast was a 5 minute walk at another location, but really not a big deal. We got ready for our day, stopped in for breakfast, and then headed out. Note though there is a great self serve coffee machine where our rooms were.

Booked a room with single spa and the room was very spacious with the biggest bed I’ve actually ever seen. Breakfast was very nice. (8am to 11am must be pre-booked)

The shower head and drain could probably be improved but it’s still great water-pressure wise.

Rooms were excellent in size and comfort. Very clean as well. I personally would have liked coffee and tea facilities in the room but they were available just outside in the hall which was still ok. Biscuits were really nice too. Staff are excellent, Sarah is really friendly and it helps having someone from our end of the world to explain how things work in Rome and what places to go see etc.

Great location, walking distance to sights, restaurants, river. Bus stop close-by handy to get to train station. Very good breakfast provided in a sister hotel 5 min walk away, enjoyed walking there every morning and chat to staff there. Helpful staff providing suggestions. Coffee/tea and cookies 24 h on floor. Mini prosecco on arrival a nice touch.

Slight issue at self check in as arrived past 10pm when reception is closed. Photo Instructions provided had slightly confusing and incorrect code (arrow up instead of arrow down). Shower needs love and attention (grout, temperature) and was blocked (reported/not dealt with/fixed ourselves). Mini bar not cooling, more hangers needed. Shame about these little bits as could have been a perfect experience, very well suited to independent travellers.

We had the best stay coming to rome. Staff were lovely & the stay was just great. Could not fault anything. We got our room cleaned everyday the 4 nights we stayed & we got fresh towels and a nice wee Prosecco and petals on arrival. We will definitely be back & recommend this hotel for sure. Breakfast was amazing also, even though you do need to go to another hotel, it’s only a two minute walk and on from 7:30am/10:30am so very good and delicious. Thank you for the best accommodation when we visited rome for first time.

Communication with Phonethip and Alice was excellent - they were both very responsive and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient to Parking Giulia garage as well as most of the popular historic sites. Breakfast was great but not located in the same hotel where our room was located (which was not a problem for us but just an FYI for others).

The bed was the only thing we would say needed improvement. Everything else was great.

Location was perfect. Central to all the sites that we wanted to see (Colosseum/Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Panthenon, Vatican City) about 30 minute walking. About a 15 minute taxi ride to the train station for our tours that took us to Venice and Naples. Staff was incredibly accommodating and extremely helpful. They were there to answer any questions we had and they seemed incredibly genuine and happy to help. Free breakfast was great: pastries, fruit, cereal bar. Included was a hot breakfast where you could choose one item for free and any additional were 5 Euros (as of March 2022). Hot breakfast menu items include: omelette, french toast, waffles, pancakes, avocado toast, scrambled eggs & bacon... I'm forgetting some, but to give you an idea.

The only negative thing that I can think of is based on a complete personal preference. I've vacationed in Europe only once before (Paris and London) so this may just be a European thing but I do not care for the showers that only have half a wall and don't have a door or curtain to stop the water from getting everywhere. The room was small but it is Italy where everything is tiny and we were only in our room to sleep and get ready for our day
