Beside the top location and the cleanliness of the hotel, what amazed us most was the friendly employees. Everybody was smiling and ready to help. From the breakfast waiter till the receptionists. Giuseppe, for example, who was at the réception, is the main reason, that will make us to recommend Hotel Scenario to our friends and to return again one day.

Great location - short walk from the pantheon, trevi fountain, piazza navona, spanish steps Great service - The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially Manisha and Giacomo at the hotel reception. Got a little gift upon check out which was a nice gesture Room amenities - safe in the room, acqua di parma bathroom amenities

The property is located in a very narrow street that is not accessible to most cars. This is a very big hassle if you have many big or heavy bags.

The hotel is really beautiful and I liked the modern feel. It is a very beautiful room, but too small to share with someone. The bedding is lovely and the bathroom is spacious and modern. More importantly, it is perfectly located, 3 minutes from the Pantheon, and 10 minutes from the Fontana di Trevi, all beautiful squares and restaurants at your doorstep.

The rooms are quite small, we had asked for a separate bed, and the team told us we would have a second twin bed, however it was a single small bed, which was unfortunate. Our room did not match the expected one as seen in the pictures. Also the toilet could be repainted.

Good hotels are combination of a lot of things and the people are an important key, so thank you to Giacomo for being professional and caring to make my stay memorable. I generally avoid areas around tourist hubs like the Pantheon, Piazza Navona etc but Hotel Senario, like it's sister hotel the Barbieri is in a quite side street so it's easy to avoid the crowds but offers the opportunity to duck around the back streets while being in the historic centre. I chose it not so much on location but because of it's minimalist aesthetic, boutique feel and attachment to place, you feel you are in the old part of Rome.

Nowhere is perfect, but one thing management might want to do is adjust the lighting on the breakfast bar so there is light actually ON the breakfast bar and you can see what things are. Dark on dark might be chic but one also has to be practical, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The design and style were amazing. Location was superb didn’t need a car except for airport. The staff super nice and helpful especially Manisha who helped me find the best pizza places in town and ordered a car for me to the airport. I got a little cute gift from Acqua di parma as well.

The only negative thing was that the bathroom had a bad smell coming out every now and then, when water runs down, a sewer’s smell pops up for some reason.

Excellent location to walk to the key sites of Rome, Vatican City, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Fontana Di Trevi, Pantheon one minute away - and everything in between. Many tasty cafes/restaurants within easy reach. Excellent staff, Manager Giacomo was very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable room. Next time to Rome we will stay here without question.

Nothing at all to commit on.

I recently stayed at Hotel Scenario with my two children over Easter half term for four nights. The hotel's location was superb, allowing us to easily explore the attractions in the old part of Rome on foot. The rooms were modern, spacious, and even with an extra single bed. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The hotel's proximity to all the attractions and the convenience of the nearby bus stop made our sightseeing adventures effortless. I highly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended Hotel Scenario to friends planning their visit to Rome this summer.

Loved the modern interior of the space, the design was so clean and nice. I also loved that it was so close to everything! It was a 2 minute walk from the Pantheon, 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain or Piazza Navona. So many restaurants and cafes around you as well, and a supermarket right next to the hotel which was very convenient for us. the staff were super friendly, shout out to Eden for making our stay extra special! This is the second time I stay here and it definitely won’t be my last.

A bit of a plumbing issue but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Also the space is still a little small, but you’re in a European country, so it’s expected. Also there’s no gym for those looking for a hotel with a gym facility.

I think it is impossible to beat the location and the staff. They were so helpful and truly made it their mission to make our stay in Rome amazing. You're very close to so many attractions and reasonably close to the Vatican if you don't mind a brisk walk. The staff was the best part of the experience! From restaurant recommendations to tips about attractions and how to get around, they saved us time and money. It made the time there so much better. The cost of the room is a little high for what you get but I can understand due to the location and timing of our stay. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it it for singles, couples, and small groups. It's an innovative trendy hotel in a perfect location to easily get around by foot if you are adventurous. We spent 4 days in Rome and walked everywhere roughly 18000 steps per day. The only place we took transportation to was the catacombs. I believe the furthest walk was about 34 min from the hotel. A little bit of planning will get you easily to the best attractions with very little discomfort.

There was nothing to dislike. All things considered, it really is an ideal location. The restaurant in the hotel serves a great dinner. Excellent presentation and delicious food. We didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The cost is reasonable. You get what you pay for. I think if the cost was lower the hotel would be perpetually booked because of the accommodations and location.

Central location, modern high-end design and attentive reception

The hotel is located in a narrow and unsightly alley and returning to hotel at night can feel unsafe at times. The room is also not well maintained/cleaned: bed linens are a bit dusty and there are visible water stains on most tape wares. Whilst receptionists are more than helpful, there are no landlines to them ( although you can get a mobile number instead).
