We booked a massage in the spa and it was great. Breakfast was really good and you can enjoy it with a nice view of the hills.

Dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. The food was good but it is not traditional food. Also when we ordered a glass of wine, they did not serve the wine at the table, they just brought the glass which for the level of the restaurant I expected better service.

It was a wonderful trip, the staff welcomed us in a perfect way. The facilities were very relaxing and the room was really clean with a nice garden view. On the second day, the staff had come in, cleaned the room and changed the towels, which was perfect. The pool had an amazing view of the vineyards. * A special thanks to the worker cleaning the pool, he was a nice, hard working and charming person. The breakfast was great, also the dinner on the second day was better. We are very satisfied, if we have the chance we will come back to this place, but we will surely suggest it to our friends/families.

Just a few things, the pool was not 30 degrees, hydromassage didn't work. We asked the manager about it and he said it would be fixed but it wasn't.

The rooms, pool, hotel buildings and gardens are all beautiful. It was mostly peaceful except for the few large groups retuning from dinner for the evening who like the sound of their own voice.

We felt the staff weren’t engaging and were not forthcoming with service or information. When we sat by the pool it was difficult to get a drink. We had to go up to the bar to remind her to get our drinks. At breakfast no one really spoke to us. When we checked in, the staff were pleasant; but didn’t offer any local information or offer to assist with planning our time in the area. For exploring Tuscany, you’re located a fair way north, so it made some of our days longer due to the drive. But it was close to Florence.

This place is the perfect oasis. We stayed in the tree house, which has stunning views. The receptionist was wonderful, and even helped us get a reservation in Florence (for which our Italian wasn't good enough). The pool is heated and big enough for a decent swim. The sauna has a big window onto the grounds, which are immaculate The park&ride to Florence is 15 min drive away. Breakfast is great, and the restaurant offers wonderful cuisine.

I really cannot fault this place in any way whatsoever.

You can enjoy a fantastic view over the lands of tuscany from the restaurant or the pool! The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The aircon works fine and the water pressure is great. The free parking is also pretty nice when you arrive with a car (which is kind of a necessity in this area). The restaurant is really good!

The price we payed was for what we got rather high. In addition, the service of the hotel employees was not really good. For example when we arrived, nobody helped us with our bags and suitcases. This is the service we expect from a hotel where you pay as much as here.

I liked the overall look and feel of the Villa. With its modern amenities, it was a beautiful setting and very clean. I appreciated the spa and the restaurant on site! The staff was so helpful and friendly.

The first room we experienced had a modern bathroom but the shower needed to be re caulked so water leaked out everywhere on to the floor. The second room we stayed in the bathroom was in need of a remodel was small and tight and there was no hand held spray in the shower. The room itself was big and beautiful so we were able to look past the bathroom. Our blow dryer would overheat and stop working but the front desk gave me another to use so that was ok.

Location is amazing, stunning scenery, a lovely pool area and restaurant with a view. There is a small spa with lovely treatments and friendly staff. I had a deluxe room which was spacious and really well decorated, a decent sized bathroom and a large king bed. Very comfortable and relaxing hotel. The food at the restaurant is good quality and a reasonable choice if you’re staying for a few days.

Service could be a little relaxed sometimes (I was alone and sometimes felt a bit overlooked when service was a bit slow), but staff were very friendly so made up for it.

The breakfast, views, pool, sauna etc. were all lovely - great to be a short drive from a lovely little town, too! We had a great time enjoying the wine and hills. Dinners were fairly good mostly, too!

The service.... everyone was nice and smiley, but it really wasn't great at times. Mostly okay in the restaurants, but the bar often had noone there (at one time, for 1.5 hours!) and no one around to ask to serve us - we laughed it off but it was frustrating and also means they are losing out. Also missing a trick not having actual drinks service round the pool (you can order at the bar and they will bring down, but not actively offered) - they could make a lot more ££ I think!

It's amazing location and property, very great spa! It was my birthday and I wanted relaxed mood and have a mental rest! It's a perfect place for that

Both dinner and lunch served cold and I was expected more tasty menu and more desserts options. As I had a birthday which I mentioned to all stuff I was expected at least birthday glass of prosecco as a present! It would be nice compliment from hotel I didn't find on booking room with balcony and their garden separate house with panoramic view But anyway stuff was nice and professional and I will definitely come back

Beautiful setting, heated pool was a plus. Great room, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Deck chairs outside the room with lawn/garden access and a view was great. Glass of wine with the sunset over the hills and olive trees was excellent. Restaurant was also nice. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Spa experience was perhaps a little too expensive (sauna was great, steam room smelled a bit funny, the rocking chairs were a bit hard to lie on). The room air freshener was a bit strong.
