I booked a single room - yes, the bed was a single and exactly as expected. Le Lupe has 5 rooms in a building that you access via an exterior door, go upstairs and through the green door to Le Lupe into a common area for dining/kitchen and the bedrooms are off a corridor beyond that. Clean, comfortable, a lovely terrace overlooking parts of Siena. Good shower, bathroom compact as with most of Italy but fine. Tea and coffee making facilities plus a fridge and also Constanza left a couple of home-made cakes for me on arrival. A few initial issues with wifi, but these were quickly sorted by Costanza. Wifi was fast. Easily accessed by bus from the station - 3 stops (or a 20 minute walk uphill). Easy walk to the centre of the old city. Instructions for accessing the building and room were really clear and included videos. Definitely recommend staying at B&B Le Lupe

Located halfway between the railway station and the centre. Quiet single room with air-conditioning, ensuite shower/toilet and a cute little balcony with a view. Room had a mini fridge, kettle and I was left some lovely cakes on my arrival. Owner was happy for me to leave my bags on my last day until the afternoon.

B&B is available for a supplement paid in advance.....looked like a nice spread, although as is the tradition in Italy, very heavy on the sweet offerings!

The location of the B&B was absolutely perfect! 10 minute walk to city centre and 10 minute walk to the train station. I had to check in late and the host sent me a bunch of information to check in by myself, it was seamless. Even in the single person room the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Breakfast each morning was lovely.

The room was a really good size, with a nice clean bathroom and powerful shower. Bed was large and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was an unexpected joy, even if it was too hot to sit outside beyond about 9am! Good location just within the city walls, and communication from the owner was perfect. The lady cleaning the rooms was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, we spoke very little of each other's languages but were able to make ourselves understood!

Perhaps a few more coffee pods available for the stay would have been good as I don't think we had enough to last us, but maybe we drink more than average. Otherwise can't think of anything else I would have changed.

B & B de facto run by chambermaid.... Unfair to her, although she acquitted herself really well, considering my Italian was close to non-existant and her English only marginally better. Expect few problems if you are on WhatsApp and a more stressful check-in if you are not (unfortunately a common problem with non-hotel settings in Umbria and Tuscany). Try to figure out how to get there using the Siena Stazione FS --> Siena city centre escalator system (really useful....) or, if you don't mind hopping on the bus, how to get there from Via Tozzi (serves as central bus station) -- the location is actually better given the elevation differences in Siena than a cursory look at the map would suggest!

My room had terrace which has very Bella view. There were little fridge, TV and kettle in the room. İnto Kitchen, coffee machine was able to use every hour. Before I'd arrived, owner had been prepared a snack bar into the room. I felt myself as turn back to home.. Owner is very easygoing and love to help animal. I wish; He/she will has amazing new year and years. Grazie per everything again :)

sound insulation of rooms were not good enough. Terrace needs some greens.

It was super clean and perfectly located (10 min walk from the train station and 6 min walk from one of Siena’s main streets). The bed was comfortable and the room nice and quiet. The shower was great. Breakfast was delicious! Costanza was kind, friendly and helpful.

I don’t have any negative comment.

Very central location, easy walking distance to centre of town. Check in process was easy, and very helpful with the videos sent through prior to check in to ensure I was at the right door. Room was very spacious and great with a baby & toddler.

Although there is parking available on the street, it was impossible to find a park nearby, we ended up finding a park about 400 m away.

The apartment is reachable by feet from the train station and it is easy to be found because it's on the main street. From the apartment, you can reach the city centre easily too. The room is quite spacious for 1 person. It is clean, tidy, comfy, and fully equipped. The thing that I like the most is the view from the balcony! The neighbourhood is calm and thus, I could have a relaxing breakfast with a nice view! The owner is also nice and fast response. I would definitely recommend this place!

In my opinion, the check-out time is a bit too early (it is at 10 am). I think if they make it at 11 am, it might be better.

Room was self-sufficient and clean, with a window overlooking the beautiful city. Size (of the single room) was good for a single guest. There were little touches (eg, small kettle, coffee, welcome cookies) to make the stay welcoming. Location of b&b is just 6 minutes from the bus stop from Florence, and very walkable from the main parts of the old city. Communication from host was precise and timely.

Mini fridge did not seem to be working properly, but it was no big deal for me.
