Location in heart of Siena

Searched for accommodation with parking via booking.com and B&BII indicated it had parking. This is not the case “ This accommodation does not have parking facilities “ there is public parking nearby where you are directed to if you can get in. Siena appears to have limited parking we eventually found street parking over a mile from the address. Just state this so potential customers can make an informed decision.

We had the pleasure of staying at B&B Il Senesimo during our visit to Siena, and it was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Campo, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Our host, Cristiana, was simply amazing! She made us feel like true locals and gave us fantastic recommendations to explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Thanks to her, we discovered hidden gems like Volterra, San Gimignano, and Montalcino. She even arranged a visit to a charming vineyard near Marlo, where we enjoyed an unforgettable wine tasting experience! Cristiana’s hospitality truly made our trip special, and we can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend staying here if you want to experience the heart of Tuscany!

Excellent location -- in the very heart of Siena. Walking distance to the major city sights. Good breakfast.

As this was a B&B, there was no person to receive us when we arrived. We rang the door bell several times, but there was no answer. Making matters worse is that our U.S. cell phones do not have 4G/5G or WiFi service so we were not able to call the number listed on Booking.com, nor send an e-mail. Luckily for us, one of the guests opened the door to the building and was kind enough to call the B&B owner to inform him that we arrived.

Central location, garden view from window, room (#4); helpful staff. The room was cheery, bright, and well-appointed.

Breakfast was a little chaotic. The dining room and kitchen were a bit small to easily accommodate more than a few diners at one time. A carafe with ready-made coffee would have been more convenient vs. making on a one-off basis. The hand soap in the room’s bathroom seemed diluted; it had the consistency of water and didn’t suds up well.

The location was perfect, 10 minutes from the train and bus central station. In the historical center , you can be everywhere in 5 minutes. Everywhere by foot. Room was clean and very large with windows, very bright and cosy. Sound proof, very quiet Breakfast was good , Would suggest a bit of salty food like eggs , pies,italian cheese and cold cuts. There were a lot of sweet and sweet pies😁

Towels were a bit hard .

The B&B is very well located, close to the main street and 10 minute walk from the Piazza Il Campo. The accomodation was very good (size, cleaness, confort). The breakefast was also very nice with possibility to attend individual choices. The owners and staff are simpathetic and attentious.

Our stay at B&B Senesino was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the host Cristiana was so helpful and communicative. She prepared a very tasty Italian breakfast each morning, making sure we were well fed for the start of the day. Our room was beautiful with typical Tuscan ceilings. As someone who can’t sleep well in the heat, I can confirm the air conditioning is brilliant. The room felt immediately comfortable from the moment we stepped in and was cleaned daily. The location of B&B Senesino is also incredible. It’s on one of the main arteries to the Piazza but perfectly at a distance where there’s no noise. I drove to Siena so I parked my car on Viale Don Giovanni Minzoni (free street parking). Street cleaning takes place here from 07:30-10:00 on Tuesday morning so parking is unavailable then. You could also try Il Campino free parking in the San Prosperous region but this can be very difficult to find a place. I found a spot late one evening. The B&B is within the ZTL (research this if you don’t know about it) so you could pull up and empty your bags quickly and then leave the area. Provide your registration at reception and they will inform the police to clear your name from any fine. Overall, an incredible stay in Siena and we hope to someday return to Senesino for another great stay. Thank you Cristiana and all.

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Il Senesino. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast included each morning was delicious! And it is right in the city centre, only a short walk from the Piazza (we went for Palio so this was very important to us). The staff even arranged a driver to drive us to our next destination (which we couldn’t reach by bus or train).

The B&B was in an excellent location, clean, and cosy - perfect for a night in Siena. Check-in and out was smooth. We got good restaurant recommendations from the hosts.

It would be helpful to add GoogleMaps links/pins to the parking options listed on the website as close to the B&B, since we got lost trying to find one of them.

Good breakfast. Nice to have eggs for a change and tea. Good location in Siena. 5 minute walk to bus station.

Not enough places, especially in bathroom, to utilize our toiletries, towels and clothes. Very poor lighting and limited space on desk to do anything.
