The location, the cleanliness, the staff, easy access to the town center. Amazing breakfast included at the B&B bar including local specialities like arancini and Sicilian pastries. The room I stayed in for most of my trip was spotless and not on the main road, therefore quiet without external noises.

I had to move to another room in a different building for the last night due to an error in their booking system. The room was loud as it was facing the main road (on top of the B&B bar), probably the walls weren't thick enough either so I wouldn't recommend those rooms if you want to rest and are sensitive to external noises.

The people were wonderful. We had a rough trip there with canceled trains and buses that missed connections. We arrived very late. They had sent us all of the directions for a late check-in through Booking.com, but they didn't come through to me until the following day. We had to call the owners who were very understanding and explained how to get the keys to a very tired and frustrated customer. They were professional and patient. The room was clean and easy to get to. There was a small fridge and enough outlets. They had a notebook with all the information needed about the facility in both Italian and English. Breakfast was provided by their café downstairs. We could choose any sweet or savory offered in the display case and choose a drink hot or cold. It was the best breakfast of all of our 5 week trip.

The description of the room's facilities was not as accurate. It said there was a desk, bathrobes and a washing machine. This was not accurate. I can do without the bathrobe and the desk, but I was looking forward to the washing machine. Their very detailed information book said a washing machine was available to use. When we asked, it was not available. An update of those details online would have been helpful.

The breakfast was superb ! surprisingly good cappuccino and a wide variety of pastries or savory choices ! Walkable distance from train, bus station and Ortygia (20min).

The room has 2 floors, bedroom up and toilet downstairs. The toilet is quite narrow and so are the stairs. All this was ok for me (1,70 normal sized ) but bigger or older people may face considerable difficulty.

The location by Piazza Santa Lucia is beautiful. A lot of old trees and you can see the sun rising above the houses on the other side of the square. Comfortable bed, fully equipped bathroom and clean everythere. Nicely decorated rooms and common areas. Caffe Agora in the same house served the included italian breakfast, coffee with one sweet/savory.

It is about 20 minutes walk to lively Ortigia but in the neighborhood there is practically nothing going on. Very few bars/restaurants. Breakfast can improve including more items and variation.

Colourful B&B overlooking a large, quiet square. The rooms are cool-ly decorated, comfortable and had a nice little balcony overlooking the square. There is a nice cafe/bar at the street level that adds a bit of life to an otherwise very quiet neighbourhood at night.

The welcome at the reception was a bit underwhelming. In the absence of an elevator, one needs to drag one's luggage 1 or 2.5 floors on quite steep stairs. It's a bit of a shame that the very nicely painted walls in the room had quite some holes. The noise from neighbouring rooms and from the apartment on top (presumably the owners') was a nuisance. And the location, though very nice and quiet, is quite a distance from the main attractions in Syracuse. Overall, reasonable value for money, but requires continuous maintenance and more attention to the noise level coming from the apartment on top.

The location is close to all Syracuse highlights. It is in the refurbished building, typical for Sicilia region. The staff is friendly. There was no problem to find a place for parking. The price is very reasonable also.

It can be noisy, you hear your neighbours' activities clearly. There is no elevator also, be ready to carry your bags upstairs 0 we got a room at the second level, so we felt it. the breakfast is in the regular city cafe at et the entry. It is pastry with drink. We loved it, cause the pastry turned out to be pretty fresh, home-made just at the place and you can choose yours from different kinds.

The room was very clean and big, very good placement, close to the centre of Syracuse. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was especially good

The walls were thin but at least it wasn't noisy in the middle of the night. The window in the bathroom was broken and the bedroom window didn't have blinds

Great accommodation, very convenient location, friendly personal and overall an amazing experience!

Only thing is that the ceiling above the stairs in room 9 is super low and we kept on hitting our heads against it. This should be covered with some soft foam as it is quite painful.

Great value. Laid back. Breakfast you could choose from one item on the pastries plus drink. Handy as bar below at night. Fairly close to attractions. Very helpful friendly staff

A bit noisy with other guests sometimes banging upstairs. Building work going on next door so some drilling in weekdays started early morning

The room was comfortable and clean, the shower was in good condition. We also had private balcony. The breakfast was really tasty - it was from cafe. We took fresh croissant, aranchino and coffee. Thank you so much!

The WiFi in the room wasn't great (I had to do video calls for my work but the connection was too weak), but in the café WiFi was good enough.
