The property is in the middle of Ortigia, the location is absolutely perfect. The room we stayed in is very spacious and has really high ceilings which give it a sense of grandiosity. The window faces right out into one of the busy streets and it's a beautiful sight, however closing it gives the quiet you need to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, with a firm memory foam mattress which feels very high quality. The host and their employees are welcoming and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Renovated large rooms, modern and spotless. Entry is off a very busy pedestrian only street in the old city, but the B&B is on the first floor facing a courtyard and is very quiet. Choose breakfast the night before from a good variety of foods and it is delivered to the room on a trolley exactly at the time requested. Room is serviced each day. Provided tourist map of city.

Nothing to dislike at all, but you do need to phone or message with arrival time or you will be standing on the street with no way to get in - which is how it is with most B&Bs.

Tania was amazing who came every morning

There was a hiccup re our stay and having two beds made. Also there should always be two sets of keys especially when the lights don’t run and you have more than one person staying there! Was woken up around 5am by the noise but Tania was always a welcome presence in the morning.

Absolutely brilliant location and the most comfortable bed we've slept on in years! I genuinely want to know what make it was. 😁 Breakfast was delivered to our room which worked fine. The communication from the manager to help us reach and access the property was excellent and very clear, with helpful suggestions about where to park etc. Thank you.

Clean and nicely decorated room and wonderful breakfast. The B&B is very well located, walkable distance from any landmarks at Ortigia’s neighbourhood.

Slightly tricky (or expensive) parking near by due to Ortigia’s neighbourhood being mostly pedestrianised. Slightly tricky to find the B&B entrance but very well explained by our host.

The location is amazing. Room was spacious and very clean with modern shower/toilet. The host was very accommodating and check-in/check out was easy. Breakfast choice is varied, can be selected in advance and is served in the room which is perfect for a lazy morning! It was also very quiet despite the central location.

Excellent location! We had a room for four persons which was very spacious and convenient. The check in procedure was easy and communication with the host was excellent.

Breakfast was basic. The extra beds were not very comfortable. Only public parking was available (15 euros) and a bit far from the room.

Excellent location, 100m from the fountain of Diana. The street were the place is located has excellent restaurants. The most comfortable bed we have had… even better than our bed at home. The rain shower was a plus, my husband is 6’4”. Every night we selected from a list the items will want for our breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious. I wanted to stay longer just to recharge my energy but we couldn’t because we wanted to see Ragusa (amazing place).

The location was perfect- on a touristy street of Ortygia, steps from the Duomo. The room we had was so large and very comfortable- had a little balcony and plenty of light. The A/C was a welcome feature in September! We enjoyed the included custom breakfast in bed everyday- a very unique and charming experience. Everything was so tasty!

The walls were a bit thin so we felt like we had to keep our voices low sometimes. But for being on a busy street, we didn't feel like the outside noise was too much at night.

Location was brillant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

There is quite a few stairs leading up to the rooms with no lifts, so is hard work carrying your luggage to your rooms.
