Great location Nice and clean

Pool was much too small! Pictures were very deceiving..also very expensive when we added a child!

Location was perfect, couldn't ask for better. Lovely little gift of the nose spray in the room, first go is disgusting but you get used to it really nice touch and we brought it back home. Spa was nice and lovely place to watch the sunset. Very clean and room was a lovely size and very comfortable.

Staff especially in restaurant, took about 20mins to get a cup of coffee not including the time it took to be acknowledged. Breakfast was disappointing and it actually put us off eating dinner in the hotel. Maybe a local information book in the room would be nice as we had to do a lot of googling and only found the tourist information on our final day. We did ask staff for restaurant recommendations and help with transport and they not that well informed. Also the inside hot tub in the spa was filthy, outdoor was fine.

Lack of cups at breakfast, coffee cold from dispenser constantly, blood orange juice that definitely wasn’t oranges - pomegranite?! We had a meal there one night which was quite poor with poor service. We swam in the pool, not realising that you ate not supposed to put head under water for fear we could get amoebic meningitis - on the day we were leaving, my wife overheard a conversation about not putting head below water & only when we got home we researched the danger; very annoyed the reasons why not to put head below water highlighted. I had 5 days swimming at that point…

Sirmione Hotel is a wonderful place to stay during your visit to Lake Garda. The hotel offers high-quality amenities and services to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, I would like to suggest that Sirmione Hotel add some ways to provide information about Lake Garda and the best places to visit and spend time in the area. Perhaps a guidebook or brochure in the rooms or at the reception desk, with suggestions on the best local restaurants, tourist attractions, and hidden gems in the region. Alternatively, the hotel could offer a free tour of the surrounding area, with a knowledgeable guide who can share insights and recommendations for things to do and see. These additions would enhance the experience for guests and ensure that they make the most of their time in this beautiful part of Italy.

The hotel is in perfect location, just a few steps from the Sirmione fortress and in the middle of shops/cafes area. The room is large with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, although exactly the same items were repeated every day, it was of good quality and nicely served. Cafeteria team were very kind and helpful, but also other staff in the hotel was nice.

Bathroom was with shower cabin of very small size making shower uncomfortable. Lighting in the bathroom could also be better. Spa could be used only two hours per day in a term that should be booked in advance. There is no inside swimming pool.

Excellent location, right next to the Castello. I have stayed in this area before - pre-COVID - and loved it, but was surprised by the crowds of people who walk around this part of Sirmione rather than spreading up into the parks and beach areas. As a result (not the fault of the hotel), the location - while convenient - did not feel restful.

As per my note above (not the hotel's fault) the crowds in Sirmione that hang around the Castello were surprisingly large - even by Venetian standards! As a result the location, while convenient, was not as restful as I'd hoped.

I loved everything from the spacious and very warm room (altough it was a classic room) to the restaurant and the Spa. The parking place is very Close, almost 100m far from the hotel and very easy to acces it. the hotel is in front of the castle of Sirmione. the Spa is great and the Two hours are enough to enjoy it. it is true the Spa is outside the hotel you make only Two Steps to reach it - easy peasy. it was very clean and there was a nice atmosphere. The breakfast has everything you want, and the restaurant is great. we had a nice time and we loved the amenities and the services. Thank you!

Beautiful views from our window, friendly staff, clean, perfect location, great breakfast with fresh fruit, veggies and juices, lots of pastries and eggs and cheeses, easy parking and convenient shuttle to the hotel.

We booked this hotel mainly because of the thermal spa, we reserved a spot two days in advance and received a written email confirmation, unfortunately when we went to the spa they said they didn't have any reservation for us, the staff at the hotel had only written a hand written note that was apparently not communicated to the correct people, we ended up not getting our booked time and we weren't able to have chairs. The whirlpool was cold, the steam baths were closed, the only warm place was the sauna but only one party was allowed inside the sauna at a time, there was always a wait so we were only able to go into the sauna once for 15 min per day. So all in all that was disappointing, otherwise the hotel was great!

The location and view from our room were fantastic. The wellness area was very relaxing and enjoyable, only downside is it is across the street from the hotel. The room size and customer service were great. We would love to stay here again.

I was surprised a four star hotel only offered combo body wash / shampoo, esp. when offering a spa service. Also the advertised free bike service was not on offer because the bikes were located at a closed hotel. It would have been nice to be told this in advance. Be aware a lot of things (incl. ferries) are closed in January.

Combination of beautiful facility, wonderful staff, huge comfortable room, fantastic views and perfect location made this our favorite hotel stay in all of Italy. Direct views onto lake Garda as well as charming piazza were delightful. Bathroom was very large and modern. King size bed very comfortable. Excellent full buffet breakfast included in bright, beautiful dining room overlooking lake. Included Spa and hot spring- fed pool were an added bonus. Sirmione itself is a gorgeous village with a huge number of nice restaurants, shops and gelato shops---plus a storybook medieval castle right next to hotel Sirmione. The charming small town expands out into lovely natural areas with Roman ruins, beaches and tranquil wooded paths to explore. An absolutely fantastic 4 day stay here. We were sad to leave.
