The apartment was a good size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is in a fantastic location, walking distance to everything in the old town. Cute little balcony for two to sit outside. No outlook as you are in a very narrow street, but a beautiful lemon tree near by to look at. Restaurant next door and below, but the shutters on the apartment were soundproof so we were not disturbed at all and enjoyable to hear the sound of Italian chatter during the daytime. The communication was excellent and very organised, we were late checking in as our flight was delayed, but there was no problem. They also suggested a company to transfer from the airport which was excellent service and we also used this company for Amalfi and Positano tour as the weather was bad and the boats weren’t running. Highly recommend. This apartment is all about the location.

The spiral staircase up to the mezzanine and bed is not easy and quite narrow and steep, you need to be careful at all times

Key points for the 2 bed 2 bath (duplex) apartment (#1). 1. Imp: it has a narrow spiral staircase to bedrooms which are on top floor. This place is spacious and perfect for agile people who can climb narrow stairs, and are not very overweight. We left our luggage downstairs as there's ample space down, instead of lugging bags on top to the bedrooms. 2. Bedrooms are on a loft, overlooking the area below, so don't expect sound privacy in bedrooms. It's great for travel with families. For couples traveling together - now you are informed of this :) 3. It felt like renting an apartment in an old building - historical, and old vibe, which we liked, but something to be aware of. There is an elevator to the apartment which is helpful. Huge apartment size for this location. Random note that glasses and cutlery are near dining table, not kitchen. Rosella had explained during key handoff but sharing for those trying to find glasses in kitchen (like my spouse). Also note, it's good having 2 bathrooms for a 2 bed place. 4. Location - fabulous - right in the heart of old Sorrento, loved walking around city at all times of the day. Everything was close by, including the port from where we took the ferry to Capri through path with paid lift access suggested by Rosella. (Port has ferries to Amalfi coast too at several times of the day - we liked this about Sorrento over Positano). 5. Rosella was very helpful, pre check in, check in and checkout - much appreciated.

The most perfect location. 1 min to lift to beach clubs(€20 A sunbed and €8 umbrella)and marina/ ferries (we used ferry to transfer from our first 3 days in Amalfi, to go to Capri and also to transfer to Naples for our last 3 days)Villa Comunual for sunset views by lift 1 min. Next street are the narrow ones full of bars, restaurants and shops. Corsa Italia 2 mins walk. 9 mins to train station and Deco supermarket is on the way. We used train 3 times. For Pompeii €5 return Vesuvius and Herculaneum €.6.20 return. Buy tickets at the little shop if a queue at ticket office. Very clean apartment. Very safe. Lovely little balcony overlooking street and a huge lemon tree. Was bliss having a glass of wine in the evening. Comfy sofa. TV but all Italian so didn't watch it. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Safe for valuables. The spiral staircase takes some getting used to and not bare foot. Bed fairly hard but comfy pillows. Bathroom clean. Shower bit powerless but did the job. Thankfully on mezzanine level with bedroom couldn't have coped with spiral staircase in the night half asleep!! We stayed a week so did cook in a couple of times as it is expensive to eat out in Sorrento and had breakfast in apartment on balcony. Just about managed with limited space. Supermarket Deco nr train station- 7 mins ish had everything you need, some things a little pricy- but it is central Sorrento. Apartment was thoroughly cleaned half way through the week. Aircon worked well. Plenty of towels. Really lovely apartment. Didn't want to leave. Great communication from Rosella, red wine welcome gift was much appreciated and enjoyed.

Just a couple of niggles. The kitchen has no worktop space. If a narrow worktop was fitted on righthand side so kettle and toaster could be plugged in and there was some dishing up space it would make such a difference for very little cost. A towel rail by basin for hand towel. A plug by dressing table ( can use one in bathroom if have a long cord) That's it. It's a very special apartment in a very special town. ❤️ Sorrento

The property is spacious, with a large living room, comfortable beds and a cute wee balcony. Location is great: very central with plenty of nearby cafes, shops, sights etc. Receptionist was extremely helpful.

Property got quite warm even though the weather was not particularly hot. Quite noisy due to nearby restaurant but quietened down by the time we were going to bed.

This one bed apartment in a very central location in Sorrento old town was very comfortable with everything you need for a stay up to a week. We travelled in February - the rooms were warm with plenty of hot water. The manager Rosella was very helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants (a lot are closed out of season) We did not bother cooking meals, but did take breakfast before going out and would have an afternoon tea stop before the evening. Note the balcony in the bedroom is very instagram worthy but not functional - to take refreshment outside we sat on the shared terrace. The area is quiet but less than 100m from the Main Street. Only downside was a VERY NOISY bed - squeak every time one of us moved - that Rosella says maintenance will fix.

The apartment was excellent. A dishwasher would be a good addition if you wanted to cook, or a washing machine if you wanted to stay longer.

Spacious apartment with a handy kitchen should you not want to go out for every meal. We used to have breakfast at the apartment. Bedrooms all had little cute balconies and there was a terrace off the kitchen / dining area. Easy to find and staff were helpful and great with communication. Great base for exploring the town and also for getting ferries to go across the Amalfi coast. We visited Capri and Positano from here. Ferry from Naples easy to get and cheaper than the train.

Being right in the heart of the city it was noisy on the morning with the city bells going off.

Location, clean, amenities, well cared for, in the center just off from busy shopping streets but very quiet at night. Rosaline who checked us in was great. I was in unit 3 with a balcony fronting the street. If i get back to Sorrento I will stay here. The restaurant on the corner "Le Grazie" was the best we had in Sorrento and the one that all of the 5 people that I traveled with agreed was the one we had to return to our last night in Sorrento.

For me it was fine but there is a narrow spiral staircase to the bed and bath. I'm 68 and it was no trouble for me. Nice that the bath is on the upper level.

The property was wonderfully located in the heart of Sorrento! An easy 10-15min walk from train station which we did with suitcases in a group of 9! Located close to 2 supermarkets and so many great restaurants! Also a 8 min walk to boat harbour!! We loved our stay here for our family of 5 in a 2 bedroom apartment! Our youngest slept in a fold out bed in lounge and it worked well. Lovely terrace to eat on with the church bells in the background!
