We had such a great time! My friends and I are currently travelling through Europe and of all the places we’ve stayed, Nello has by far been the best host we could’ve asked for. He was so accommodating from the very beginning and was very responsive and easy to communicate with during our stay. He was always happy to offer us recommendations on where to eat and what to do and really cared about our stay and making sure that we had a good time. The hotel was in the perfect location, with delicious gelato, shops, and restaurants just around the corner. The room was so clean and the air-conditioning was perfect to come back to at the end of hot days. The bathroom was nice and big and the shower was the best we have had so far! We started everyday off with breakfast on the terrace and we feel so lucky to have stayed in such a nice place. The boat tours we did (Capri and then Amalfi/Positano) were so much fun and allowed us to make the most of the places we visited. As three young girls travelling, we felt so safe and well looked after. We are going to miss this kind of hospitality so much and will be back as soon as we can to make more amazing memories!

Wonderful location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The parking arranged by the hotel was quite easy they picked up the car just down from the hotel and also met you there on check out.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent. Next to shopping, restaurants, and the water. We were able to walk around town easily and navigate our way back to the hotel with no problem. While the street is narrow so your taxi cannot drop you off in front, you are just 100 or so feet from the pickup/drop off point. The sound of a beautiful church bell will wake you up each morning. Breakfast is wonderful with eggs to your order if you wish. Or just delight in salmon, cheeses, fruits and pastries. Easy access to harbor for you water tours. Everything was excellent.

If you have knee issues, the two or three steps to enter the hotel may be a challenge. No ADA ramp. Staff helped get my luggage to the street level which was appreciated. Maybe if they added a handle up the stairs that would be so helpful. But don't let that keep you from staying here.

The breakfast was very good but the most outstanding thing about the hotel was the staff. I have never encountered a staff that couldn't do enough for you. We were asking about the train tickets to Pompeii on the local train and one of the girls there went to get them for us. They were all so nice and accommodating. 5 stars on the staff. The location was right where we needed to be to walk everywhere.

Our only surprise at the hotel was the stairs leading to our room. We were in a "cozy attic room" that had been updated and was very nice but when we got to the 2nd floor on the elevator we also had to take about 16 steps up to our room. The room had very low ceilings so if you are really tall you need to watch your head.

The hotel is situated at the center of Sorrento less then 1 minute walk to the main shoping streets The hotel staff help us with restaurant reservation before we arrive after sending an e-mail with our request The hote have a contract with parking facilty that include a private transfer between the hotel and the parking The room decoration is very special with painted tiles

It's difficukt to think about something

Room and bathroom was big and spacious for 3 person with very a comfy big double bed and a single bed. A small balcony looking to a small and colorful busy street. Breakfast was very very good, more than just a coffee ☕️ and a croissant 🥐, We could ask for eggs made to our choice of preparation as well, amazing coffee, various kinds of cakes, bread, fruits, mozzarella, tomatoes 🍅, cornflakes, granola, and more. But what we enjoyed the most was the amazing staff : Anna, Tiziana, Francesca who were very welcoming and responded to all our requests very willingly .

Gorgeous breakfast! Great variety for hungry teenagers Extremely helpful and friendly staff Gave us towels for our boat trip - which also booked through hotel and was amazing. Location - was excellent for proximity to sea and old town - but downside there was a bit of night-time noise - but we were there during august madonna holiday so town was extraordinarily busy - so as to be expected really! Parking and transfer back to pcarpark at early hours in the morning for our flight was really easy - thanks for organising

Breakfast was excellent. Good choice and liked choice of eggs. Lived up to previous reviews. Staff very friendly and more than happy to allow an early breakfast as we had to leave at 8am on our last day. Great location in heart of Sorrento with everything close at hand. Given some excellent choices for restaurants

Couldn't fault the room or the cleanliness and only suggestion (and it is that and not a criticism) is that whilst free coffee is provided and was appreciated there wasn't a decaf option which would have been a nice touch for those that don't drink non decaf coffee

It is a beautiful property in old town Sorrento . In the center of everything - 10 minutes from the train station, very close on the one hand to piazza Tasso and on the other hand to the cliffs overlooking the see, and of course right next to the shopping, restaurants etc. The room i had is huge with high ceilings very comfortable bed and beautifully furnished with a nice little balcony overlooking the picturesque street ( very nice view) the building itself is very beautiful inside and out ( i guess it was a palazzo before) it is very clean and well kept. They offer a great breakfast with many tasty things. And above all - the kindness and the professionalism of the stuff at the reception and the lady that prepares the breakfast and look after you, im so sorry i didnt get all the names- I cant thank you all for such a nice stay in Palazo delle Grazie and looking forward to my next stay, because when i come back to Sorrento - Palazo delle Grazie will definitely be my place to stay!

The staff, particularly Anna, were extremely helpful. Anna set up transfers for us between the Naples airport and the Palazzo, and made dinner reservations. The ‘continental breakfast’ was the best we’ve had in any hotel, anywhere! There was an elevator! You don’t expect that. The Palazzo itself is beautifully designed and located in the perfect location to walk anywhere in Sorrento. I would give it more than a 10! Next time we come to Sorrento, we’ll rebook at the Palazzo!
