When we arrived, we were greeted immediately, and our luggage was taken up to our room. All of the staff that we met were helpful and wonderful . Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed not being rushed. There was one particular waiter that made my mornings always cheerful and smiling unfortunately I did not get his name. Our rooms were made up everyday. Noise level was very low no issues while sleeping

The Terrance!! In your room, You open the floor length windows onto a Terrance overlooking a side street with shops, restaurants and people walking up and down the street. A true, authentic Italian experience. Loved it!! But also a beautiful bistro garden on property to enjoy drinks and dinner. The staff was excellent; friendly and very responsive to our requests!!

The view from the balcony ( terraces from the neighbourhood and part of the cathedral ) was very nice - it was a pleasure to chat till late. The garden with flowers and real trees full of fruits ( lemons, oranges, grapefruits )- where we had breakfast every morning ( and even dinner, one evening ) - was a surprise. The staff was very kind. One evening - when we had booked dinner and were terrible late because of the return traffic from Amalfi - they waited for us and cooked dinner even if it was almost closing time of the restaurant when we, finally, arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Central location . In the heart of Sorento . Very charming . Has good amenities good breakfast staff excellent and super helpful.

Rooms were very small . Understandably as it’s an older structure in the middle of city . My wife was upset with the size of the room . Proprietor was very accommodating and understanding and moved us to the newer wing of the hotel where room are bigger and more modern .

The location, the staff, the cleanliness were all top class. we really couldn’t praise the staff enough. special thanks to Valentina who went above and beyond for us. my wife is in a wheelchair and when we were late for a trip and couldn’t get a taxi she arranged for them to bring their own van to take us to the train station. nothing was a problem. a huge thank you to the rest of the staff (I don’t know all your names) I would highly recommend the Astoria.

The location was fantastic, beautiful staff and very clean. The courtyard was beautiful for an after dinner or pre dinner drink. Such a lovely place filled with orange and lemon trees.

excellent location of the hotel in the city center. there is a swimming pool, with a sunbathing terrace, on the territory there is a garden with tables. breakfast is not very tasty. We were checked in an hour early, and was given a room with a balcony.

Specifically, in our room the Internet did not work in the room on the 1st floor. the number fund is old. when they changed our room, they gave us a room with a poorly working air conditioner. most of all I didn’t like that the young guy was trying to prove that he was working. yes, it worked but did not cool, and it is quite difficult to be in such a room in the very heat. we returned to the room without internet. unfortunately our time was wasted due to the change of rooms. not critical, but the impression was spoiled.

Centrally located. Close to everything we wanted. Charming and tons of character. Loved the patio.

It was unseasonably warm and a/c was so/so, and when we opened the doors we could hear everything in those small walkways. A/C got better (and weather cooled) and tightly closed doors were very sound proof.

Location was perfect for us.

Everything was great although if I need to write something I would like improved, better international (English) channels on the television. Although this is less important for vacationers.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to stores, Port etc. Staff was exceptional with us..they went above and beyond to help. Rooms are old world style and charming. Very clean with a little balcony to sit.
