The room was very clean and was roomy, the second room was quite large. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. When we had an early start we were offered something before we left, even though breakfast hadnt started. The manager had good suggestions for restaurants in the area. The hotel was in walking distance for all the meeting points for our tours- close to the harbour and the square. Restaurant round the corner has the best gluten free pizza on our 6 week trip so far.

There were no doors separating the bedrooms, so no privacy. The fridge and coffee and tea facilities were in the first bedroom so the other occupants couldnt use it whenever they wanted. Don't leave anything valuable out. My daughter had money stolen from her bag when we were on a tour. So lock everything up or take valuables with you. We were treated like we had lied.

Great location! The hotel offers parking valet service for 20 euro for 24 HR. Nice room and comfortable bad. It's definitely a place to go back.

Very comfortable room and fantastic location for exploring Sorrento.

Awesome location. Average breakfast but at least they offered it. Friendly staff and very useful valet parking service. You're right in the middle of everything here, and can get down to the boat station in Capri easily enough.

They tell you that they give you a third key for the main door "although we're always open" but they aren't. Get there past 10pm and it's all locked up. The breakfast exists but is meagre and the "server" is interested mostly in checking your room number, not in actually offering you anything.

Nice hotel in a great location! The staff was the best part. Rosie who made us cappuccino every morning and a fabulous breakfast with a big smile was the best part! Fabio was very welcoming when we checked in and helped us daily with information we asked. excellent staff!

If the mattresses were upgraded, it would make a big difference. Also, a two bedroom suite is not two separate bedrooms, but a bedroom built inside a larger room. It doesn’t provide two equal rooms with a bathroom. the little room inside the big room has no window. For a group traveling together, it was a disappointment for the 4 nights we shared the space. For kids it would be fine.

The breakfast, room, facilities were good, everything accomplished our expectations, which is not common for us. The lady that served the breakfast is the same that make the rooms and everything was always on time an in good shape.

Everything was perfect. Only thing, that didn't happen to us, but to another guest, no enough tables in the breakfast room, but you could go to another floor to eat with the breakfast already taken from downstairs. No conditioner was missing, but seems to be something common in the hotels of this area.

Excellent location, just at the end of a beautiful shopping / eating street. Few minutes walk to Villa Comunale and the port, and a few minutes from the historic centre. Staff were lovely and helpful at all times. Breakfast was a large spread with lovely cakes and fruit, as well as a small selection of hot food. The building itself is beautiful and the room was well appointed, with a clean and modern feel.

Mattress was slightly hard, but still managed some good sleep!

This location was excellent to be able to walk around Sorrento. Not far from train station and we were able to walk with our suitcases. The room was clean and staff was friendly. They had a laundry service which was a bonus because we needed clothes washed. Gave bag in the morning by late afternoon clean clothes folded on our bed. Fair price to have our things washed.

Sorrento is a dream. From the beginning to the end. The room was perfect with the gorgeous balcony overlooking the pretty lanes. The amazing glass spiral staircase. The beautiful Teresa in reception who was helpful and sweet. Breakfast is perfect. A fantastic position. We highly recommend Hotel Rivoli for anyone who stays in Sorrento The more you explore the prettier it is.
