The room was very clean and was roomy, the second room was quite large. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. When we had an early start we were offered something before we left, even though breakfast hadnt started. The manager had good suggestions for restaurants in the area. The hotel was in walking distance for all the meeting points for our tours- close to the harbour and the square. Restaurant round the corner has the best gluten free pizza on our 6 week trip so far.

There were no doors separating the bedrooms, so no privacy. The fridge and coffee and tea facilities were in the first bedroom so the other occupants couldnt use it whenever they wanted. Don't leave anything valuable out. My daughter had money stolen from her bag when we were on a tour. So lock everything up or take valuables with you. We were treated like we had lied.

Perfect communication between hotel staff and me. Flavio and other staff members were excellent with our inquiries and offered many suggestions of places to visit while we stay in Sorrento. Our apartment Suite Attic was excellent. Very modern and clean. Beautiful view of the city from the top roof terrace. Breakfast was included with our reservation and was excellent. Hotel location is in the historic site and is very near of everything, restaurants, shops, etc. Sorrento is a perfect location to do day trips to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and the surrounding towns. You can buy a day bus pass and explore the Amalfi coast.

The only thing I did not like was on my part. I wish I would have stayed a little longer in this beautiful hotel apartment and the town of Sorrento.

Great location! The hotel offers parking valet service for 20 euro for 24 HR. Nice room and comfortable bad. It's definitely a place to go back.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Situated in the small side streets of Sorrento within easy walk of restaurants, train station & all amenities, the hotel is a beautiful historic building. We stayed in the attic suite, which was fabulous with everything that we could need supplied and a lovely buffet breakfast was available with a wide selection of choices. All the staff were extremely welcoming & helpful in every way. I would definitely stay here again

Very comfortable room and fantastic location for exploring Sorrento.

Amazing central location. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with fresh delicious coffee. Air conditioning wonderful. Staff were happy to hold luggage before check in and after check out which was very much appreciated. Although our room didn’t have a balcony we had use of large roof terrace. Fridge in room was handy for keeping cold water. Beds really comfortable with memory foam pillows. Very clean, spacious. Lift access to rooms too.

Awesome location. Average breakfast but at least they offered it. Friendly staff and very useful valet parking service. You're right in the middle of everything here, and can get down to the boat station in Capri easily enough.

They tell you that they give you a third key for the main door "although we're always open" but they aren't. Get there past 10pm and it's all locked up. The breakfast exists but is meagre and the "server" is interested mostly in checking your room number, not in actually offering you anything.

Great location in city centre but relatively quiet overnight: plenty of space in the room: comfortable, albeit quite simple furnishings; delicious and varied breakfast: helpful and friendly staff. Excellent choice for families and couples.

This wasn’t a dislike, but good to know: parking is not on the property - you need to leave the car about 100m away from the hotel and it will be collected and parked for you during your stay.

Breakfast was amazing! Lots to choose from and all presented in a lovely way, the croissants were especially nice. Location was excellent! The hotel was in the heart of the historic centre, only a 10 minute walk from both the train station and the port. Staff were very friendly. Fabio gave us a warm welcome and ensured we were looked after during our stay. He also met the request I gave (which I sent the night before we stayed so quite last minute).
