Beautiful furniture, setting, garden, staff, location, breakfast, amazing loght/ noise control in bedrooms. Very Grand!

Coffee was terrible, 3 nights of requests for hot soya latte/ cappuccino! I thought italy was renowned for coffee!!!

We went for our honeymoon, and were upgraded to a better room with a bottle of prosecco. The room had a balcony with a view of the lemon tree garden and the bed was huge! Breakfast was fantastic and had many different options both hot and cold. The bar upstairs did lovely cocktails and lunch and the pool was heated. All compliments to the staff who were unbelievably helpful. We didn't try the restaurant as it was very expensive, and because of the time of year, was very empty too. There are plenty of other food options around, the hotel is very well situated. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are very grateful to have spent our honeymoon in such a wonderful place

The bath didn't stay full.

Great hotel at its best when the sun is shining and you cab take in sunset hour on the roof terrace and enjoy the pool. The gardens are full of lemon and orange trees really lovely. We got upgraded to sea view suite which was lovely.

Our only disappointment was the arrangement with our taxi transfer to airport. We were told it would be 160 euro but the reception staff didn't tell us we needed to book this in advance. On the Sunday when we left they called us a regular taxi and it ended up costing us 250 euro! I feel the hotel should ask you on arrival if you require a transfer om departure and arrange it for you then. Taxis are daylight robbery. My advice is to avoid at all cost. Next time we'd hire a car.

Super view overlooking lemon garden and the gulf of Naples. Rooftop pool was delightful, with an even better view of the Gulf. Hotel is very welcoming, with a gorgeous open reception area. Hotel sandwiched between the main shopping and restaurant area and the beaches. It was a super location. Took advantage of valet parking at the hotel, which is very helpful (and efficient). Chef was brilliant - and I would recommend putting one evening aside to walk through the tasting menu - preferably with the wine parings. The food was inventive, brilliant in terms of taste and texture, and good enough to convert my son into eating mushrooms and tomatoes - two foods he would otherwise avoid!! Take the breakfast option if offered. It is totally worth it - wonderful varied food, with excellent service.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

I loved that it was central location to a lot of great restaurants & the Marina grande wasn’t too far of a walk. The beach port was near by. The entire place was beautiful and clean, the pool was nice and never crowded. Breakfast was amazing with array of different delicacies.

I didn’t like that we were told we were being “upgraded” and the room we were put in was directly under the dining room and every morning I was awaken by them banging & moving furniture around. That was definitely not an upgrade.

the AC didn’t work and it was hot and miserable at night but it was too loud outside our window to leave the windows open

This hotel is so beautifully decorated! Very clean. Great location in the old town, a block away from the water. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was gorgeous! The tables were set beautifully with fine china and silver. They have pillow menu so you can have the type of pillow you like.

We found the beds to be harder than we like. And it got hot in the room at night. There is some sort of air but it just didn't cool down the room and no windows, only a slider door. I should have asked if they had a fan we could use.

Everything. Amazing staff, from reception, bar/restaurant and housekeeping! Room was incredibly clean, amazing view and full of amenities. Decorations with local “ceramiche” make the room elegant and unique. We had fine lunch at Zest restaurant (a la carte restaurant of the hotel- Executive Chef Iavarone) and it was simply delicious. Breakfast super elegant with amazing “cornetti” and napolitan petit four. And the rooftop.. with the swimming pool it’s simply breathtaking. And you can walk under lemon and orange trees in their “secret garden”.

Everything was perfect

Just what we needed - quiet spot to relax and lie by the pool, yet still very close to the main streets, shopping etc etc. Breakfast is high quality. Rooms were spacious and had everythign we needed.

The mini-bar didn't work for us - compared to other high end hotels we stayed at in Europe that don't stock alcohol (who needs mini-bar alcohol anyway?) and hence replenishes the water/soft drinks daily - all included in the room tarriff. For a family stay, this would be much better. Charging Euro7 for a coke at the pool is not helpful or relaxing !

We have stayed at the Grand Hotel La Favorita multiple times over the last few years. The La Favorita always provides spectacular service and clean rooms. The staff always takes care of your every need. The breakfast is spectacular. The quality of food & service is exceptional. There is no better place to stay than La Favorita. I highly recommend it. Terrific hotel in a perfect central location. Their roof deck bar and pool provide exceptional views & music at night.

This is nothing that I did not like. This stay at La Favorita was exceptional just like other times we stayed there.
