We had stayed at the Hotel Victoria years ago and were thrilled to be back. This time we were given complete instructions for parking. The decor is totally charming. The men at the desk are helpful. The air conditioning was out the night of our stay (fortunately it was a cool night) with repair unavailable, so we were upgraded (without our asking) to a beautiful room with a balcony. Our friend easily found a quiet space for a necessary Zoom meeting. A tasty breakfast was served in a lovely room. Highly recommended.

I spent 10 wonderful days in Taormina. The hotel is located in the city center on the main tourist street. Despite this, the room was quiet. The hotel staff is wonderful and friendly.😊 They will gladly advise and share information if you need it. The room is cleaned daily and changed the towels too, which was a pleasant surprise for me. Breakfast at the hotel is quite modest. Only the pastries satisfied my tastes. But you can also eat outside the hotel, because in Taormina there are restaurants and cafes for every taste. 💦🏊‍♂️As for the sea, there r several ways to get there from Taormina: 1.Mazarro, you need to go by cableway (10 euros there and back - 3 minutes on the way) or by your own transport. 2. There is a bus to Giardini Nexos for 1.90 euros one way - 10 minutes on the way. In general, I was satisfied with my stay both at the hotel and in Taormina. I recommend everyone to visit Taormina and Sicily in general at least once in their life. You will not regret it. 😉

Authentic old style Hotel, excellent condition. Staff and owners very pleasant and helpful. extremely centrally located, walk out the door to Main Street Corso Umberto in old town, close to restaurants, Pasticceria and gelato. Easy to park in main parking lot Lumbi. free shuttle bus to old town and just a short walk to hotel. Just a short walk to cable car which brings you to the beach and Isola Bella. beautiful dining room with excellent breakfast.

Not much could be better! would have liked to have been advised of the excellent balcony on the 2nd floor that we eventually found where we had a glass of wine and enjoyed watching all the action on the Main Street.

The location is amazing. Centrally located in the heart of the city. The breakfast was delicious, it exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the balcony off our room. It was nice to relax and people-watch.

When we booked the hotel website referred to parking on site, we didn't look into it more taking the post at face value, but we should have requested parking so we had to park in the public garage and take the shuttle, which wasn't terrible. It would have been nice if the website had a disclaimer, onsite parking available by request or something similar so we would know we had to sign up.

The hotel is conveniently placed onto the main pedestrian street and has a special flair as it’s located in the historical building. The staff were nice and polite, though the ladies who served breakfast didn’t really speak English. The room is equipped with noise canceling windows which is very handy

Our room didn’t fully correspond to the pictures posted on booking.com. It was also rather tiny. The bed appeared to be too short for us. Breakfast was quite average and didn’t provide much variety as there were the same dishes/products served every day

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is right in the centre of Taormina on the main shopping street. Breakfast was good with a choice if cold meats ,cheese, boiled eggs and fruit , bread and pastries

There were no comfortable areas to lounge in if the weather was bad. Luckily for us we had lovely weather during our stay..it is a bed and.breakfast establishment rather than a hotel... There is no car access as cars have to be left in a car park outside the town. A shuttle bus brings travellers to within 300 metres of the hotel and from there one proceeds on foot. For elderly travellers or those unable to wheel cases that distance this could be a difficulty. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Staff were excellent, very helpful with any issues, or questions we had, about where to eat, What to do or how to get somewhere. The rooms are very keen, they are kept spotless with deep clean daily. The breakfast is quite good each morning. The location is superb in the heart of taormina. Overall I would say it is not too bad value for money. It's more expensive than other areas in sicily but for taormina prices it is not bad.

Can be a little loud at times, we were on the first floor where the breakfast is served from 8-10, during those hours it can be loud. Outside of that ir isnt roo bad, no street noise bur can occasionally hear other guests outside or above. The bed is a little hard or uncomfortable at times but if you are like us, you will be tired at the end of the day and wont notice it too much.

Excellent location in the centre of the town within walking distance of theatre and other sites in the town. Very good breakfast. staff friendly and helpful. I parked in the big car park just off the motorway and got the free bus shuttle into town which stops at the end of the main street, a short walk to the hotel. This is very handy. We enjoyed good meals at two local restaurants.

The car park has a very narrow road width when ascending to higher floors such that I scraped the bumper of my hire car. It is designed for very small cars. The town was overrun with visitors of all nationalities.

Location was great right in the centre of Corso Umberto. You have to be okay with noise as people are out enjoying the town until late into the night. We were okay with it but if you have young children, it might not be the right spot for you.

We didn’t like that you had to leave your room key with reception every time you left the hotel and pick up upon return. The concierge is always there so it’s no issue for pick up. Turns out this was the same process in Cefalu as well but not sure the reason behind this process. Breakfast is served on the first floor dining room. It’s a small room and there was a door with small balcony open for fresh air However it was really hot in this room and I would recommend shutting the door and having the air con on instead. The server was amazing though.

Hotel is located at the heart of Taormina- couldn’t be more central than what it is. Hotel room is quite big, decor is nice and classical, matches the city vibes very well. Our room had a balcony which is great. Breakfast was also quite good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It felt like the air conditioning was struggling a bit with the summer heat (especially when compared to other hotels we’ve stayed during this trip to Sicily). Another thing that I’d say is that the hotel has a very nice terrace with breathtaking views of the city and it feels (personally) that the hotel could do more to take advantage of such a nice feature (eg: chairs, tables etc)
