Everything about the hotel was great. Parking is a problem however the hotel offers a valet service via a third party car park which is excellent.

The room we were in was exactly infront of the main entrance so it was quite noisy at times. The lift was not working all the time

The location is outstanding! Just steps away from the main street in Taormina. The staff are really lovely and helped us book a few tours and airport transfers back to Catania. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of options. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The bathroom is dated and had a bit of mould in it. When we addressed the mouldy shower head with the staff they were quick to fix the situation which we appreciated. The lift was broken while we were there, and while we didn’t mind walking several flights of stairs and carrying our bags up (helped walk off the pasta!) however, if you require lift access and are thinking of staying in the next month or so I’d contact the hotel first to check that it’s been fixed prior to booking.

The Staff make it. It has all you need Bang centre of town With the addition of the best restaurant in Taormina if you are a foodie. Kepos restaurant takes a 3 star hotel to a 5 star heaven. Lemon Grove private Garden for breakfast and chilling. There is the best Pizza in town on the back steps. Ulysses Grotto The roof top pool and deck are great for lazy days chilling in the sun. But the staff are amazing be sure and look after them. Very rare to find such genuine hospitality. I was very surprised This is an underrated find for sure.

Wish they had a couple of Sofas to relax and enjoy the garden. That’s it Nothing was too much trouble

It is in a nice location, not far from the big parking. Some steps from the main road with a beautiful yard to have breakfast. Nice touch to upgrade the room and the size of the shower is good. Big balcony as well to enjoy the sun.

The size of the room is limited and hopefully we were upgraded because i can not imagine if it was smaller. The breakfast was just okay, felt a little bit like the products was from the previous day.

This is a fantastic location for a stay in the heart of Taormina. Having the swimming pool in the centre of town is a real bonus. The staff were very helpful.

It is a three-star hotel and so there are some small details that could be improved. Specifics include we only had a couple of thin plastic glasses in the bathroom, so nowhere for your toothbrush; our room had a strange, wasted alcove which could easily have been made into a useful wardrobe; they could do much more with the garden and having a little bar there would be nice. But I repeat, it is a great place to stay in Taormina and price was not bad considering some of the prices there.

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Taormina town. 3 star hotel so not expensive and a bit run down but exactly what we wanted. Regret not getting a taxi from the station. A big walk up hill but you don’t know until you get there Very good breakfast in the garden which was lovely So pleased we chose to stay up in the town and not down at the beach. I loved the pool on the rooftop. Main reason I chose this hotel. Lovely view from up there.

Staff seemed to struggle to keep the breakfast going at times. Had to wait a While to get replenished.

We stayed close to two weeks in this hotel in late August '23 with our small baby. Every member of the staff was really friendly and helpful to us. Whenever we needed something relating to our vacation they were there to help. They also supported our special requirements with a baby. We enjoyed a lot of the breakfast and the room was also very nice (great start for the day!). The location of the hotel is also excellent (right next to main walking street, shops and restaurant) If the hotel is reading this review, hello again and thanks for Rosario and others for proving the great stay there!
