What a place! Absolutely breathtaking! After spending 2 days in Taormina town, we decided to book Panoramic to get away from the hustle and bustle. The view is outstanding. The pool was perfect! The pool bar service was excellent! (Thanks to Gabrielle) The rooms were so large and the beds were like clouds! The shower was as big as some entire bathrooms! The breakfast view + breakfast options were delicious. Honestly had the most amazing time!

Nothing to do with the property but there aren’t many food options around. So prepare to stick to a handful of pricey restaurants on the water.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location with stunning views overlooking Isola Bella. All the staff are very friendly but a special mention has to be made for Gabrielle who is always friendly and happy and can't do enough for you including his "special surprises" of after lunch drinks and snacks.

The cable car from Mazzaro up to Taormina town was Out of Order while we stayed there. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel. There is a shuttle bus service which runs up to the town with the bus stop only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel, overlooking Isola Bella, just above the beach in Taormina. All the spacious rooms have balconies facing the beach and island, and the breakfast room on the 4th floor and rooftop pool and lounge area also face the same spectacular view. The breakfast buffet was amazing and its such a gorgeous place to sit and eat your breakfast.

The hotel is at the beach below Taormina town, with a noisy toad just in front of it, and you need to take the funicular up to the town to sightsee and eat dinner. There are some restaurants in the beach area but a better selection is in the town above. The funicular is 3 euros each way, which adds up, but also at 7pm when you want to go up to town for dinner everyone is coming off the beach, so it can take 30 mins waiting in a queue for the funicular. Plus it was SO hot in late July, would def recommend going in spring or fall.

The view and location is perfect. Breakfast is on a large terrace overlooking the water with a comprehensive food selection. All staff were helpful and attentive, specifically leading up to our check-in by answering questions and ensuring our rooms were set up with twin beds. All of their recommendations for restaurants and boats were good. We had a large terrace off our bedroom, and the air conditioning was great, given we had 40-degree days.

The rooms are large, but the decor is a little tired. They were very comfortable and spacious. Whilst we had communicated before arriving and had confirmation of the need for twin beds in one of our 3 rooms when we arrived, reception confirmed that we had twin beds, but when we got to the room, it was made up as a Queen. They fixed it quickly, separating the beds but was frustrating start to arriving after a long day driving.

Loved our room with the most spectacular view of Isola Bella. We were right front and centre of it all and perfect proximity to the beach and shops/ dining. Coffee maker was great and chocolates when we arrived.

We Did not like the bathroom. I know European bathrooms tend to be unique and smaller to ones in Canada/America. But they need to invest in better lighting at least- our bathroom was SO SO dark. I found myself getting ready and doing my makeup in the mirror out by our patio doors. No vanity space either to put products or a blow dryer down.

The location of this hotel was perfect. You’re so close to isola bella and the beautiful Lido private beach as well as the cable car/ sky train that takes you up to the town courso! It was super clean and a special mention to Gabriele who workes up at the Pool for his outstanding and friendly service. He was very attentive and made sure we were ok and needed anything. He will be missed.

The only small dislike is if you want to sleep in and are a light sleeper you will most likely hear the rubbish trucks and traffic .. but if you’re an early-ish riser it shouldn’t bother you.

We were blown away by the beauty of the hotel's location and its proximity to several of the key scenes in the "White Lotus." We also must shout out one of the hotel workers, Carmelo. Our niece was born in New York during our stay and we wanted to bring back an Italian newspaper with her birthdate on it. The problem was, we didn't think of it until two days later. So we went to all the newspaper stands and of course, asked the hotel and nearby restaurants if they had any old papers lying around. They didn't. Oh well, we thought, figuring that was the end of that. But after telling him our sad tale, Carmelo actually started calling the other restaurants in town as well as his friends and family, until he found two papers from the day. Needless to say we were ecstatic and deeply impressed by that level of care and service. We will definitely be coming back and recommending the Taormina Panoramic to all our friends and family. That man deserves a raise!

We picked this hotel due to the Sea views and the nearby tram (the Mazzarro cable car - called Funivia) that takes you up to town. While the tram was not working, there was a bus instead and it was easy to use. The view of Isola Bella was stunning; the hotel was beautiful on the inside; the breakfast was great, and you can walk to restaurants nearby without going up into Taormina town if you want. Its a quick walk (nearby set of stairs) to get to the beach where there are restaurants and great places for spritzes or other drinks. Would stay here again in a second. I would pay for a higher-floor room. The view was still terrific and it was not too noisy but we had a room on the first floor. Still loved it though.

This is silly since the breakfast is so great, but runny eggs are not my thing; would have loved them cooked more. But really, I could not believe the diversity of foods for breakfast, and the cappuccinos were the best I had in Sicily.

The Hotel was fabulous. very clean and comfortable. The staff were are lovely too. Great views over Isola Bella. Beautiful location although some might find the climb to town quite tough as it’s a lot of steps up, but buses and taxis available if the cable car isn’t running. Gabrielle, at the pool went above and beyond, making sure our visits to the rooftop pool and bar were beautifully relaxing and enjoyable

Although breakfast was lovely and fresh with lots of choice. we felt it could have been a bit more varied with different fruits etc.

balconies are immediately in front of the road that’s full of scooters trucks buses with all of their diesel, pollution, and honking horns and general overall noise. If you’re coming from a big city, these sounds are not a problem but if you come from the triangle area please unfortunately spoils the tremendous beautiful view, but that’s what happens to be able to have a location like this . The walls between each room are so thin that you can hear the conversation of people in the next room, as well as anyone up above you walking or moving a chair the noise is incredibly disturbing.
