Wonderful location in Campo Santo Stefano - very close to good restaurants, water bus stops and an easy walking distance to San Marco piazza. Staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to assist and provide with everything we needed, including setting up breakfast early on the morning of our departure. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of continental options to start the day. The area was quiet in spite of its proximity to San Marco and provides a welcome respite from the bustle of the city. There is also a gorgeous rooftop terrace with great seating and a complimentary fridge of Prosecco to end a hot day exploring - a wonderful touch. We loved our stay here and would recommend it as a great base for exploring wonderful Venice. Special thanks to Anthony who was fantastic and gave us some great tips for our stay.

If it has a fault it's the lack of a lift - however, our luggage was taken up and brought down for us, (we were on the 4th floor) and the 84 stairs we managed quite easily by the end of our stay so it did us some good improving our fitness!

We have recently spent three glorious nights at the B&B Bloom Settimo Cielo. Upon arrival, we were met by the beautiful Rosa who gave us the warmest welcome and who showed us to our room and to the roof terrace. She was happy to answer any questions that we had and she gave us great advice too. The room was large, clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped (air-conditioning, TV, safe, mini bar, hairdryer, robes and slippers, toiletries and even an iron and ironing board if requested etc.) and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wonderful assortment. The roof terrace and amazing views along with the free prosecco was simply incredible. The B&B is perfectly situated in the heart of San Marco with easy access to all the main attractions. We can honestly say that our stay exceeded expectations. For a couple, it is the perfect getaway – private, romantic and all that you could ever wish for. Special thanks to Rosa, Luca (we think that this is his name), Gabriella (who served us during breakfast), and the gorgeous lady who settled our bill and who looked after our luggage once we had checked out. We are already dreaming of our return one day and can honestly say that this B&B is simply outstanding!

This property is exceptional in many ways. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Rosa who showed us around the B&B and it’s facilitaties. We were also given a complimentary bottle of Spumante which was a nice touch. At time of our booking we had made a special request for the red room as my wife wanted to take some Bourdoir pictures in it. This request was granted and we stayed in a lush red walled room. We extended our stay by another day and wanted to try out a different colored room. Again our wish was granted and we stayed in the purple room. The roof terrace offers some wonderful rooftop views as well as views of the piazza and nearby church. Location within walking distance of the main attractions and very close to the ferry at Piazza San Angelo.

As with most of the buildings in Venice, this B&B has no lift and the rooms are quite high up… 65 steps up to be precise! So be prepared for some good cardio and leg workouts. It’s also a bit expensive but compares well with surrounding hotels.

The hotel is small but very nice with a nice roof top terrace. Located on the edge of a square with nice cafes and restaurants. Everything is easily accessed from the hotel, we walked to everything we wanted to see, St Marks sqaure, Realto bridge, etc. Various gondala points within easy walking distance. Room was clean and spacious, with a mini fridge provided. Bathroom was a decent size and a nice walk in shower. Breakfast was continental with ample selection for us. The staff were lovely and help to help when ever they can

Downside was the amount of steps to the rooms as there are no lifts. Was not a problem for us but the elderly parents struggled with the stairs.

Fantastic location, super great breakfast - the best I had in various Italian destinations and the hosts and all service staff r all super friendly and helpful !

The water pressure of shower is very weak and the flow of hot water is quite bad ... Very hot then cold suddenly and back in the cycle again repeatedly so unable to hv proper shower. In addition having to carry huge and heavy luggages to climb 5 level was a big nightmare to old man like me ...

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco when you arrive, which was lovely to have on the rooftop terrace. Room was very clean, simple but yummy continental breakfast with great coffee. We had a little while until our flight so we were offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco each while we waited. They keep hold of your bags until you check in / after you check out which is great. Great location very close to the tourist hotspots, but a little quieter.

The room and en suite was a little smaller than we thought it would be, not a massive issue though. Little confusing when checking in as the reception is in a different building, and the building doesn’t have a sign, but we soon figured it out.

The staff was lovely and the rooftop was incredible! We were given a free bottle of prosecco when we checked in and it was a great gesture. The breakfast was lovely too. I'd recommend.

The only hurdle here was 4 or 5 flights of stairs to get to the hotel and rooms at the top. (But hey with that we got access to an amazing roof top)

Spotlessly clean, even the windows. Fabulous location for all the main attractions. Lovely touch having some Prosecco on the terrace. Great breakfast, plenty of choice and the coffee is fab.

Pillows were a bit hard. Didn't find the mosquito plug in till the end of the stay after several bites. Couldn't work the air conditioning.

This is my 14th visit to Venice, and I could confidentially say that this was my best stay. A wonderful, very clean, perfect service and very comfortable stay. The room was great with a very nice design. Many thanks to Antony for his professionalism and politeness. Facility was well maintained. Special thanks to Gabriella and Laura for their services and reason to make our stay fulfilled with all needs.

Location was great, very close to vaporetto stop, Teatro La Fenice and Peggy Guggenheim museum. A little further walk to San Marco Square and Rialto bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was on the 4th (top) floor and we are in our 70s, so climbing up and down was a bit difficult. There were no chairs in the room, although there was a kind of "living room" next door. We had some problems with too much heating.
