The staff were wonderful and more than helpful! As well, the location and rooms were beautiful.

The only thing I would prefer is that the rooms be inspected because I did have to deal with some Beatles and spiders in the room and on my bed.

Very modern and clean, great location away from the bustle of San Marco but a 15 minute walk away (and even better, 15 minutes into the brilliant academic quarter). Recent refurb

It’s authentic but modern. Beautiful and just recently renovated (reopened 24th Feb 23). It is close to everything (walking distance). The staff were incredible and so helpful. We very much enjoyed our visit. I wish all the staff and owners every success in this hotel as it is much deserved.

Excellent service and well crated drinks and appetizers from Carlos, the waiter. He is a gem of a person. We wanted a canal view, which I believe I requested and got a room with no view at all, so my wife was disappointed. Breakfast time allotment and quality was excellent, especially with champagne offered. Location proximity to St. Mark Square and Rialto bridge was perfect. Also, location to S. Angelo water taxi perfect. Front staff very friendly and extremely helpful.

We requested a water taxi for 8 people to take us to the airport (May 20th at 10am) and luggage, which your front staff arranged for us. We were advised that it would be a direct water taxi to the airport that would take about 30 minutes from departure. We got on the two boats and rode about 5-10 minutes to disembark where the water taxi staff requested full payment, then told us they arranged for minibus (Mercedes) to take us to the airport. We were a bit nervous about the change in plan but ultimately made it to the airport in 50 minutes (rather than the expected 30 minutes). Had we been advised of the water taxi and bus from the onset, we would have arranged the taxi 30 minutes sooner. Nevertheless, it all worked out.

Beautiful hotel, very well located and easy to get to, we arrived by water bus from the airport and got off at Saint Angello (5th stop), from there it was a short walk. We loved our stay here, our room was immaculate, there was a small garden area to sit in at the front of the hotel with comfy chairs and brollies. Breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed sitting in the most wonderful room, beautiful furniture and lighting. The hotel has only opened this year and has been finished to a very high standard. All the staff were lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome. It's not far from all the main attractions, we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully appointed, though our room was a bit small. There was access to a tiny internal courtyard with a fountain, which was cool, literally and figuratively. Decor was nice and towels soft and fluffy. We were very comfortable.

We had no improvements to recommend for the hotel. I will visit it again. The staff were very helpful and attentive (though having had my wallet picked from my bag, I was without cash to offer gratuity… so sorry team, and a Venice warning to everyone….. also happened to my friend during my last visit as a student almost 50 years ago, be warned)

Simply everything. Did not want to leave. Everyone at the Palazzo was lovely and kind. Shout out to the bar man Carlos working hard on his own in the evening and always with a smile, good manner and humour. Breakfast choice was extensive and catered for all tastes. Impeccably clean and recently refurbished. I read other reviews that mentioned things like smell or noise and I have no idea where such reviews would come from. No smell of damp or sewerage what so ever. I booked this at the last minute and was the happiest surprise of my long trip. It’s slightly away from the main crowd but by god I was happy about it. Plenty of nice places to go around and the hotel bar was cheaper! Vaporetto station is S.Samuele (Line 2)

Nothing - apart from I would have liked to stay longer!

A beautiful new boutique hotel tucked away on a side street, not far from St Mark’s Square. The staff were very helpful. The concierge got us tickets to a Vivaldi concert in a church on the square next to the hotel. The breakfast room and food was luxurious, and in the evening you can have cocktails in the bar, overlooking the rooftops of the neighborhood. Very quiet and very clean. The best shower out of all of the hotels we stayed in on our trip. The bed and linens, also luxurious. Great restaurants and shops in the area. We would definitely book this hotel again when we return to Venice.

Our room was on the ground floor, so there was really no view, but it was very quiet, so not really a negative. Next time we might consider booking a room on one of the upper floors. Directions from the vaporetto stop were not very good.

EVERYTHING! very clean, modern, safe and had everything we needed after a few busy days in Venice. breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful. attention to detail was great! the velum blind in our room was set to close after sunset. All light switches could all be turned off from our bed and under bed lighting was great (for late night Riley visits) very close to everything we needed and wanted to do.

Breakfast was very good, lots of different options and excellent coffee. Air conditioning was perfect. Shower was very spacious and nice. Staff were very friendly and someone always available to talk to. There is a nice outdoor seating area with service from the bar.

You need to take two different elevators to get to the third floor (the top floor). Would be nice to have one elevator that can access all floors from the lobby
