great location, less than 1 minute walk to San Samuel water taxi stop, this is on line C but you may need to get off at San Angelo depending upon wether you get the number 1 or 2 water taxi on line C really nicely styled room with mezzanine bedroom no outside noise lovely square 2 minute walk away with restaurants and not too far at all from St marks square / Rialto bridge whilst there is no reception staff 24/7 this didn’t cause any issues for us, there was someone to greet us on arrival

breakfast was not breakfast. I read previous reviews about it being served in the room. There is a tray which includes packets of biscuits, crackers, dry/hard packet toast and some jams and packet croissants There was also a miniature box of cornflakes and museli but no milk, hotel informed me there were yoghurts in the fridge, whilst we were expecting some kind of continental breakfast, yoghurt on cornflakes wasn’t for us. the only breakfast tea bags, we used on the first day were not replaced and the same for the water. this is just as an FYI more than anything, we wouldn’t include breakfast if we were to stay again you can hear a lot of noise in the surrounding rooms

the location of the apartment is private but very close to the main tourist areas. The apartment and the whole apartment complex is beautifully decorated and very luxurious. our room was amazing. everything was really perfect for us. Included breakfast was good. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying for a few days in Venice.

The apartment was gorgeous. Getting a water bus to and from the nearby jetty was easy but the water buses don’t stop there early in the morning. you need to catch the water bus from near the Realto Bridge if you have to get back to the car parks at Tronchetto early in the morning.

location the bedroom the bed was comfy the baby cot was free safe area and quiet too the water bus line 2 I think the station name was S. Samuele it’s only 1 minute on foot. close to everything, 7’ on foot to piazza S. Marco 5’ on foot to teatro Fenice and we travel with a baby and a stroller breakfast: Turkey, cheese, prosciutto, fresh orange juice, Lemon cake, crostata, 2 kind of croissants there is only workers in the morning for the breakfast from afternoon you feel home there is nobody you can come anytime.

the breakfast was good but personally I needed something hot like bacon :)

Staff is helpful, we had early arrival they try to arrange available room asap. Room is sparking clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. Full of snacks lay on the tray and they fill up everyday. The complimentary breakfast at nearby cafeteria is wonderful, 2mini croissant plus choice of toast and cup of cafe, enough food. Location is great, two water taxi stop nearby, and major sight only around 15-20 mins on foot, this hotel is highly recommended. If we come back we will choose again.

Glamorous decor and a great location. Good breakfast and easy to access.

Check in instructions for all apartments are left out so someone could take a picture of everyone’s access codes and then enter rooms when people have gone out. Codes should just be texted or in sealed envelopes only.

Large, comfortable room, good ensuite and comfortable beds. Good breakfast and well stocked tea and coffee in the room including a pod coffee maker which a) actually worked and b) had a supply of pods. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Located 100 metres from San Samuele vaparetto stop, 10 min walk to the Accademia and a number of restaurants within a few hundred metres of the hotel.

The only criticism would be that the windows could not be opened and had a shutter. I don't know if this is a permanent feature. In December not a problem but would not like it at the height of summer

Took us a bit of time to find the accommodation, but that was probably us and our spelling and another place having a very similar name, but once we worked out the numbering system within Venice we sussed it all out from the Port it starts in the 1000's the more you get into the central in goes up in 1000's CA Delle Arte is in the 3000's. The accommodation was fantastic, very clean, and the furnishings lovely and we had the bonus of a livingroom.... thank goodness for aircon as it was plus 30 degrees. The accommodation was very central and accessible to all the main attractions, restaurants and bars.

Large and beautiful room and bathroom with a degree of opulence. Location is great with just a short walk to some lovely restaurants and all the main sights.

The breakfast was very basic, although the orange juice was good. The breakfast waiter was rather abrupt both mornings of our stay and when we mentioned a mistake with our order it was not rectified ( you need to order breakfast choices the night before, it is then delivered to room in the morning). Apart from this everything was great and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

The decor is superb in this hotel and definitely makes you feel like you are having a stay in a venetian Palace. The location is excellent 15 minutes to Piazza San Marco and the same to the Rialto Bridge. The ATCV stop (vaporetto) is only 300m away which is fantastic.

The vouchers if anything just a shame that there wasn't a dedicated breakfast room in the building. It's often nice to come down from your room and have breakfast before going into town.

Fabulous hotel, exceptionally clean, staff friendly, you dont need for anything! Easy to find if you stop or aim for San Samuele waterstop, the hotel is 25-50m from San Samuele! Room cleaned and stocked everyday! So well located for all main tourist spots. Do not feel that previous comments about cold breakfast are justified. There was sooo much to eat and the hotel catered for my gluten and dairy intolerances.
