We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was amazing, nice personnel (we were greated by Barnaba), large beautiful rooms with elements made from Murano glass, clean, spacious. Warm! The personnel in advance took care of us and put on heating and it was the warmest stay in Italy :) For the location just take into account that it takes 25 min on foot from the Santa Lucia train station though you are closer to the San Marco square and all main sightseeings. Overall, the hotel made a great impression to the Venezia trip!

Ca Dell'Arte is an absolute gem of a property, technically it's a serviced guest house rather than a hotel, Everything about the property absolutely exceeded my expectations. Customer service was superb prior too, and during our stay, the room was beautifully decorated, much larger than expected and we even had a lounge to relax in attached to our room. The location is about a 10- 15 min walk from the main square and benefits from a quiet but centrally located spotted. I could not fault the property in any way and it offered excellent value for money. Highly recommend as a property!!

The hotel is impressive with the interior, decor and all small details that was selected by person who really understands arts. It's a place for people who love to be connected with the spirit of old times which still exists. The furniture made us feel the aura and the spirit of this special place. Super clean and quiet. Perfect location and easy to reach. Stuff provides perfect service and additional advices for restaurants or shops. Highly recommend you to be the next lucky person who will feel the magic and the energy of Ca Dell Arte! 💜

The decorations, colors and furniture are in a perfect symphony and made us feel like celebrities. Stuff incredible friendly and supportive. The experience at the location was good. The logistics to get there are not the best, but in general, getting around Venice is like that regardless of the option you choose. My stay at Ca Dell'Arte did not disappoint. Excellent accommodation, a cozy room with a spacious bathroom. Overall, it met my expectations.

The logistics of getting to the hotel are not great. However, it is normal to see people walking with their luggage through the narrow streets of Venice. So, be prepared to walk a bit and go up and down a lot of stairs.

This hotel is fantastic. 1. The rooms are done in various styles: baroque, renaissance, rococo. There are many elements in the interior made of Murano glass. 2. The hotel is warm, quiet, and the rooms are very cozy. 3. The hotel has everything you need. They provide a kettle and a coffee machine. 4. Great location. It's about a 4-minute walk from the Grand Canal and the Accademia Bridge.

We didn't find the entrance right away because there wasn't a separate sign on the facade. But it wasn't a problem. I recommend this hotel 100 percent!!!

Just absolutely amazing! 😍 The best place ever. The interior blows your mind - very exeptional and a must see and be! Pure luxury Venice! ❤️ As I arrived later as expected, I got the warmest welcome with personal notes in the treasure box. Elena is the Best! And gave me the most warm, personal and special treatment in the morning. I also received a complimentary free breakfast at the amazing and delicious Cafe de Teatro 5 min away. Elena gave me great tips for my next day stay in Italy. Whenever I'm back in Venice - I only stay with you 🥰 Thank you so much!

There isn't anything anyone couldn't like!

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Mark and staff went above and beyond to do anything they could to make my stay enjoyable. I give a 10+ rating for customer service, including making check-in easy, helping with negotiating the steps with my luggage, giving directions, and obtaining a taxi to train station. Sincerely nice people. Highly recommend.

You should know when you go to Venice to expect lots of walking, lots of steps, and therefore difficulty with your luggage. Most hotels have no ramps and no elevators.

great location, less than 1 minute walk to San Samuel water taxi stop, this is on line C but you may need to get off at San Angelo depending upon wether you get the number 1 or 2 water taxi on line C really nicely styled room with mezzanine bedroom no outside noise lovely square 2 minute walk away with restaurants and not too far at all from St marks square / Rialto bridge whilst there is no reception staff 24/7 this didn’t cause any issues for us, there was someone to greet us on arrival

breakfast was not breakfast. I read previous reviews about it being served in the room. There is a tray which includes packets of biscuits, crackers, dry/hard packet toast and some jams and packet croissants There was also a miniature box of cornflakes and museli but no milk, hotel informed me there were yoghurts in the fridge, whilst we were expecting some kind of continental breakfast, yoghurt on cornflakes wasn’t for us. the only breakfast tea bags, we used on the first day were not replaced and the same for the water. this is just as an FYI more than anything, we wouldn’t include breakfast if we were to stay again you can hear a lot of noise in the surrounding rooms
