We've been coming to Venice for many years and had always stayed at different places. We have finally found "home" away from home! This place is amazing and met all our expectations. It is super clean, comfortable beds, fresh soft linens, and super friendly staff. Location is fantastic and so is the breakfast we had. Thank you for making our last stop in Italy unforgettable, Kristina and Maria!

I rented a room for myself, sister and my mother. The room was very good in size. A large bed and two sofa beds (one was converted into an extra bed and you had the option of having the other). The best was the bathroom: very large with a bathtub and a giant shower, good lighting; really very comfortable. The ideal location. Close to absolutely everything and the surrounding streets are very pleasant.

Although it is very convenient to have the option to make coffee and tea whenever you like, the breakfast was too basic. It would be ideal to have a little more choice of fresh fruit, juice that is not from a bottle... but in general it is acceptable

Everything was excellent during our stay. The staff was wonderful. The room was large, clean and comfortable for 4 people. The breakfast was very nice with terrific coffees made to order espresso, cappuccino..etc. the staff gave a personal run down of the area as we have never been to Venice before.

The only thing that was difficult was finding the location. Even a small sign at the door would have helped. It’s less than a five minute walk from the S Marco Water Taxi stop which you get at the airport.

Excellent location, room lovely, clean, breakfast good choice. Bathroom was really lovely, great shower.

Found it a little difficult to find, it is directly opposite Gucci.

Amazing stay close to St. Mark’s Square and other landmarks. Great breakfast. Comfortable and cozy spacious room. Friendly and warm host who’s really accommodating. Highly recommended!!

The guest house is very beautiful and cozy. I really liked the bathroom, large cozy shower and bathtub. All attractions are within walking distance. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly hostess.

I had been sent an email 3 months prior to arrival on instructions on how to find location. I didn't realise this and as a result had a few problems getting to the accommodation

Everything about this place is high end and beautiful. The owner is so sweet and her and the host are easily available daily. They even washed my clothes and folded them and put in our room. Breakfast was nice and a good selection. Definitely recommend

Hard to find

Excellent! Great room, fabulous breakfast! Water pressure was great.

No elevator. If you have trouble with stairs this would not be for you. We knew this going and were ok with it.

Very clean and beautiful place. Location was perfect and breakfast was delicious. The host was very helpful with her recommendations. Next time in Venice we would not search any other option except this one.
